"A Genuine NO Xplode review for you guys"

Hey fellow hardcore trainers!

Well, I’m gonna be bold here! This is a real, no-nonsense NO Xplode review.. I don’t care what Ronnie Coleman says about it. I can’t afford to juice myself up with $60,000 every year, so this review is what a regular (but hard training) guy thinks about NO Xplode.

First and foremost:

  • Are you a gym newbie?
  • Do you have a hazardous health condition? (for eg. High blood pressure)
  • Does your stomach get easily upset?
  • Do you train late afternoon/evening?
  • Are you interested in only “general fitness”? (a.k.a. You don’t care about being stronger, lifting heavier at each workout, or growing thick slabs of muscle).

If you answered yes to any of the above, then I’m sorry to tell you that NO Xplode is absolutely NOT what you need!

Who needs NO Xplode then!??

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger, but you just can’t seem to add those measly little 2lbs weight plates on the bar – you’ve reached a plateau.

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger but you just don’t feel like going to the gym. You might toughen it out and go anyway but it just doesn’t feel right..or worse, you lift the same, or less weight than your previous workout session and that too not because your muscles are weak but rather because your mind just doesn’t feel like it – you’ve lost the motivation you had on your first training day.

-You can consistently add 2lbs on the bar every two weeks but you know you can do better! You know you can add the same 2lbs each and every time you workout.

How do I know this..?

Guys, I’ve been working out for 4 years now. After 2 years of consistent training, I reached a whopping rep max of 310lbs on the bench press. Was proud of it! Only that 3 months later, my rep max was still 310lbs..and it didn’t feel that whopping any longer.

My partner told me about NO Xplode. Wasn’t convinced, but he offered me a serving, he saw how mediocre my workouts have been for several weeks due to lack of motivation.

Nothing happened. Nothing, till around 2 – 3 hours after my workout! Felt like I had a mix of Red Bull, Lucozade, Gatorade & glucose. Energy levels like never before.. Yeah, lost the pump.. But my brain was telling me to go to the gym again.. I didn’t – it was just a psychological (and physiological) after-effect, I didn’t want to overtrain. I REALLY wanted to do another training session, I didn’t but I could have.

On the next training session (3 days later, I had a few assignments to submit), I took a serving of NO Xplode 2 hours prior to my training (I already knew that for me, it kicks in after 2 hours). Guess what? Benched 320lbs.. Not a huge increase, but meant a lot to me.

Don’t get me wrong. Together with NO Xplode I had my daily 8 hours of sleep, 6 – 8 meals a day plus my whey shake right after my workouts. NO Xplode didn’t give me my gains.. NO Xplode only greatly helped me achieve them.

On a separate note, I did try Jack3d after my NO Xplode bucket was emptied, just to get a contrast. Jacke3d is good. It contains less chemicals, iteven tasted better but it’s not NO Xplode.. Wasn’t experiencing the same surge of energy. I just had to get back to NO Xplode.

Do NOT shake NO Xplode.. Stir with a spoon

Or shake it..at your own risk! I personally had it burst in my hand. Probably some effervescence (kinda brisk though) or something but unless you fancy a good cleaning, use a spoon..

Rules are meant to be broken – not with NO Xplode

Do yourself a favour, take it in the morning or early afternoon and have it on an empty stomach. You might also want to drink loads of water.

What’s up with the taste man?

Yeah, feels kinda weird.. Coupled with some nasty burps and terrifying farts , you sometimes wish that you had something more “stable”.. But then, stability doesn’t provide you with reckless energy and tunnel-like focus!

Here is what you need to do. Mix it & shove it down your throat!

Should I take it or not?

As I said above, if you want to get big & strong, and be 200% focussed on your workouts, you should give it a try. However, this is the purpose of all pre-workout supplements. And again, this doesn’t, and will never replace proper nutrition and sleep.

Do feel free to try what works best for you, but I personally got VERY good results with NO Xplode – 4 times awarded by the #1 bodybuilding website, bodybuilding.com

Where do I buy NO Xplode?

You can buy NO Xplode in almost every bodybuilding store at your location. The retail price is about $62.99 for a 1.81 lbs tub and $66.99 for the bigger 2.25 lbs tub. If you’re to lazy to go shopping (like me ;) ) and you’re short of money you can save up to 51% and buy a big tub of NO Xplode at www.AllStarHealth.com for $32.39 (2.25 lbs – 50 servings).

