"A Genuine NO Xplode review for you guys"

Hey fellow hardcore trainers!

Well, I’m gonna be bold here! This is a real, no-nonsense NO Xplode review.. I don’t care what Ronnie Coleman says about it. I can’t afford to juice myself up with $60,000 every year, so this review is what a regular (but hard training) guy thinks about NO Xplode.

First and foremost:

  • Are you a gym newbie?
  • Do you have a hazardous health condition? (for eg. High blood pressure)
  • Does your stomach get easily upset?
  • Do you train late afternoon/evening?
  • Are you interested in only “general fitness”? (a.k.a. You don’t care about being stronger, lifting heavier at each workout, or growing thick slabs of muscle).

If you answered yes to any of the above, then I’m sorry to tell you that NO Xplode is absolutely NOT what you need!

Who needs NO Xplode then!??

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger, but you just can’t seem to add those measly little 2lbs weight plates on the bar – you’ve reached a plateau.

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger but you just don’t feel like going to the gym. You might toughen it out and go anyway but it just doesn’t feel right..or worse, you lift the same, or less weight than your previous workout session and that too not because your muscles are weak but rather because your mind just doesn’t feel like it – you’ve lost the motivation you had on your first training day.

-You can consistently add 2lbs on the bar every two weeks but you know you can do better! You know you can add the same 2lbs each and every time you workout.

How do I know this..?

Guys, I’ve been working out for 4 years now. After 2 years of consistent training, I reached a whopping rep max of 310lbs on the bench press. Was proud of it! Only that 3 months later, my rep max was still 310lbs..and it didn’t feel that whopping any longer.

My partner told me about NO Xplode. Wasn’t convinced, but he offered me a serving, he saw how mediocre my workouts have been for several weeks due to lack of motivation.

Nothing happened. Nothing, till around 2 – 3 hours after my workout! Felt like I had a mix of Red Bull, Lucozade, Gatorade & glucose. Energy levels like never before.. Yeah, lost the pump.. But my brain was telling me to go to the gym again.. I didn’t – it was just a psychological (and physiological) after-effect, I didn’t want to overtrain. I REALLY wanted to do another training session, I didn’t but I could have.

On the next training session (3 days later, I had a few assignments to submit), I took a serving of NO Xplode 2 hours prior to my training (I already knew that for me, it kicks in after 2 hours). Guess what? Benched 320lbs.. Not a huge increase, but meant a lot to me.

Don’t get me wrong. Together with NO Xplode I had my daily 8 hours of sleep, 6 – 8 meals a day plus my whey shake right after my workouts. NO Xplode didn’t give me my gains.. NO Xplode only greatly helped me achieve them.

On a separate note, I did try Jack3d after my NO Xplode bucket was emptied, just to get a contrast. Jacke3d is good. It contains less chemicals, iteven tasted better but it’s not NO Xplode.. Wasn’t experiencing the same surge of energy. I just had to get back to NO Xplode.

Do NOT shake NO Xplode.. Stir with a spoon

Or shake it..at your own risk! I personally had it burst in my hand. Probably some effervescence (kinda brisk though) or something but unless you fancy a good cleaning, use a spoon..

Rules are meant to be broken – not with NO Xplode

Do yourself a favour, take it in the morning or early afternoon and have it on an empty stomach. You might also want to drink loads of water.

What’s up with the taste man?

Yeah, feels kinda weird.. Coupled with some nasty burps and terrifying farts , you sometimes wish that you had something more “stable”.. But then, stability doesn’t provide you with reckless energy and tunnel-like focus!

Here is what you need to do. Mix it & shove it down your throat!

Should I take it or not?

As I said above, if you want to get big & strong, and be 200% focussed on your workouts, you should give it a try. However, this is the purpose of all pre-workout supplements. And again, this doesn’t, and will never replace proper nutrition and sleep.

Do feel free to try what works best for you, but I personally got VERY good results with NO Xplode – 4 times awarded by the #1 bodybuilding website, bodybuilding.com

Where do I buy NO Xplode?

You can buy NO Xplode in almost every bodybuilding store at your location. The retail price is about $62.99 for a 1.81 lbs tub and $66.99 for the bigger 2.25 lbs tub. If you’re to lazy to go shopping (like me ;) ) and you’re short of money you can save up to 51% and buy a big tub of NO Xplode at www.AllStarHealth.com for $32.39 (2.25 lbs – 50 servings).

They usualy have the best deals on supplements online and they ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Check it yourself by clicking this link www.AllStarHealth.com

I love this stuff. In seven weeks my max bench press jumped by 80 pounds and my work out weight went from 185 to 285. My ead lift workout weight went from 135 to 225. I was doing single arm hammer curls with 65 pounders by the end. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that is willing to put in the effort at the gym. this stuff took about 30-45 min to kick in. After a nice strong warm up of about 15 minutes i felt like i was god. I am excited about getting my 3rd tub.

2 john May 24, 2010 at 7:20 am

hahahahahahaha… what a load of bullshit. your workout weight went up by 100lbs in 7 weeks?

good god thats a load of crap

3 Duzzi May 31, 2010 at 2:06 am

10 zach brooks November 10, 2010 at 12:50 pm

11 Evan watlingtony September 21, 2010 at 3:42 am

Here’s how I, a denver boy feel about it. I find it very hard to believe your bench press went up that much. I mena fourty pounds would be pretty normal but over eighty?!! Anyone will question that man

12 Dean October 2, 2010 at 11:48 am

Not neccessarily a load of crap, I have also had that kind of increase, although when I did it, I tore my bicep tendon and my brachialis tendon.

