I love this stuff. In seven weeks my max bench press jumped by 80 pounds and my work out weight went from 185 to 285. My ead lift workout weight went from 135 to 225. I was doing single arm hammer curls with 65 pounders by the end. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that is willing to put in the effort at the gym. this stuff took about 30-45 min to kick in. After a nice strong warm up of about 15 minutes i felt like i was god. I am excited about getting my 3rd tub.

I took NO-Xplode for 3 months weeks (out of 6) when I was in Iraq, and I lifted weights heavily the entire time.
Starting workout/weight/reps/sets:

this thing is actually working! i’m quite satisfied but i don’t know if I’m the only person who will write about NOT SLEEPING so well; since I started taking NO XPLODE i’m having just full 4 hrs of sleep, does anyone have experienced this as well?
in the end, i´m not a big lifter, i’m more focused on lots of reps with medium weight (100 then 1 hour of cardio, cause i’m a model and being lean & shredded is my real deal….
i’ll appreciate a good advise for a substitute or dose, after all; you guys are the best!

NO Explode has an ENORMOUS caffeine amount per serving. No wonder you can’t sleep. And if you add that to whatever normal amount of caffeine you ingest ( coffee, colas, chocolate, other nutrients ) you’re lucky to be standing let alone bouncing off walls !!
Hi Robert, I am interested in supplementing with NO xplode soon. However, I have concerns about bulking up. I am a model also and I’m primarily seeking something that will increase my endurance and strength for better, fuller, and longer work out. Basically I’m going for the lean stredded look. So my question is how long have you been taking NO xplode? And would you suggest it to those that don’t want to bulk up? Thanx
If you want to lean out but still have a good workout session and cardio, get Bsn’s Volumaize and Endoburn. They are very good supplements that i take along side of no explode and i have seen amazing results.

your taking it to late and working out ( finashing) to late, if you cant change that because of your job do as my friends and i do take cod liver oil capsul before bed it’ll help you sleep TRUST ME !!!!!!!!!!
No xplode works great my buddy and i work out togehter he goes home and I still have energy left to keep working out, it does takes about 30 min. for it to kick in.
N.O. worked for me and i had very good gains in the first cycle and i worked in the gym like a truck but now i think it doesn’t work on me like it have worked before. I take N.O. Explode now the same way i used to and it doesnt hit me the same. I believe that the cycling of it is very important dont slack on it. There is no point of taking no-explode on non-training days. Its a waste and it makes your body built a tolerance a lot faster. So like i said before TAKE IT ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY!!!

You are correct in only taking it on training days, and to cycle the N.O. Xplode, as example finishing the container and then waiting 2-3 months before buying the next container of N.O. Xplode. On top of that you should only take a Max of 1/2 to 1 scoop when starting off a container and then slowly proggressing to 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode towards the end of the container. This will help in not getting the same kick as your body gets used to the N.O. Xplode.
I just started using No Explode recently and wanted to pass on my experience.
First off, I’m 51 years old and just decided to get into weight training and general fitness & wanting to tone & bulk up and see what I can do at my age.
I got No Explode based on advice from someone I know as was curious to see what it would do.
In all due honesty, I was not disappointed.
The 1st day I took No Explode, I thought I was literally going to go into orbit. I could do a killer workout at my gym at work. Day’s 2 & three were a little more subtle as I was getting used to it, but still a killer work out.
On my off ‘gym days’ I decided to modify my routine and took a shot of No Explode prior. I noted I was doing triple sets of certain routines without fatigue.
I note that some claims state ‘you will get throbbing, bulging arms’ A bit overdone. I do note though that there is something I can feel when I take No Explode. I think for me, it will take a couple of tubs of for me to see a major difference. Now that said, if you could prove to me how that could happen, I’d really be interested on knowing that. One knows that gains like that don’t happen overnight.
It is amazing thougfh that I find I can do more with less fatigue than with out it and will stick with the product. Problem, Canadian price. My partner lives in the U.S & I get him to bring it when he comes up. I’m on a budget so am getting him to get it.
This is about as honest a review as it gets for someone who is pretty green when it comes weight training, but IS serious to see what I can do at my age.