They usualy have the best deals on supplements online and they ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Check it yourself by clicking this link www.AllStarHealth.com

I love this stuff. In seven weeks my max bench press jumped by 80 pounds and my work out weight went from 185 to 285. My ead lift workout weight went from 135 to 225. I was doing single arm hammer curls with 65 pounders by the end. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that is willing to put in the effort at the gym. this stuff took about 30-45 min to kick in. After a nice strong warm up of about 15 minutes i felt like i was god. I am excited about getting my 3rd tub.

Seems like someone promoted NO-EXPLODE after doing a bit of a negative feedback to gain the confidence of the people….good strategy… :)

UM no its true. Try it. i joined my schools weightlifting again last yr after using No-xplode for a couple months, i went from 225 back up to my previous max bench at 285 in 3 weeks. Then i did the recommended 4 week break from it, because i plateaud. the first day back on it, i wanted to try benching 290, since 285 felt light. well i did a rep, felt that 290 was too light. so i tried 295 and so forth until finally i hit my max at 315 and this was after my 2 hr workout. i had never broken 300 before that. so needless to say i thought it was a fluke. well on my friday workout, i did 315 again, but this time i aso did all my reps (i do 3-5 reps, and 4 sets) with 285. and at the end of that workout, i decided to rep out some with 225, and i did 15. Currently im on my usual 2 scoops of No-xplode ( just did my workout.) but i looked it up because i havnt done it in 4 months due to money, but i got some and used it, but i did a hard workout and my heart was acting strange like i was working it too hard it scared me though cuz i felt like i was goig to have a heart attack (it was aching and beating like crazy and i had chest pressure) so I had to stop my workout early to be safe. I think its due to the high caffeine dose. I have never reacted so strongly to it before. Never the less No-xplode works awesome for me. I may cut back a little for a while till i get use to it again tho, because i have the shakes pretty bad rt now and i took it 3 hrs ago. anyways dont disbelieve the things ppl say about it until you try it yourself dude.

Its not bull crap…with heavy weight, my bench went from 190 to 305 in a little over 3 months of intense work on my chest. Added with running, ab training, and proper eating, I went from 205 on the scale to a toned 190. It’s pretty legit!

Reply

17 Jacob September 14, 2011 at 5:38 am

Well if you ask me, anything is possible threw mental will power. My first drink I did before I went and benched my max went up 30 pounds from the previous week. It’s absolutely possible.

I stack Force Factor with NO Xplode but I only take 2 pills and 1 Scope of NO. I drink at least a half gallon of water a day with a protein shake right after I work out. I am 195 benching well over 350 but I have been lifting for almost 7 years. NO Xplode works but you have to know your limits and its not what your taking fellas, its how hard do you want to push yourself in the Gym.

in the end, i´m not a big lifter, i’m more focused on lots of reps with medium weight (100 then 1 hour of cardio, cause i’m a model and being lean & shredded is my real deal….

i’ll appreciate a good advise for a substitute or dose, after all; you guys are the best!

NO Explode has an ENORMOUS caffeine amount per serving. No wonder you can’t sleep. And if you add that to whatever normal amount of caffeine you ingest ( coffee, colas, chocolate, other nutrients ) you’re lucky to be standing let alone bouncing off walls !!

Hi Robert, I am interested in supplementing with NO xplode soon. However, I have concerns about bulking up. I am a model also and I’m primarily seeking something that will increase my endurance and strength for better, fuller, and longer work out. Basically I’m going for the lean stredded look. So my question is how long have you been taking NO xplode? And would you suggest it to those that don’t want to bulk up? Thanx

If you want to lean out but still have a good workout session and cardio, get Bsn’s Volumaize and Endoburn. They are very good supplements that i take along side of no explode and i have seen amazing results.

To help with the sleeplessness, take 750mg of Magnesium 30 minutes before bed, it will really help calm the mind and relax the muscles, plus it supports normal nerve and muscle function and assists the body with the usage of calcium. You can also use Lavender essential oil, diffuse in the room, it will help you sleep deeper and longer and awake refreshed.

That isn’t bullshit. When I used n.o. Xplode it totally changed my experience in the weight room. Right away I notice that what I was doing befor I started it, seemed WAY easier than before. I only weighed 145 and I was a freshman in highschool (this was last year) and within a few weeks my squating went from 220ish up to a max of 330. Also by the time u was done with the tub, which I was sharing with a buddy, my bicep curls I could rep 170 8 times. This shit is legit.