13 Sam November 3, 2011 at 11:16 pm

Seems like someone promoted NO-EXPLODE after doing a bit of a negative feedback to gain the confidence of the people….good strategy… :)

14 Tim Gemeiner December 26, 2010 at 1:34 am

UM no its true. Try it. i joined my schools weightlifting again last yr after using No-xplode for a couple months, i went from 225 back up to my previous max bench at 285 in 3 weeks. Then i did the recommended 4 week break from it, because i plateaud. the first day back on it, i wanted to try benching 290, since 285 felt light. well i did a rep, felt that 290 was too light. so i tried 295 and so forth until finally i hit my max at 315 and this was after my 2 hr workout. i had never broken 300 before that. so needless to say i thought it was a fluke. well on my friday workout, i did 315 again, but this time i aso did all my reps (i do 3-5 reps, and 4 sets) with 285. and at the end of that workout, i decided to rep out some with 225, and i did 15. Currently im on my usual 2 scoops of No-xplode ( just did my workout.) but i looked it up because i havnt done it in 4 months due to money, but i got some and used it, but i did a hard workout and my heart was acting strange like i was working it too hard it scared me though cuz i felt like i was goig to have a heart attack (it was aching and beating like crazy and i had chest pressure) so I had to stop my workout early to be safe. I think its due to the high caffeine dose. I have never reacted so strongly to it before. Never the less No-xplode works awesome for me. I may cut back a little for a while till i get use to it again tho, because i have the shakes pretty bad rt now and i took it 3 hrs ago. anyways dont disbelieve the things ppl say about it until you try it yourself dude.

15 Tim Gemeiner December 26, 2010 at 1:37 am

And i have ATLEAST 30 witnesses at Mountain Empire High to prove it. plus my coach, and it was recorded on a kids Ipod.

16 Casey March 21, 2011 at 1:39 pm

Its not bull crap…with heavy weight, my bench went from 190 to 305 in a little over 3 months of intense work on my chest. Added with running, ab training, and proper eating, I went from 205 on the scale to a toned 190. It’s pretty legit!

17 Jacob September 14, 2011 at 5:38 am

Well if you ask me, anything is possible threw mental will power. My first drink I did before I went and benched my max went up 30 pounds from the previous week. It’s absolutely possible.

18 rocky October 22, 2011 at 8:24 am

i took it and i was on the bowl for two days .no thanks i am good … i like force factor better

19 jermane November 4, 2011 at 2:50 pm

I stack Force Factor with NO Xplode but I only take 2 pills and 1 Scope of NO. I drink at least a half gallon of water a day with a protein shake right after I work out. I am 195 benching well over 350 but I have been lifting for almost 7 years. NO Xplode works but you have to know your limits and its not what your taking fellas, its how hard do you want to push yourself in the Gym.

20 DBarton January 18, 2012 at 1:21 pm

this shit makes you go insane, and makes you strong as hell ! get strong bro

21 Tyler April 9, 2012 at 10:48 am

Naw not really it works I went up 150 pounds in 3 weeks

22 Mick May 11, 2012 at 3:37 am

hey john , you’re an idiot, 100 lbs in 7 weeks is easily doable if your determined and focused. u probably train like a bitch!

23 jake May 24, 2010 at 5:05 pm

yes, that is the biggest load of BS I’ve ever heard

24 joe May 26, 2010 at 11:56 am

Biggest load of BS or BSN? : )

25 Bob May 26, 2010 at 4:16 pm

I took NO-Xplode for 3 months weeks (out of 6) when I was in Iraq, and I lifted weights heavily the entire time.

Starting workout/weight/reps/sets:
-Bench Press / 150 / 8-9 / 3
-Single Hammer Curl / 35 / 8 / 3

Ending workout/weight/reps/sets:
-Bench Press / 235 / 6 / 3
-Single Hammer Curl / 55 / 6 / 3

26 Griz September 20, 2010 at 6:50 am

thats it!!! im only 16 and have a bench of 325 by taking this stuff.. it works extreamly well!! drink a gallon of water throughout the day to get the best benefits of it…

27 C-money March 23, 2011 at 4:51 pm

Hells yah boyzzz! this stuff if tight! break it down to tha bazzics, and get huuge!

28 Robert July 24, 2011 at 3:27 pm

When i served in Iraq i had the same results, I started to lift my 4 month into my deployment starting at 200lbs in bench. When i left Iraq i had increased my bench max by 75lbs, and it no B.S. No-Explode works, but i did have stomach issues with it, mostly vomiting but no biggie. i was fine afterwards, i felt if i didnt vomit i didnt put out my best effort.

29 George August 8, 2011 at 8:13 am

I’m in Iraq now but I’m a little concerned about the heat? How should
I take it I start work at 8am until 8 pm I go to gym at 530am before
Work? Should I take it on emtpy stomach?

30 robert balds July 15, 2010 at 10:47 am

this thing is actually working! i’m quite satisfied but i don’t know if I’m the only person who will write about NOT SLEEPING so well; since I started taking NO XPLODE i’m having just full 4 hrs of sleep, does anyone have experienced this as well?

in the end, i´m not a big lifter, i’m more focused on lots of reps with medium weight (100 then 1 hour of cardio, cause i’m a model and being lean & shredded is my real deal….

i’ll appreciate a good advise for a substitute or dose, after all; you guys are the best!

31 Runner Bob July 21, 2010 at 2:12 pm

NO Explode has an ENORMOUS caffeine amount per serving. No wonder you can’t sleep. And if you add that to whatever normal amount of caffeine you ingest ( coffee, colas, chocolate, other nutrients ) you’re lucky to be standing let alone bouncing off walls !!