You should no be taking NO Explode if your just starting off, you should be working out for atleast a couple months before you consider using this.

ok guys so has anyone had a bad reaction from this?? I guess you don’t print those stories HUHHH? My son takes it only on workout days and can’t sleep at night and wakes up with his heart raceing!! That can’t be good for you!! If something happens to him you can bet your sweet ass I will be sueing the makers of this stuff big time!!!
You. do know this supplement is recomended to be taken after 18 years of age and maybe your son is over doing this and putting in way to much when he drinks it. I’m 14 6′1 189lbs and this stuff works absolutely amazing for me
You know Sue, there are warnings on the label that tell you to try a small amount to see if it reacts wrong with your body. I’ll bet any judge in any court would slap you on the back of the hand and send you home with your tail between your legs for being a bad mommy,and not stopping your boy from doing something harmful to his body, even after being warned. I’d have the kid go in for a check up. Even people that are assumed to be healthy should ask a physician before starting a workout program. Your son may be sensitive to the effects of caffeine or stimulants, which are in this product. Another suggestion is to either lower the dosage or take it earlier in the morning or afternoon. I never drink coffee after 5 p.m. because I’m afraid it may keep me up…I can drink a TON of coffee! I tried this stuff and it did little for me, I used to use the Xenadrine (with ephadrine) and that stuff was like SPEED! If this stuff made your son’s heart speed up, that stuff would have killed him!
this stuff is not people who are underage because all young males can seriosly have a heart problem just because the supplement he took is very strong to young people his age to handle. People who are older than 18 and had weightlifted before without taking supplements will most likely handle this kind of supplement or situation because their bodies are prepared for heavy lifting and taking supplements that are used by professional bodybuilders.
I took this stuff for 2 yrs straight! I gained weight, & the same time muscle mass. Of course it’s creatine & you will gain water weigt from it! Make sure he drinks enough water so he doesn’t mess up his liver. Also make sure he cycles off after he’s done w his bottle!
It is a Vaso Dialator…Therefore, it’s not good to keep him on this stuff for a long time. Make sure he doesn’t drink alcohol while he’s on this! Alcohol is blood thinner, & this stuff elevates BP! So it’s not a good combo! It does give you massive diarrhea after consuming it, & if you consume too much it will keep you up at night. That’s why it says do not consume 5hrs before bed time. But I say just take one scoop & mix w 12oz of water…take it early in the morning! Don’t get him used to this stuff! Like all other products it has it’s negative effect. But it’s a slow process! I guess what I’m saying is. You will find out what it does to your kidneys 10yrs down the road.

Well Sue I am sorry that your Son is not sleeping. But before you go off the handle and talk about sueing the makers of NO-Xplode who have received awards for the Best supplement company for the past 4 years in a row. Make sure your son is taking it right and only training days, and if he is not sleeping at night. Possibly he is taking it after 3pm, which is not a good idea, and they say that on the label (i think). Remember there is a lot of caffeine in this product. So please make sure he is not taking it after 3pm. If he is not, have him take only 1 scoop or less, is better. Some peoples bodie do not respond well to caffeine in large amounts. So please make sure you get ALL YOUR FACTS before you badmouth a GREAT and company who cares about people and their healthy success immensely. Also know that this company is sponsored by the UFC. Yes this stuff is dangerous, but if a boys mother is writing on here about it, it probably means the boy is younger then 18, which is the age your suppose to be taking this stuff at. But anyway i would give N.O. about a 8 or 9. It doesn’t really compare much to Gaspari products but it still works very well for good pumps and size gains.
THIS STUFF IS GREAT!!! i feel great when i take this and work out, it gives great pumps that last for hours after work out. i only take it on training days. it has increased my strength by huge amounts. it is a all around great product who i would recommend to anyone
it is my first day of taking this product. i am currently in iraq and alot of guys over here are taking it and swear by it. im waiting to see how i react when the weather really heats up over here. i know i have to stay hydrated but any suggestions would be appreciated

n.o. explode works very well for what it is intended for. it does exactly what it claims to on the bottle. once you start your workout you will notice your veins opening up and a strong caffine stimulation which is intended to give you focus and energy. after getting into your workout pretty hard you’ll notice the intense strength and pumps brought on by the creatine flooding your muscles with atp. this enables you to go a little harder and for longer than without taking anything. for all who are not impressed by this product just keep in mind that it is an inexpensive, over-the-counter product and does what it claims to. for a price of $35-40 dollars i feel it is well worth the money!