Ive been taking no xplode for 5 weeks now and I have seen a ton of results from it. My previous flat bench was a max out at 200 set of 2. Incline was 180 set of 1. Decline was 215 set of 4. My new max outs are flat bench at 250 set of 2. Incline at 200 set of 4. Decline is 270 set of 1. I went from a normal athletic looking kid at 175lbs to a lean monster at 188lbs. This stuff is so legit and I would reccomend it to anyone looking to get bigger and stronger. Try it for yourself and take with lots of water and a post workout protein shake for best results. No X-plode!

I took this stuff and my bench went from 295 to….. FARTING ON MYSELF!!!!! This stuff does not improve strength like others are saying. It’s not a test-booster, not test, not even a mass gainer. It’s a simple pre-workout with laxative formula. Works for some, quite possibly, but I will never buy this product again. If you wanna try it, take some samples from a nutrition store. Sorry BSN reps, I love the company but not this product.

N.O. worked for me and i had very good gains in the first cycle and i worked in the gym like a truck but now i think it doesn’t work on me like it have worked before. I take N.O. Explode now the same way i used to and it doesnt hit me the same. I believe that the cycling of it is very important dont slack on it. There is no point of taking no-explode on non-training days. Its a waste and it makes your body built a tolerance a lot faster. So like i said before TAKE IT ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY!!!

Reply

55 James Welch August 24, 2010 at 2:44 pm

Daniel,
You are correct in only taking it on training days, and to cycle the N.O. Xplode, as example finishing the container and then waiting 2-3 months before buying the next container of N.O. Xplode. On top of that you should only take a Max of 1/2 to 1 scoop when starting off a container and then slowly proggressing to 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode towards the end of the container. This will help in not getting the same kick as your body gets used to the N.O. Xplode.

I just started using No Explode recently and wanted to pass on my experience.

First off, I’m 51 years old and just decided to get into weight training and general fitness & wanting to tone & bulk up and see what I can do at my age.

I got No Explode based on advice from someone I know as was curious to see what it would do.

In all due honesty, I was not disappointed.

The 1st day I took No Explode, I thought I was literally going to go into orbit. I could do a killer workout at my gym at work. Day’s 2 & three were a little more subtle as I was getting used to it, but still a killer work out.

On my off ‘gym days’ I decided to modify my routine and took a shot of No Explode prior. I noted I was doing triple sets of certain routines without fatigue.

I note that some claims state ‘you will get throbbing, bulging arms’ A bit overdone. I do note though that there is something I can feel when I take No Explode. I think for me, it will take a couple of tubs of for me to see a major difference. Now that said, if you could prove to me how that could happen, I’d really be interested on knowing that. One knows that gains like that don’t happen overnight.

It is amazing thougfh that I find I can do more with less fatigue than with out it and will stick with the product. Problem, Canadian price. My partner lives in the U.S & I get him to bring it when he comes up. I’m on a budget so am getting him to get it.

This is about as honest a review as it gets for someone who is pretty green when it comes weight training, but IS serious to see what I can do at my age.

Hope this helps with your great product.

You know Sue, there are warnings on the label that tell you to try a small amount to see if it reacts wrong with your body. I’ll bet any judge in any court would slap you on the back of the hand and send you home with your tail between your legs for being a bad mommy, and not stopping your boy from doing something harmful to his body, even after being warned. What do you want next, guard rails along the roadsides to keep him from walking in front of cars?

I’d have the kid go in for a check up. Even people that are assumed to be healthy should ask a physician before starting a workout program. Your son may be sensitive to the effects of caffeine or stimulants, which are in this product. Another suggestion is to either lower the dosage or take it earlier in the morning or afternoon. I never drink coffee after 5 p.m. because I’m afraid it may keep me up…I can drink a TON of coffee! I tried this stuff and it did little for me, I used to use the Xenadrine (with ephadrine) and that stuff was like SPEED! If this stuff made your son’s heart speed up, that stuff would have killed him!

65 Eduardo Villegas June 1, 2010 at 11:19 pm

this stuff is not people who are underage because all young males can seriosly have a heart problem just because the supplement he took is very strong to young people his age to handle. People who are older than 18 and had weightlifted before without taking supplements will most likely handle this kind of supplement or situation because their bodies are prepared for heavy lifting and taking supplements that are used by professional bodybuilders.