32 tdb February 9, 2011 at 11:41 am

Actally theres 0 caffeine in it. read the lable buddy

33 ian February 23, 2011 at 9:17 pm

Maybe you’re looking at the caffeine free one?

34 Eric June 5, 2011 at 7:01 pm

Its the Vitamin B12. its Natures version of caffeine.

35 Jorge H Salinas August 23, 2011 at 12:34 am

You sir are an idiot.. It even says in the ingredients that it has high amounts of caffeine in it..

36 jc July 29, 2010 at 1:09 am

Hi Robert, I am interested in supplementing with NO xplode soon. However, I have concerns about bulking up. I am a model also and I’m primarily seeking something that will increase my endurance and strength for better, fuller, and longer work out. Basically I’m going for the lean stredded look. So my question is how long have you been taking NO xplode? And would you suggest it to those that don’t want to bulk up? Thanx

37 Jake August 6, 2010 at 6:49 pm

If you want to lean out but still have a good workout session and cardio, get Bsn’s Volumaize and Endoburn. They are very good supplements that i take along side of no explode and i have seen amazing results.

38 Serbia June 26, 2011 at 8:07 pm

u models are fags

39 Cody July 31, 2010 at 11:12 am

I have a really hard time sleeping as well! THought that i was just the only one!

40 Tim Gemeiner December 28, 2010 at 3:52 pm

if you are having trouble sleeping then you should take it about 6 hrs or more before trying to sleep. i take 2 scoops, and i get the max results between 1-3hrs after taking it and i can usually sleep about 5-6 hrs after taking it. just workout earlier.

41 briggs tamunotonye May 11, 2011 at 8:08 am

pls i hope there are no content as anabolic agent in it? cos am an athlete, and i don’t think i’ll like to have any problem of drugs…

42 the hardest worker September 2, 2010 at 12:59 pm

your taking it to late and working out ( finashing) to late, if you cant change that because of your job do as my friends and i do take cod liver oil capsul before bed it’ll help you sleep TRUST ME !!!!!!!!!!

43 Mike February 24, 2011 at 4:18 am

Or melatonin pills, but do not take them more than 3 days in a row.

44 Ali September 19, 2010 at 9:44 pm

hey. I experienced the exact same thing. I thought that i was sick or some thing but as soon as I stopped using it i was back to normal.

45 Dean October 2, 2010 at 12:06 pm

To help with the sleeplessness, take 750mg of Magnesium 30 minutes before bed, it will really help calm the mind and relax the muscles, plus it supports normal nerve and muscle function and assists the body with the usage of calcium. You can also use Lavender essential oil, diffuse in the room, it will help you sleep deeper and longer and awake refreshed.

46 Denise July 12, 2012 at 12:20 pm

I have a neck injury and have had pain for two years…since I have been using this, my pain is manageable with out pain killers. I am not lifting weights…my injury prohibits me from weight training. I ran across this product at a flea market…new not opened for 10.00 each..great deal! Sometimes you accidentally run across something that helps you get through life when life is throwing you lemons. TO ALL OF YOU POSTING / READING, make the most of what you have been given, and don’t over do it….listen to your body!!

47 Frank Roberts April 13, 2013 at 6:02 pm

Yes I can’t sleep well myself, but yes I’m not a big lifter myself, it sure does give that bouts I need to get in there and get a good workout in for hr day. I also get an attitude toward others. I stop taking for 1 week to see if it was just me, but it was not. I started taking it again. I just hafto be careful.

48 Shane October 24, 2010 at 7:48 pm

That isn’t bullshit. When I used n.o. Xplode it totally changed my experience in the weight room. Right away I notice that what I was doing befor I started it, seemed WAY easier than before. I only weighed 145 and I was a freshman in highschool (this was last year) and within a few weeks my squating went from 220ish up to a max of 330. Also by the time u was done with the tub, which I was sharing with a buddy, my bicep curls I could rep 170 8 times. This shit is legit.

49 Jordan April 20, 2011 at 7:41 am

Ive been taking no xplode for 5 weeks now and I have seen a ton of results from it. My previous flat bench was a max out at 200 set of 2. Incline was 180 set of 1. Decline was 215 set of 4. My new max outs are flat bench at 250 set of 2. Incline at 200 set of 4. Decline is 270 set of 1. I went from a normal athletic looking kid at 175lbs to a lean monster at 188lbs. This stuff is so legit and I would reccomend it to anyone looking to get bigger and stronger. Try it for yourself and take with lots of water and a post workout protein shake for best results. No X-plode!

50 Jimmy September 8, 2011 at 10:51 am

I took this stuff and my bench went from 295 to….. FARTING ON MYSELF!!!!! This stuff does not improve strength like others are saying. It’s not a test-booster, not test, not even a mass gainer. It’s a simple pre-workout with laxative formula. Works for some, quite possibly, but I will never buy this product again. If you wanna try it, take some samples from a nutrition store. Sorry BSN reps, I love the company but not this product.

51 D November 20, 2011 at 12:20 pm

Yeah right..maybe with some steriods you did!

52 Leonard February 8, 2012 at 7:04 pm

This shit is really I have training for 1yr and i am 5′9 and weigh 155 but i have been benching 210 ever since i started to take this stuff the past 4months i look like a monster and my bench press is at 280 and it feels easy I love looking at my body Go get this shit it works if you want to be like me

53 Rod February 5, 2009 at 6:31 pm

No xplode works great my buddy and i work out togehter he goes home and I still have energy left to keep working out, it does takes about 30 min. for it to kick in.