definitely! especially if you have had a long hard day at work and your motivation to get on the road is low. Take a dosage just before and it will give you that extra energy to get your arse into gear.
Also, having taken it, you will know that if you DONT go for a run, you aint sleeping tonight (extra motivation no?
Getting started on a workout regime is probably the hardest thing to do. This just helps you along for the first month or so. once you’re in a routine, i recon you can give it a break for a while until you really need it again.
I tried NO-Explode, and loved the way it made me feel in the gym. I was really happy with the results i noticed, which resulted in looking forward to every workout’ Then i was done the tub and tried another product that was supposed to be pretty much the same by MuscleTech(NanoVapour) and was VERY Disappointed. I now feel nothing but cramps and diarrhea! Getting NO-Explode again, if nothing else but for the way it amped me up to workout!!

my friend creatine is a product that isn’t supposed to be taken continuously for years.. that is so unhealthy and puts an enormous strain on your kidneys.. try taking breaks in between tubs
Like john, I would also like to know, how NO explode can help me, I am an active amatuer boxer, and go for a lot of long runs and cycles, I don’t want muscle mass, just lean small hard muscle, is anyone else using this product for similar reasons, like cardio vascular exercise or boxing, has it helped?
has anyone taken no explode for boxing, cycling, running or other cv exercise? this is my reason for using it and on my first day I took half the amount half an hour before a 10 mile run, then finnished the bottle just before setting off. I felt sick 20 minutes in, but after 50 minutes I was powering along. After getting home I was hyper for about 3 hours. I was hoping that by taking the rest of the drink just before going that it would kick in half way through, this happened but I felt bloated for the initial 20 minutes.
I have been lifting for about 3 years now and I have tried many different creatine supplements. N.O. Xplode, N.O. Vapor, SuperPump 250, Arnge Krush.
I seem to get the best results from N.O. Xplode out of all those. Why is this? I know everything works differently for people but is there something in it that is not in those others?

Read alllll of these reviews before buying it….bought it 3 weeks ago..and have been only taking it on training days….WHAHOO is all i can say…. great product…. after 10-15 minutes huge surge of energy, and def. can lift more at the gym! Def. effects me hard cuz i feel AMPED up for…..at least 3-4 more hours after my workout…and …i took it around 4:00-5:00pm …and found it difficult to sleep….so i have been going to the gym in the AM……getting AMP’D up then……. and by the time night rolls around….im back to normal and sleep like a baby ….. First week did have the SH@#’s …but now im good….takes a few weeks to get stomach used to it?? …… YES I DO SUGGEST TAKING THIS……… but ONLY ONE SCOOP is good for me……2 scoops would put me overrrr the edge