66 Robert June 2, 2010 at 2:32 pm

I took this stuff for 2 yrs straight! I gained weight, & the same time muscle mass. Of course it’s creatine & you will gain water weigt from it! Make sure he drinks enough water so he doesn’t mess up his liver. Also make sure he cycles off after he’s done w his bottle!
It is a Vaso Dialator…Therefore, it’s not good to keep him on this stuff for a long time. Make sure he doesn’t drink alcohol while he’s on this! Alcohol is blood thinner, & this stuff elevates BP! So it’s not a good combo! It does give you massive diarrhea after consuming it, & if you consume too much it will keep you up at night. That’s why it says do not consume 5hrs before bed time. But I say just take one scoop & mix w 12oz of water…take it early in the morning! Don’t get him used to this stuff! Like all other products it has it’s negative effect. But it’s a slow process! I guess what I’m saying is. You will find out what it does to your kidneys 10yrs down the road.

The post here by this mother drives me absolutely crazy. Isn’t it just like people these days, take NO responsibility as a parent whatsoever for what your son is doing and then as soon as something goes wrong, look to point the fingers. Hilarious. You already know your son may be reacting poorly to the supplement yet there you sit, greedily, irresponsibly awaiting trouble. Take some responsibility as a parent, better yet, now that you’ve learned something, go teach other parents the same. Ugghghggh, you and that lady that is suing the airline after falling asleep and laying in the airplane for 4 hours…you people make me sick.

Well, if you were smart, you would have him off this product before something does happen. Maybe his heart racing is a sign for him to stop! Not keep taking it until he has a heart attack from taking a shit. AND if you were smart, you would research what your son is taking and know CREATINE should not be taken by ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. It leaves long term damage to the heart. Thanks for the worthless comment, we, have nothing to do with this product we are simply commenting on it. So I am asking you do be a bit more specific when you say “your sweet asses” because I find that insulting.

I started taking it this morning and I’m not sure if I took too much or what but I have been spinning out all day! It’s like I had 10 coffees all at once and my heart was going a million miles an hour. Maybe my body needs to get used to it. We’ll see if I sleep tonight!

Greg, your first post and you are already sound like a sexist pig. Good job!!!! You also have poor grammar, do not capitalize, and spelled the words “embarrassing” and “dumb ass” incorrectly.

I do agree with you that Sue is annoying and should not allow her son to take this supplement..but because he is reacting to it he is a “girl”. I will have you know that I am a girl, and I am pretty sure my body fat percentage is a lot lower than most of the people on this forum.

“Man up.” Hah! You should read a book.

Seriously? If you’re going to correct someone’s language mechanics, you need to make sure you’re not doing anything stupid. You want to get into mechanics? You typed your ellipses wrong. Besides that, you should have typed “girl.” You also contradicted yourself in the first line of your second paragraph. I just love picking people apart when they think they’re hot stuff. I haven’t measured my body fat, but I know that I’m five and a half feet tall and I have a total body weight of 125 pounds. That’s roughly a BMI of 18, which is, to my knowledge, perfect. I bench 200, squat 250, and dead-lift 315. That said, I have MINIMAL body fat. One more thing, you don’t find manhood by reading a book. Real men don’t get their manhood from women, or, in your case, girls. They get it from either within or, if they’re religious, from God. I personally do both. One last thing: it IS stereotypical that girls are physically weaker than guys. That said, he may have been sexist, but it’s perfectly normal and a condoned notion in today’s society. Thanks for the opportunity to scratch away at your post.

Well Sue I am sorry that your Son is not sleeping. But before you go off the handle and talk about sueing the makers of NO-Xplode who have received awards for the Best supplement company for the past 4 years in a row. Make sure your son is taking it right and only training days, and if he is not sleeping at night. Possibly he is taking it after 3pm, which is not a good idea, and they say that on the label (i think). Remember there is a lot of caffeine in this product. So please make sure he is not taking it after 3pm. If he is not, have him take only 1 scoop or less, is better. Some peoples bodie do not respond well to caffeine in large amounts. So please make sure you get ALL YOUR FACTS before you badmouth a GREAT and company who cares about people and their healthy success immensely. Also know that this company is sponsored by the UFC. What other company has come close to that feat!!!! I hope all is well with your son, and you find a solution to his imsomnia.