54 Daniel from Pittsburgh February 7, 2009 at 10:20 am

N.O. worked for me and i had very good gains in the first cycle and i worked in the gym like a truck but now i think it doesn’t work on me like it have worked before. I take N.O. Explode now the same way i used to and it doesnt hit me the same. I believe that the cycling of it is very important dont slack on it. There is no point of taking no-explode on non-training days. Its a waste and it makes your body built a tolerance a lot faster. So like i said before TAKE IT ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY!!!

55 James Welch August 24, 2010 at 2:44 pm

You are correct in only taking it on training days, and to cycle the N.O. Xplode, as example finishing the container and then waiting 2-3 months before buying the next container of N.O. Xplode. On top of that you should only take a Max of 1/2 to 1 scoop when starting off a container and then slowly proggressing to 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode towards the end of the container. This will help in not getting the same kick as your body gets used to the N.O. Xplode.

56 Phil Elliott from Canada February 9, 2009 at 7:55 am

I just started using No Explode recently and wanted to pass on my experience.

First off, I’m 51 years old and just decided to get into weight training and general fitness & wanting to tone & bulk up and see what I can do at my age.

I got No Explode based on advice from someone I know as was curious to see what it would do.

In all due honesty, I was not disappointed.

The 1st day I took No Explode, I thought I was literally going to go into orbit. I could do a killer workout at my gym at work. Day’s 2 & three were a little more subtle as I was getting used to it, but still a killer work out.

On my off ‘gym days’ I decided to modify my routine and took a shot of No Explode prior. I noted I was doing triple sets of certain routines without fatigue.

I note that some claims state ‘you will get throbbing, bulging arms’ A bit overdone. I do note though that there is something I can feel when I take No Explode. I think for me, it will take a couple of tubs of for me to see a major difference. Now that said, if you could prove to me how that could happen, I’d really be interested on knowing that. One knows that gains like that don’t happen overnight.

It is amazing thougfh that I find I can do more with less fatigue than with out it and will stick with the product. Problem, Canadian price. My partner lives in the U.S & I get him to bring it when he comes up. I’m on a budget so am getting him to get it.

This is about as honest a review as it gets for someone who is pretty green when it comes weight training, but IS serious to see what I can do at my age.

Hope this helps with your great product.

57 dan July 28, 2010 at 11:13 pm

You should no be taking NO Explode if your just starting off, you should be working out for atleast a couple months before you consider using this.

58 joe August 1, 2010 at 9:12 am

who cares its working for him

59 Sue Crothers February 10, 2009 at 12:50 pm

ok guys so has anyone had a bad reaction from this?? I guess you don’t print those stories HUHHH? My son takes it only on workout days and can’t sleep at night and wakes up with his heart raceing!! That can’t be good for you!! If something happens to him you can bet your sweet ass I will be sueing the makers of this stuff big time!!!

60 Jacob rockbreaker May 9, 2010 at 8:33 am

You. do know this supplement is recomended to be taken after 18 years of age and maybe your son is over doing this and putting in way to much when he drinks it. I’m 14 6′1 189lbs and this stuff works absolutely amazing for me

61 Perplexed May 15, 2010 at 3:09 pm

You know Sue, there are warnings on the label that tell you to try a small amount to see if it reacts wrong with your body. I’ll bet any judge in any court would slap you on the back of the hand and send you home with your tail between your legs for being a bad mommy, and not stopping your boy from doing something harmful to his body, even after being warned. What do you want next, guard rails along the roadsides to keep him from walking in front of cars?

62 Mikel johnson May 25, 2010 at 3:37 pm

your gunna sue these ppl because your sons a dumbass and wont stop takin this. that shit wont hold up in court so you might as well just relax and tell your son to stop takin this…dumbass

63 joe May 26, 2010 at 12:01 pm

I’d have the kid go in for a check up. Even people that are assumed to be healthy should ask a physician before starting a workout program. Your son may be sensitive to the effects of caffeine or stimulants, which are in this product. Another suggestion is to either lower the dosage or take it earlier in the morning or afternoon. I never drink coffee after 5 p.m. because I’m afraid it may keep me up…I can drink a TON of coffee! I tried this stuff and it did little for me, I used to use the Xenadrine (with ephadrine) and that stuff was like SPEED! If this stuff made your son’s heart speed up, that stuff would have killed him!

64 Spencer March 3, 2012 at 10:26 pm

Your the dumbass, if it does kill him then yes they will be sued stupid 13 year old.

65 Eduardo Villegas June 1, 2010 at 11:19 pm

this stuff is not people who are underage because all young males can seriosly have a heart problem just because the supplement he took is very strong to young people his age to handle. People who are older than 18 and had weightlifted before without taking supplements will most likely handle this kind of supplement or situation because their bodies are prepared for heavy lifting and taking supplements that are used by professional bodybuilders.

66 Robert June 2, 2010 at 2:32 pm

I took this stuff for 2 yrs straight! I gained weight, & the same time muscle mass. Of course it’s creatine & you will gain water weigt from it! Make sure he drinks enough water so he doesn’t mess up his liver. Also make sure he cycles off after he’s done w his bottle!
It is a Vaso Dialator…Therefore, it’s not good to keep him on this stuff for a long time. Make sure he doesn’t drink alcohol while he’s on this! Alcohol is blood thinner, & this stuff elevates BP! So it’s not a good combo! It does give you massive diarrhea after consuming it, & if you consume too much it will keep you up at night. That’s why it says do not consume 5hrs before bed time. But I say just take one scoop & mix w 12oz of water…take it early in the morning! Don’t get him used to this stuff! Like all other products it has it’s negative effect. But it’s a slow process! I guess what I’m saying is. You will find out what it does to your kidneys 10yrs down the road.