I have taken a lot of supplements and I can honestly say that this is one of the best if you are lookeing for a pump before your workout. In response to the angry mom above I would only ask how old is your son. If he is under 18 and trying to get bulked up for football/powerlifting whatever, I would not recommend this product. Also the label states very clearly to check with your doctor before taking Nitric Oxide. I would recommend all to read the labels before buying any product and please dont buy them for your kids.
I starting taking NO when it first came out. It was the best thing since sliced bread. CEM 3 technology was great too. I bought 1 bottle of the AVPT bottle. It did nothing for me. It tasted like cough syrup and it made me sick. I am however going to try it again due to my previous memories of it.
I got a sample pack from my local nutrition store and took about 1.5 scoops yesterday 45 mins before my workout. I have taken many different supplements before having worked out most of my life and playing college football. But I have never felt my natural energy increase that quickly and for once I was stoked to go workout. Even after a long day at work. When I was at the gym I felt great and “clean”. Didnt have the jitters and just wanted to add weight to my reps and knock it out. Make sure to workout hard and get it out of your system. Sweating is key. I will definintely buy some this week.
I have been taking it off and on for about 3 years. While it did everything it promised in the beggining, it lost its umpfh for me.
Before I started taking it, i had perfect blood pressure, now its quite high, even though i quit using it, and its bothering me a lot. Remember that you are putting chemicals into your body that are directly effecting your heart and your arteries….ever noticed how hard and crusty the residual no explode gets after you finish a glass of it? imagine that gunk building up inside your pulmonary system….. when your healthy you dont care but when you develop a heart condition, youll wish youd hae never taken the gamble, over some muscle, that will rot and decay if your heart quits beating.
So far i’m blowed away!! I’m 26 years old, 5′8″ tall, I weigh 193 pounds. I have been lifting about 3 1/2 years. I am very happy with my body size, but I have been feeling like I’ve hit that wall that people talk about as far as growing and I felt like I needed a boost, so I tried this NO explo I hear about. Wow!! This is my second day on it, I feel pumped before I get to the gym, my reps have increased, I’m puttin more weight on the bar, I don’t feel fatigued, I am impressed!!. Very excited to see how much more size I put on from this. The only thing is it has gave me the shits about 2 hours after the workout every time, i’m thinkin this will wear off, but overall all I am impressed!!
Hey mike, (they cyclist/boxer/runner guy), taking N.o. will work fine for your cardio stuff, you just have to pay a bit more attention to exactly what time you take it. I race road bikes and initially only used it for gym workouts, but it is definitely possible for endurance work (and is easier to do once you have a bit of a tolerance base). The first training ride I drank it on (2 scoops), I almost puked at the peak of a hill but that was because I took it RIGHT before the ride, and drank it from a bottle on my bike during the ride, thus it was still fizzing/settling/etc in my stomach and it was somewhat nauseating. If you are going to use it for running or boxing or whatever you are going to do, I’d recommend taking it at least an hour before, and then supplementing your workout with only water/gatorade throughout the rest. The nausea shouldn’t bother you then. However, you must also be a bit more cautious when loading supplements with endurance training as opposed to weight training. I don’t care what the bottle says, any product that contains creatine is inherently going to involve some amount of temporary water retention (that initial “pump”) and if you are going to be doing endurance sports on creatine/caffeine supplements it is imperative you avoid dehydration, and overhydration for that matter. The incredible thing about NO is that once you hop off your endurance training mike you can go right to the gym and run through a weight set no problem!
I’ve used it for the first time today and I can say that this stuff defiantly works. I’m using it to get a boost on endurance runs and it did the trick, I doubled my distance! I know I couldn’t have possibly have done it without it. Just a thought for everyone, I think if you use this product for distance running you actually pump alot of the product out in sweat thus it doesn’t stay in your body all night, giving some very nasty side effects. I felt totally normal after my run like the product had done its job and that was it. If your just doing weights you aren’t pumping as much sweat out or using as much energy as a big run. Must keep hydrated tho or the side effects will kick in. I guess also you are consuming alot more water when running rather than looking at yourself in a mirror, so it gets flushed out of your system. Yes this stuff gave me a bit of gas and a visit or two to the toilet but its acceptable because caffeine is a natural directic so I expected it, no surprise there. I wont be using it constantly tho, defiantly use as directed and you will be fine.
So you are saying this product is safe for runners? I just bought some NO Explode because I could use some more endurance for my longer runs. However, a friend of mine , who works at GNC told me that it is totally unsafe to take when doing cardio! I have only used this product a few times and only use one scoop. I am 5′6 about 125 lbs. Is this product going to make me bulk up or will is just be good for my endurance running? I do NOT want to bulk up..if anything, I just want to burn fat and have lots of lean muscles!

No Xplode works for me. I ONLY take 1, thats right, ONE scoop for my strangth training day and NONE on my off days. that’s it. I do cardio day 1, strength training on day 2, rest on day 3, and so on. taking more than ONE scoop every 4 days WILL increase heart attack risk, do it like I do

i use to train for 2 years but been off for a month for my exams, gone a bit thin, do u think in 2 weeks i will get back better than before (sizewise) using NO Xplode?