First off, Bryan wasn’t being an asshole about it he even said that he hopes her son will be okay he was just stating that she should not be bad mouthing BSN without any knowledgeable information and just talking out of her ass. Yes this stuff is dangerous, but if a boys mother is writing on here about it, it probably means the boy is younger then 18, which is the age your suppose to be taking this stuff at. It can be dangerous for anyone under that age, and why are you on this review site if you don’t have a good or bad review? Don’t try to be a smart-ass buddy. But anyway i would give N.O. about a 8 or 9. It doesn’t really compare much to Gaspari products but it still works very well for good pumps and size gains.

n.o. explode works very well for what it is intended for. it does exactly what it claims to on the bottle. once you start your workout you will notice your veins opening up and a strong caffine stimulation which is intended to give you focus and energy. after getting into your workout pretty hard you’ll notice the intense strength and pumps brought on by the creatine flooding your muscles with atp. this enables you to go a little harder and for longer than without taking anything. for all who are not impressed by this product just keep in mind that it is an inexpensive, over-the-counter product and does what it claims to. for a price of $35-40 dollars i feel it is well worth the money!

John,
definitely! especially if you have had a long hard day at work and your motivation to get on the road is low. Take a dosage just before and it will give you that extra energy to get your arse into gear.
Also, having taken it, you will know that if you DONT go for a run, you aint sleeping tonight (extra motivation no? :) )
Getting started on a workout regime is probably the hardest thing to do. This just helps you along for the first month or so. once you’re in a routine, i recon you can give it a break for a while until you really need it again.

Haro,

You may be allergic to the Sucralose, otherwise known as aspertain, it is a synthetic sugar and has been known to cause asthma symptoms, try something else, I have had great success with NO2, definitely more expensive, but the rewards are incredible and there are no side effects, other than sleeplessness, if taken too late. It contains no caffeine, nor sugars, you can tell because it tastes like fertilizer. The caffeine is what is making you lightheaded and dizzy. make sure you don’t have any caffeine or nicotine during the day when on NO-Xplode. It would be great if the manufacturers would come out with a caffeine free and sucralose free version, it would have better results. Also you can take the L-arginine alpha ketoglutarate by its self and some B12 to give you the vaso-dialating results and energy.

has anyone taken no explode for boxing, cycling, running or other cv exercise? this is my reason for using it and on my first day I took half the amount half an hour before a 10 mile run, then finnished the bottle just before setting off. I felt sick 20 minutes in, but after 50 minutes I was powering along. After getting home I was hyper for about 3 hours. I was hoping that by taking the rest of the drink just before going that it would kick in half way through, this happened but I felt bloated for the initial 20 minutes.

I have been lifting for about 3 years now and I have tried many different creatine supplements. N.O. Xplode, N.O. Vapor, SuperPump 250, Arnge Krush.

I seem to get the best results from N.O. Xplode out of all those. Why is this? I know everything works differently for people but is there something in it that is not in those others?

Thanks!

I have taken a lot of supplements and I can honestly say that this is one of the best if you are lookeing for a pump before your workout. In response to the angry mom above I would only ask how old is your son. If he is under 18 and trying to get bulked up for football/powerlifting whatever, I would not recommend this product. Also the label states very clearly to check with your doctor before taking Nitric Oxide. I would recommend all to read the labels before buying any product and please dont buy them for your kids.

For anyone under the age of 25, most suppliments are unneccessary, the body is producing high levels of HGH and Testosterone, Use what the body gives you and just be dilligent and work out daily. after 25 the body slows down the production of both and HGH is stopped at 35-39 years old and testosterone is also reduced. If you want to add something to your workout along with this product, and you are over 35, add a homeopathic HGH suppliment. My Naturopathic Doctor tested me with one of these suppliments and warned me that I may actually grow in height. At 6′8″ already, I am not sure I want to get any taller, If you are unsure and are over 35, cut yourself and time how long it takes to heal, then take a HGH product and cut yourselft again, It should take half the time to heal.

If you are concerned with cutting yourself, just do some yard work, we all have cut ourselves doing yard work, getting a blister will also work to test it.

I starting taking NO when it first came out. It was the best thing since sliced bread. CEM 3 technology was great too. I bought 1 bottle of the AVPT bottle. It did nothing for me. It tasted like cough syrup and it made me sick. I am however going to try it again due to my previous memories of it.

I got a sample pack from my local nutrition store and took about 1.5 scoops yesterday 45 mins before my workout. I have taken many different supplements before having worked out most of my life and playing college football. But I have never felt my natural energy increase that quickly and for once I was stoked to go workout. Even after a long day at work. When I was at the gym I felt great and “clean”. Didnt have the jitters and just wanted to add weight to my reps and knock it out. Make sure to workout hard and get it out of your system. Sweating is key. I will definintely buy some this week.

I have been taking it off and on for about 3 years. While it did everything it promised in the beggining, it lost its umpfh for me.