67 JMart June 14, 2010 at 4:30 pm

The post here by this mother drives me absolutely crazy. Isn’t it just like people these days, take NO responsibility as a parent whatsoever for what your son is doing and then as soon as something goes wrong, look to point the fingers. Hilarious. You already know your son may be reacting poorly to the supplement yet there you sit, greedily, irresponsibly awaiting trouble. Take some responsibility as a parent, better yet, now that you’ve learned something, go teach other parents the same. Ugghghggh, you and that lady that is suing the airline after falling asleep and laying in the airplane for 4 hours…you people make me sick.

68 shane June 16, 2010 at 9:32 pm

well the easy fix for this is dont let him use it if u r so concerned ????? or r u just 1 of those insurance claim’s king who feeds his pie hole with dodgie dollars

69 sam June 27, 2010 at 7:38 pm

Well, if you were smart, you would have him off this product before something does happen. Maybe his heart racing is a sign for him to stop! Not keep taking it until he has a heart attack from taking a shit. AND if you were smart, you would research what your son is taking and know CREATINE should not be taken by ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. It leaves long term damage to the heart. Thanks for the worthless comment, we, have nothing to do with this product we are simply commenting on it. So I am asking you do be a bit more specific when you say “your sweet asses” because I find that insulting.

70 Tom July 5, 2010 at 4:56 am

I started taking it this morning and I’m not sure if I took too much or what but I have been spinning out all day! It’s like I had 10 coffees all at once and my heart was going a million miles an hour. Maybe my body needs to get used to it. We’ll see if I sleep tonight!

71 Mike July 7, 2010 at 5:15 pm

You’re not Sue’s son, are you? haha

72 Sam September 15, 2010 at 1:50 pm

74 greg August 1, 2010 at 9:14 am

your sons a little girl who has his annoying ass mommy writing on the computer. lady youre embarressing yourself and son so bad ts not even funny. get a life and tell your son to man up with the sides. oh, and if he cant sleep at night, how is he “waking up” with his heart racing. obviously he’s sleeping if he awakens. dumbassss

75 Sunny September 7, 2010 at 7:13 am

76 Jay January 11, 2011 at 3:46 pm

Greg, your first post and you are already sound like a sexist pig. Good job!!!! You also have poor grammar, do not capitalize, and spelled the words “embarrassing” and “dumb ass” incorrectly.

I do agree with you that Sue is annoying and should not allow her son to take this supplement..but because he is reacting to it he is a “girl”. I will have you know that I am a girl, and I am pretty sure my body fat percentage is a lot lower than most of the people on this forum.

“Man up.” Hah! You should read a book.

77 Taylor April 26, 2011 at 5:51 pm

Seriously? If you’re going to correct someone’s language mechanics, you need to make sure you’re not doing anything stupid. You want to get into mechanics? You typed your ellipses wrong. Besides that, you should have typed “girl.” You also contradicted yourself in the first line of your second paragraph. I just love picking people apart when they think they’re hot stuff. I haven’t measured my body fat, but I know that I’m five and a half feet tall and I have a total body weight of 125 pounds. That’s roughly a BMI of 18, which is, to my knowledge, perfect. I bench 200, squat 250, and dead-lift 315. That said, I have MINIMAL body fat. One more thing, you don’t find manhood by reading a book. Real men don’t get their manhood from women, or, in your case, girls. They get it from either within or, if they’re religious, from God. I personally do both. One last thing: it IS stereotypical that girls are physically weaker than guys. That said, he may have been sexist, but it’s perfectly normal and a condoned notion in today’s society. Thanks for the opportunity to scratch away at your post.

78 Mary Jackson August 28, 2011 at 12:46 am

You KNOW what you can do with that EXTRA rib-bone; Your mamma/sisters/wife(?) must be REALLY proud of your gender racist beliefs.
As far as religion…we’ll all see in the end now–won’t we?
The only man I have ever known, both inside OR outside the gym, that was EVER stronger than me…is the one I married…may he NEVER let me see fear :)

85 Bryce August 11, 2010 at 2:43 am

Please your sons a big boy and if anything happened the manufactorers havnt spoon fed him.Wake up

86 David August 17, 2010 at 7:34 pm

You are retarded. How old is your Son? I really hope He is under 16 (in which case he shouldn’t be taking it anyway) because otherwise this is funny as hell. Get a life

87 slise August 27, 2010 at 3:51 am

You’ll lose, don’t embarrass yourself. It says on the box that you’re not suppose to use it under 18 years of age. And if you experience sleepiness discontinue use. Good luck lady. I think your son needs a male role model.

88 fernando September 6, 2010 at 10:58 pm

he is taking to much of it tell him to take less of it there is stuff in there that energy drinks have, you cant sue if he is under 18, hes not supposed to take it eny ways im 17 take 2 scoops of it and fine nothing wrong with me

89 steve September 11, 2010 at 4:21 pm

Have him reduce the amount at first maybe 1/2 scoop 1/2 hour before workout, only on work out days, and then if smae thing happens stop taking it has alot of caffeine and it makes my heart race too.

90 Shane October 24, 2010 at 8:02 pm

People that sue the company for them choosing to take the product are a bunch of dikes. It’s just like the chicks that sued Micky Ds for making them fat, if your so worried tell you kid to stop, doest take a genious to figure that out. Nd he’s probably under age anyways so you would loose in court cause it says for people 18 and over.