The FDA does not regulate supplements at all, they can go from someone’s mind to the shelves in as little as 10 weeks, no testing, no extensive background in chemical engineering needed. Many supplement manufacturers have no pedigree in nutrition or exercise science. Pull up Sports Ilustrated’s late issue with Manny Ramirez on the cover, inform yourself. I’m not saying don’t take it, you have to regulate the intake yourself
no Aquarius, normally it would take you two months to recover that month you lost, it’s going to take you the full month if you dose and time NO correctly
I’m studying to be a personal trainer, have been in the marines for 5 years, am a reservist now. I work at an upscale gym in Houston, and my training manager is the head assistant nutritionist and strength trainer for the Houston Astros, the advice i’m posting is from his years of experience and each new “do it all” product. NO does work, you and only you will need to learn to assess your tolerance, any doctor will tell you not to consume it, I and other peers have asked. They’ll also tell you not to drink or smoke habitually. The difference from me only doing 1 scoop on work out days as opposed to 3 on work out day and 1 on non may be compared to the social drinker who allows himself 2 beers every Saturday to the 6 pack a day guy. i am a high school athlete looking to get major strength gains this summer and i am convinced that this the best pre workout supplement available. is it safe enough to use for a teenager?

I’m 6 foot and no, everyone is healthy.
Supplements were created with adults over 21 in mind. Reason being is there’s no affect on growth or development, everyone’s pretty much done around 20, and it’s not about growing taller or bigger, but you’re organs and neuro-connections in your nervous system being fully developed. Take it easy, at most 1 1/2 scoops on work out days and none on resting or cardio days. This stuff was designed to be filtered by adult livers and kidneys, tolerated by hearts at their peak strength.
I’m 40 years old and have been exercising for quite some time without any supplements. I either run or ride my bicycle every other day and lift weights 3 times a week. Before I tried NO explode I never experienced any fatigue during or after my workouts, on the contrary, I always felt very energetic throughout the day. I’ve had no explode 3 times so far and drank a lot of water as suggested and at first I could feel the pump during my work out, but the day after I consumed the product I felt unbelievable tired and experienced major headaches. I’m still trying to pint point the reason for my exhaustion. Yesterday I worked out without having no explode to see how I felt today and today I feel great without any lack of energy and no headaches. My son takes the product and has no problem with it, so I’m thinking that maybe is just me because I am less tolerant towards the product.
E.Fredich… I would say almost with certainty that your headaches and energy crashes are being caused by the large amounts of caffine in this product. I’m not sure how much caffine, but its ALOT.. fully loaded. Your symptoms are classic to someone who is coming off a big caffine high. Of course, other ingridences may be causing your issues but id say its the caffine. Drinking large amounts of water will not help you if this is the case. Are you sesenative to caffine ususally? Not a coffee drinker prehaps?
has anyone noticed a big drop in sex drive after taking NO Explode for a few months? I think the product is amazing, but loss of libido is causing some concern. I’ve heard the same complaint from a number of NO Xplode users. I’m 40 and have had my testosterone levels checked, and they are still the higher side of normal for my age.
Rodney. L….. You might be right as far as the caffeine. I drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee every day and if on top of these I’m adding more caffeine by drinking NO Explode, I think that’s probably what’s causing my headaches. It’s just too much caffeine in my body. I’ll try eliminating the coffee during my mornings to see if the side effects are gone. Thanks
My son USE to use this product and is now being tested for high blood pressure. Yes this product did “bulk” him up and is happy with the results but has not been released by his physian to play football!!! How long does this product stay in your system when you stop taking it?

Football mom the ingrediants in this product have a short half life therefore do not stay in your system too long upon stopping taking it only about 3 or 4 days. You really should not let younger kids (under 18) take such strong supplements. I use this product with no problems. Your son should stick to a good multi vitamin and a good protein shake. And of course a high protein diet about 2 grams per body pound.
as far as the caffine goes, caffine is one of those drugs with a shelf. That means the body will only react to so much about 300 mg. before the rest is waste. Unlike narcotics ( morphine, percocet etc) you can take enough to kil you the body will process all you put in.
its a good pre-workout supplement, really boosted my energy, cant say more abt the product being my first day of using it, i suggest to take it ONLY on workout (gym) days, with WHEY as post workout supplement and casein in the night for seeing more results. its my view that body recovers when u r resting (thats when u sleep) and casein is best slow releasing protein. i m doing the same, will keep this post updating.