Before I started taking it, i had perfect blood pressure, now its quite high, even though i quit using it, and its bothering me a lot. Remember that you are putting chemicals into your body that are directly effecting your heart and your arteries….ever noticed how hard and crusty the residual no explode gets after you finish a glass of it? imagine that gunk building up inside your pulmonary system….. when your healthy you dont care but when you develop a heart condition, youll wish youd hae never taken the gamble, over some muscle, that will rot and decay if your heart quits beating.

I am very happy with my body size, but I have been feeling like I’ve hit that wall that people talk about as far as growing and I felt like I needed a boost, so I tried this NO explo I hear about. Wow!! This is my second day on it, I feel pumped before I get to the gym, my reps have increased, I’m puttin more weight on the bar, I don’t feel fatigued, I am impressed!!. Very excited to see how much more size I put on from this. The only thing is it has gave me the shits about 2 hours after the workout every time, i’m thinkin this will wear off, but overall all I am impressed!!

Hey mike, (they cyclist/boxer/runner guy), taking N.o. will work fine for your cardio stuff, you just have to pay a bit more attention to exactly what time you take it. I race road bikes and initially only used it for gym workouts, but it is definitely possible for endurance work (and is easier to do once you have a bit of a tolerance base). The first training ride I drank it on (2 scoops), I almost puked at the peak of a hill but that was because I took it RIGHT before the ride, and drank it from a bottle on my bike during the ride, thus it was still fizzing/settling/etc in my stomach and it was somewhat nauseating. If you are going to use it for running or boxing or whatever you are going to do, I’d recommend taking it at least an hour before, and then supplementing your workout with only water/gatorade throughout the rest. The nausea shouldn’t bother you then. However, you must also be a bit more cautious when loading supplements with endurance training as opposed to weight training. I don’t care what the bottle says, any product that contains creatine is inherently going to involve some amount of temporary water retention (that initial “pump”) and if you are going to be doing endurance sports on creatine/caffeine supplements it is imperative you avoid dehydration, and overhydration for that matter. The incredible thing about NO is that once you hop off your endurance training mike you can go right to the gym and run through a weight set no problem!

Reply

122 Rodney L May 24, 2009 at 9:21 am

I’ve used it for the first time today and I can say that this stuff defiantly works. I’m using it to get a boost on endurance runs and it did the trick, I doubled my distance! I know I couldn’t have possibly have done it without it. Just a thought for everyone, I think if you use this product for distance running you actually pump alot of the product out in sweat thus it doesn’t stay in your body all night, giving some very nasty side effects. I felt totally normal after my run like the product had done its job and that was it. If your just doing weights you aren’t pumping as much sweat out or using as much energy as a big run. Must keep hydrated tho or the side effects will kick in. I guess also you are consuming alot more water when running rather than looking at yourself in a mirror, so it gets flushed out of your system. Yes this stuff gave me a bit of gas and a visit or two to the toilet but its acceptable because caffeine is a natural directic so I expected it, no surprise there. I wont be using it constantly tho, defiantly use as directed and you will be fine.

So you are saying this product is safe for runners? I just bought some NO Explode because I could use some more endurance for my longer runs. However, a friend of mine , who works at GNC told me that it is totally unsafe to take when doing cardio! I have only used this product a few times and only use one scoop. I am 5′6 about 125 lbs. Is this product going to make me bulk up or will is just be good for my endurance running? I do NOT want to bulk up..if anything, I just want to burn fat and have lots of lean muscles!

lol, you are ignorant and stupid. Look at how much coffee other people drink, then compare that to how much caffeine is in n.o xplode. Then look at how many heart attacks people drinking coffee multiple times throughout the day. I’ve never met anyone who drinks 3+ cups of coffee a day that has had a heart attack.
You want to know why caffeine is bad? Because too much of it causes irregular heart beats. Which can result in it shutting down, it’s called heart arrhythmia.

Dont get me wrong, I am a huge fan of NO-xplode. budt look it up rodney, caffeine is basically a very mild, more controlled form of speed. it does the same thing. it causes your heart to work harder, which enlarges it, and Will increase chance of heart attacks. 3 different Doctors told me. but caffeine lowers pain reception, and also gives you energy, which allows you to workout longer without getting as sore and tired until it wears off. I have been taking for 2 years and look things up before i ingest them. but believe what you want, i REALLY dont care what you do. But look things up for yourself before telling ppl off. Because in this case you are very wrong.