91 Bryan February 13, 2009 at 1:30 am

Well Sue I am sorry that your Son is not sleeping. But before you go off the handle and talk about sueing the makers of NO-Xplode who have received awards for the Best supplement company for the past 4 years in a row. Make sure your son is taking it right and only training days, and if he is not sleeping at night. Possibly he is taking it after 3pm, which is not a good idea, and they say that on the label (i think). Remember there is a lot of caffeine in this product. So please make sure he is not taking it after 3pm. If he is not, have him take only 1 scoop or less, is better. Some peoples bodie do not respond well to caffeine in large amounts. So please make sure you get ALL YOUR FACTS before you badmouth a GREAT and company who cares about people and their healthy success immensely. Also know that this company is sponsored by the UFC. What other company has come close to that feat!!!! I hope all is well with your son, and you find a solution to his imsomnia.

92 poopheads r us May 13, 2010 at 3:58 pm

Hey Bryan,
First of all, you need to learn how to spell…..and check your grammar, and also understand that this stuff is dangerous. Ok seriously, Burger King is a sponsor of the UFC and that has to be great for your body right? I would not go by the UFC for supplement advice. LOSER

93 tim May 16, 2010 at 2:43 am

94 mike May 18, 2010 at 5:14 pm

First off, Bryan wasn’t being an asshole about it he even said that he hopes her son will be okay he was just stating that she should not be bad mouthing BSN without any knowledgeable information and just talking out of her ass. Yes this stuff is dangerous, but if a boys mother is writing on here about it, it probably means the boy is younger then 18, which is the age your suppose to be taking this stuff at. It can be dangerous for anyone under that age, and why are you on this review site if you don’t have a good or bad review? Don’t try to be a smart-ass buddy. But anyway i would give N.O. about a 8 or 9. It doesn’t really compare much to Gaspari products but it still works very well for good pumps and size gains.

95 fernando September 6, 2010 at 10:59 pm

they sponsor them to get money out of it duh.

96 Earl Phelps February 13, 2009 at 10:22 am

THIS STUFF IS GREAT!!! i feel great when i take this and work out, it gives great pumps that last for hours after work out. i only take it on training days. it has increased my strength by huge amounts. it is a all around great product who i would recommend to anyone

97 kel February 14, 2009 at 6:57 am

it is my first day of taking this product. i am currently in iraq and alot of guys over here are taking it and swear by it. im waiting to see how i react when the weather really heats up over here. i know i have to stay hydrated but any suggestions would be appreciated

98 Cris Brown February 19, 2009 at 4:34 am

@Sue Crothers > no , I didn’t notice a single bad reaction to this. You son will have to go to a doctor, but for sure, this isn’t the cause of your sons problems !

99 kevin j February 22, 2009 at 11:18 am

n.o. explode works very well for what it is intended for. it does exactly what it claims to on the bottle. once you start your workout you will notice your veins opening up and a strong caffine stimulation which is intended to give you focus and energy. after getting into your workout pretty hard you’ll notice the intense strength and pumps brought on by the creatine flooding your muscles with atp. this enables you to go a little harder and for longer than without taking anything. for all who are not impressed by this product just keep in mind that it is an inexpensive, over-the-counter product and does what it claims to. for a price of $35-40 dollars i feel it is well worth the money!

100 John February 23, 2009 at 6:14 am

I’m looking for energy/motivation to start running again. Is this product good for that? I’m not looking to put on weight. Thanks for your help.

101 Bruce June 10, 2010 at 8:18 am

definitely! especially if you have had a long hard day at work and your motivation to get on the road is low. Take a dosage just before and it will give you that extra energy to get your arse into gear.
Also, having taken it, you will know that if you DONT go for a run, you aint sleeping tonight (extra motivation no? :) )
Getting started on a workout regime is probably the hardest thing to do. This just helps you along for the first month or so. once you’re in a routine, i recon you can give it a break for a while until you really need it again.

102 Tim March 1, 2009 at 11:05 am

I tried NO-Explode, and loved the way it made me feel in the gym. I was really happy with the results i noticed, which resulted in looking forward to every workout’ Then i was done the tub and tried another product that was supposed to be pretty much the same by MuscleTech(NanoVapour) and was VERY Disappointed. I now feel nothing but cramps and diarrhea! Getting NO-Explode again, if nothing else but for the way it amped me up to workout!!

103 kevin from ohio March 17, 2009 at 10:30 pm

i am 245 lbs how many scoops shouldi take i bench 305 dead lift 450 squat 340 my first day i just took 1 and a little i got a ok kick let me know if you guys know

106 haro March 19, 2009 at 4:16 pm

i have been taking no explode for a couple of years now and lately when i take it i find it hard to catch my breathe and i get light headed and dizzy

107 sach August 16, 2010 at 2:36 pm

my friend creatine is a product that isn’t supposed to be taken continuously for years.. that is so unhealthy and puts an enormous strain on your kidneys.. try taking breaks in between tubs

108 Dean October 2, 2010 at 12:22 pm

You may be allergic to the Sucralose, otherwise known as aspertain, it is a synthetic sugar and has been known to cause asthma symptoms, try something else, I have had great success with NO2, definitely more expensive, but the rewards are incredible and there are no side effects, other than sleeplessness, if taken too late. It contains no caffeine, nor sugars, you can tell because it tastes like fertilizer. The caffeine is what is making you lightheaded and dizzy. make sure you don’t have any caffeine or nicotine during the day when on NO-Xplode. It would be great if the manufacturers would come out with a caffeine free and sucralose free version, it would have better results. Also you can take the L-arginine alpha ketoglutarate by its self and some B12 to give you the vaso-dialating results and energy.