Sue, If your son is effected you will sue the company?? Pull your head out. If you think it’s bad don’t let him take it. Be a parent and don’t blame somebody else for your lack of control.
My son is no longer taking this supplement. He has to see a cardiologist due to LVH caused by high blood pressure. I strongly feel this has caused his high blood pressure with the mass increase in muscle. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. I never said I was blaming anyone else but when you have trainers “pushing” this product and saying how well they like it and are happy with the results and that it is safe for you….is it really???
My son was almost 16 when he started taking it. He is 5′10″ and weighed roughly 180 before taking it. After 4 mos he weighs 205 lbs and is benching over 300 and squating 400 lbs.
First of all let me give you my background. I’m personal trainer with a bachelors in Exercise Science who has recently entered the nursing profession.
1) I would NEVER advise anyone under the age of 18 to begin any supplement regimine more involved than a simple protein shake (and that is often NOT needed since 99.9% of americans receive adequate protein…and consuming more than you need makes expensive “waste” ). The media has us convinced that we need it. The ONLY time I reccomend ANYONE take a protein supplement is when it’s not convenient or easy to eat 1hr after a work out (the time when protein is most readily absorbed).
2) NO Xplode CAN increase your risk of heart attack because it is a stimulant! The rush you feel kicking in is a product of the caffeine (and possibly other ingredients) kicking in your fight or flight response. Any stimulant can increase your risk of heart attack….you don’t need to be a Dr. to figure that one out Rodney L.! Robert Torres….I got your back man…you are actually toting some relevent knowledge! The FDA does not regulate supplements….that is why they can make the radical claims they do. Also the FDA will not get involved until there are deaths, or serious adverse effects reported. Supplements can be extremely dangerous for this reason. Anyone who claims otherwise is either uneducated, gullible, or selling products themselves!
3) Caffeine may indeed have a “shelf” (more apropriatly called a ceiling) but it is much higher than 300mg if that is the case. That is the roughly 2 1/2 cups of coffee. Drink that and then drink a few more…you WILL notice a difference. I can almost gurantee that one serving of NO has at least 200mg (2 cups of coffee, or one caff pill). So if this ceiling is only 300 you would not get such a greater rush when you take more. There aer much safer supplements out there to take…especially concerning the demographic I’m seeing in here (High School kids and 40+).
Now that i have that out of the way…..I am currently taking NO( 1 scoop before a work out), but have decided to stop until I after I run my next 1/2 marathon. I was having some compartment syndrome in my tibialis anterior that made running difficult and I feel it MAY BE directly related to the vasodilation that occurs when you take this supplement. Other than that I feel it is a great supplement. Some of the claims on here are a bit laughable….as they are in most forums, but you will see gains (if the rest of your training is sound). Just don’t expect to put on 20lbs ( that gain is more a product of being 16 and growing) or your bench to go up 80lbs in 7 weeks (can anabolic steroids even do that?). That is a flat out lie…unless you have never lifted, or you are counting the weight on a cybex machine (yes, some people actually count that =) ).
Trainer Andy, thanks dude. This forum isn’t about being right or wrong guys, just passing info to all, like it or not, your call. I finished out my supply of NO and also have taken up running in the past couple of weeks, i’m steadily progressing, getting my legs back, lol, i have packed on 20 lbs since going reserves, half muscle, half gut, lol. This product nor steroids can make your bench jump over 100 lbs in a couple of months, outrageous claims. Keep taking NO at the rate the manufacturer suggests and you might not be around in a year to tell us how you’re doing. They tell you to consume that much so that you’ll go through it faster and therefore you buy more of it frequently, aka moving their product. Don’t forget, tobacco companies used to claim their products didn’t cause cancer… Do you believe everything you read on those labels? I’m not the one getting paid here to sell supplements, I’m the non-profit guy telling you to think outside the box and do research before diving in.
Ive tried multiple preworkouts such as NO BLACK POWDER, NO XPLODE, pump fuel, NO2, creatines, and of all of them, my still standing favorite– NO XPLODE. i gained 30lbs of muscle over one summer just takin xplode and workin out 2-4 hours a day, 3 times a week my sophomore year in highschool. right now im taking plasmacore but as soon as i go back to GNC…OHHH BABY!