109 mike March 21, 2009 at 3:28 pm

Like john, I would also like to know, how NO explode can help me, I am an active amatuer boxer, and go for a lot of long runs and cycles, I don’t want muscle mass, just lean small hard muscle, is anyone else using this product for similar reasons, like cardio vascular exercise or boxing, has it helped?

110 mike March 21, 2009 at 3:49 pm

has anyone taken no explode for boxing, cycling, running or other cv exercise? this is my reason for using it and on my first day I took half the amount half an hour before a 10 mile run, then finnished the bottle just before setting off. I felt sick 20 minutes in, but after 50 minutes I was powering along. After getting home I was hyper for about 3 hours. I was hoping that by taking the rest of the drink just before going that it would kick in half way through, this happened but I felt bloated for the initial 20 minutes.

111 Chris from CA March 21, 2009 at 6:49 pm

I have been lifting for about 3 years now and I have tried many different creatine supplements. N.O. Xplode, N.O. Vapor, SuperPump 250, Arnge Krush.

I seem to get the best results from N.O. Xplode out of all those. Why is this? I know everything works differently for people but is there something in it that is not in those others?

112 NewUser March 30, 2009 at 12:33 pm

Read alllll of these reviews before buying it….bought it 3 weeks ago..and have been only taking it on training days….WHAHOO is all i can say…. great product…. after 10-15 minutes huge surge of energy, and def. can lift more at the gym! Def. effects me hard cuz i feel AMPED up for…..at least 3-4 more hours after my workout…and …i took it around 4:00-5:00pm …and found it difficult to sleep….so i have been going to the gym in the AM……getting AMP’D up then……. and by the time night rolls around….im back to normal and sleep like a baby ….. First week did have the SH@#’s …but now im good….takes a few weeks to get stomach used to it?? …… YES I DO SUGGEST TAKING THIS……… but ONLY ONE SCOOP is good for me……2 scoops would put me overrrr the edge

113 kumar April 1, 2009 at 4:44 am

no xplode……its a wonderful product…..i didn’t get any complients while using………i’m feeling very energitic bcoz of this product…… i love this product very much………!

114 Joseph April 13, 2009 at 8:32 am

I have taken a lot of supplements and I can honestly say that this is one of the best if you are lookeing for a pump before your workout. In response to the angry mom above I would only ask how old is your son. If he is under 18 and trying to get bulked up for football/powerlifting whatever, I would not recommend this product. Also the label states very clearly to check with your doctor before taking Nitric Oxide. I would recommend all to read the labels before buying any product and please dont buy them for your kids.

115 Dean October 2, 2010 at 12:30 pm

For anyone under the age of 25, most suppliments are unneccessary, the body is producing high levels of HGH and Testosterone, Use what the body gives you and just be dilligent and work out daily. after 25 the body slows down the production of both and HGH is stopped at 35-39 years old and testosterone is also reduced. If you want to add something to your workout along with this product, and you are over 35, add a homeopathic HGH suppliment. My Naturopathic Doctor tested me with one of these suppliments and warned me that I may actually grow in height. At 6′8″ already, I am not sure I want to get any taller, If you are unsure and are over 35, cut yourself and time how long it takes to heal, then take a HGH product and cut yourselft again, It should take half the time to heal.

If you are concerned with cutting yourself, just do some yard work, we all have cut ourselves doing yard work, getting a blister will also work to test it.

116 Brett April 27, 2009 at 3:02 pm

I starting taking NO when it first came out. It was the best thing since sliced bread. CEM 3 technology was great too. I bought 1 bottle of the AVPT bottle. It did nothing for me. It tasted like cough syrup and it made me sick. I am however going to try it again due to my previous memories of it.

117 John May 7, 2009 at 1:56 pm

I got a sample pack from my local nutrition store and took about 1.5 scoops yesterday 45 mins before my workout. I have taken many different supplements before having worked out most of my life and playing college football. But I have never felt my natural energy increase that quickly and for once I was stoked to go workout. Even after a long day at work. When I was at the gym I felt great and “clean”. Didnt have the jitters and just wanted to add weight to my reps and knock it out. Make sure to workout hard and get it out of your system. Sweating is key. I will definintely buy some this week.

118 Eli May 7, 2009 at 4:08 pm

I have been taking it off and on for about 3 years. While it did everything it promised in the beggining, it lost its umpfh for me.

Before I started taking it, i had perfect blood pressure, now its quite high, even though i quit using it, and its bothering me a lot. Remember that you are putting chemicals into your body that are directly effecting your heart and your arteries….ever noticed how hard and crusty the residual no explode gets after you finish a glass of it? imagine that gunk building up inside your pulmonary system….. when your healthy you dont care but when you develop a heart condition, youll wish youd hae never taken the gamble, over some muscle, that will rot and decay if your heart quits beating.

119 dennis capps May 8, 2009 at 2:33 pm

120 Justin G May 9, 2009 at 1:07 pm

So far i’m blowed away!! I’m 26 years old, 5′8″ tall, I weigh 193 pounds. I have been lifting about 3 1/2 years. I am very happy with my body size, but I have been feeling like I’ve hit that wall that people talk about as far as growing and I felt like I needed a boost, so I tried this NO explo I hear about. Wow!! This is my second day on it, I feel pumped before I get to the gym, my reps have increased, I’m puttin more weight on the bar, I don’t feel fatigued, I am impressed!!. Very excited to see how much more size I put on from this. The only thing is it has gave me the shits about 2 hours after the workout every time, i’m thinkin this will wear off, but overall all I am impressed!!

121 Cameron May 18, 2009 at 12:58 pm

Hey mike, (they cyclist/boxer/runner guy), taking N.o. will work fine for your cardio stuff, you just have to pay a bit more attention to exactly what time you take it. I race road bikes and initially only used it for gym workouts, but it is definitely possible for endurance work (and is easier to do once you have a bit of a tolerance base). The first training ride I drank it on (2 scoops), I almost puked at the peak of a hill but that was because I took it RIGHT before the ride, and drank it from a bottle on my bike during the ride, thus it was still fizzing/settling/etc in my stomach and it was somewhat nauseating. If you are going to use it for running or boxing or whatever you are going to do, I’d recommend taking it at least an hour before, and then supplementing your workout with only water/gatorade throughout the rest. The nausea shouldn’t bother you then. However, you must also be a bit more cautious when loading supplements with endurance training as opposed to weight training. I don’t care what the bottle says, any product that contains creatine is inherently going to involve some amount of temporary water retention (that initial “pump”) and if you are going to be doing endurance sports on creatine/caffeine supplements it is imperative you avoid dehydration, and overhydration for that matter. The incredible thing about NO is that once you hop off your endurance training mike you can go right to the gym and run through a weight set no problem!

122 Rodney L May 24, 2009 at 9:21 am

I’ve used it for the first time today and I can say that this stuff defiantly works. I’m using it to get a boost on endurance runs and it did the trick, I doubled my distance! I know I couldn’t have possibly have done it without it. Just a thought for everyone, I think if you use this product for distance running you actually pump alot of the product out in sweat thus it doesn’t stay in your body all night, giving some very nasty side effects. I felt totally normal after my run like the product had done its job and that was it. If your just doing weights you aren’t pumping as much sweat out or using as much energy as a big run. Must keep hydrated tho or the side effects will kick in. I guess also you are consuming alot more water when running rather than looking at yourself in a mirror, so it gets flushed out of your system. Yes this stuff gave me a bit of gas and a visit or two to the toilet but its acceptable because caffeine is a natural directic so I expected it, no surprise there. I wont be using it constantly tho, defiantly use as directed and you will be fine.

123 Catherine June 19, 2010 at 8:25 pm

So you are saying this product is safe for runners? I just bought some NO Explode because I could use some more endurance for my longer runs. However, a friend of mine , who works at GNC told me that it is totally unsafe to take when doing cardio! I have only used this product a few times and only use one scoop. I am 5′6 about 125 lbs. Is this product going to make me bulk up or will is just be good for my endurance running? I do NOT want to bulk up..if anything, I just want to burn fat and have lots of lean muscles!

124 kg May 24, 2009 at 12:21 pm

sue crothers. if its “hurting your son” that bad then stop buying him the stuff u idiot. this stuff is great. i just got my first tub last week and its amazing

125 Roberto Torres May 24, 2009 at 1:04 pm

No Xplode works for me. I ONLY take 1, thats right, ONE scoop for my strangth training day and NONE on my off days. that’s it. I do cardio day 1, strength training on day 2, rest on day 3, and so on. taking more than ONE scoop every 4 days WILL increase heart attack risk, do it like I do

126 Bob Saget Jr February 7, 2011 at 2:34 pm

lol, you are ignorant and stupid. Look at how much coffee other people drink, then compare that to how much caffeine is in n.o xplode. Then look at how many heart attacks people drinking coffee multiple times throughout the day. I’ve never met anyone who drinks 3+ cups of coffee a day that has had a heart attack.
You want to know why caffeine is bad? Because too much of it causes irregular heart beats. Which can result in it shutting down, it’s called heart arrhythmia.
You need to watch less Fox news and start reading a book. Do yourself a favor and start to self educate yourself. Instead of listening to the manipulated lies that Fox news spreads.

127 Al February 19, 2011 at 7:49 pm

You mean CNN and MSNBC.

128 Bob Saget Jr February 7, 2011 at 2:35 pm

I’m sorry, I must correct myself. Too much of caffeine in one sitting is bad for you.

129 Satan September 2, 2011 at 9:33 pm

Caffeine is poison but it would take 100 cups of coffee to kill you. That is what science says, I have not been stupid enough to drink that much.

130 Rodney L May 26, 2009 at 8:23 am

Roberto Torres…WILL INCREASE HEART ATTACK RISK!!!!……ahhhh ok, unless you are a doctor which i assume you are not, don’t make claims that you have no idea about ok.

131 Tim Gemeiner December 28, 2010 at 4:32 pm

Dont get me wrong, I am a huge fan of NO-xplode. budt look it up rodney, caffeine is basically a very mild, more controlled form of speed. it does the same thing. it causes your heart to work harder, which enlarges it, and Will increase chance of heart attacks. 3 different Doctors told me. but caffeine lowers pain reception, and also gives you energy, which allows you to workout longer without getting as sore and tired until it wears off. I have been taking for 2 years and look things up before i ingest them. but believe what you want, i REALLY dont care what you do. But look things up for yourself before telling ppl off. Because in this case you are very wrong.

132 Chris April 4, 2011 at 3:46 am

I thought it was just using too much that causes an issue?

133 concernedfiance December 27, 2011 at 11:16 pm

My fiance has been taking this for a few years, about five off an on I believe and its horrible. Because of NO xplode he has had constant heart problems and is now on meds for it…his blood pressure damn near blew up his heart, it works but kills your body off in the process. good luck all