I took this for the first time today. I took it at 2:00pm and worked out at 2:45pm. I noticed my heart racing like I had taken too much caffeine. I had zero expectations for this product. My first three sets were unspectacular. Then for the rest of my workout, I noticed that not only was I stronger, but I had way more stamina. I could have even worked out longer, but I was on a time budget. I will say that I got a great workout – much better than normal. But I HATE how it made me feel. It is 7pm and my heart is still racing. For some people, the side effects may be less, or they may be willing to live with them. As good a workout and as strong as I was, I can’t handle 5 or 6 hours of a racing heart. My only suggestion – try a scoop or two of a friend’s if possible before you buy this.
Would anyone (that knows for sure) recommend a 69 yr. old weight lifter that has had bi-pass surgery three years ago use this product(no-xplode)? Power lifters at the gym rave about it and say I should try it.I do compete in power lifting competitions and like all of us want to get stronger.
I currently take NO-XPlode about 5 times a week for (3 days strength and 2 days cardio work out)…IM 210 lbs and 5′8″. I take 2 scoops for each of those workouts. Is there a maximum number of doses per week? The only warning I’ve seen on the label is that after 12 weeks I shouls stop using the product for 4 weeks. But is this based on some weekly reccomended consumption.
For example, if someone takes 6 doses a week (like me) do I still stop at 12 weeks? And would the same be said for someone that takes 3 doses a week…or can they take the supplement for more weeks say like 24 weeks without stopping?
A few of you are coming down hard on Sue, but unless you have a bad reaction to NO-XPlode, you should all back off. I’ve taken different supplements in the past with high amounts of caffeine and even ephedrine when it was on the market. I felt the heart pounding with my workouts, but not anything scary. I tried NO-XPlode for the first time today with my morning P90X workout and it scared me to death. I only took 1 scoop. About 30 minutes after taking it I started to get light-headed, out of breath, nauseated, and my heart was pounding really hard. I realized something was definitely wrong when I couldn’t do a single weightless squat. My entire body started shaking uncontrollably, sweat was poring out, I dropped to the floor and couldn’t walk. This lasted for about 45 minutes until the dry heaves that I kept having caused me to vomit until it was all out. That was about 6 hours ago, and I still feel horrible. This is an uncommon reaction, but I’m not the only one it has happened to. This product has won many awards, and does work wonderful for many people. 20 years from now, researchers may show that this is not safe to put in our bodies, but it does work great for many people now. I am not dissing the product at all. Every product has warnings, though. Some of you are very defensive when anyone comments about negative effects and heart-related issues. Obviously something in this product reacted terribly in my body, and I will not continue to use it. This was scary. I just want everyone to have respect for the products they take, and know there are risks. I think Sue should not be threatening to sue because we do take this at our own risk, but I am a parent, so I do understand her being fearful for her son though she went a bit too far.
i took it for the first time and had a hard work out after not working out for a while and also felt like i was going to pass out. was out of breath and feeling weird like never before. i thought it was just the workout but afterwards told some people and they asked had i taken any supplements. i told them and they said that can happen. since then i took it before workouts and took it a little easier for about a week or so and had no problems. maybe first time should try less and don’t kill your self in gym. overall i feel more energized and feel that it helped me to cut body fat. i am concerned about kidney damage and am looking for a truth about what it does to the kidneys

does anyone know how long it takes for the tachycardia to stop? i took no xplode a week ago,but my heart is still racing.my doctor referred me to a cardiologist,but my appointment is not until 2weeks! i also have pressure on my chest and am getting worried.does your heart rate ever return to normal after taking this supplemnt?
Hey Oli – My effects wear off generally after 4 hours…but thats after an intense 1 hr workout. If im half-assing my work-out or have a short workout then the effects last a little longer.
Taste is better than most NO products. Don’t feel the extra energy that everyone claims. I am seeing an increase in my max bench and weight I put up.
I go to the gym in the evening and I plenty of trouble falling to sleep after taking this. Dont plan on sleeping for about 5 hours later
from my experience….i effffn love it!!!…i askd da gnc pple bout how much to really take ..they call the actual company and its best results are take it every other day… one or two scoops…depends on the body size and shiizzz…even if you work out errdayy…yea….sweetness…

NO Explode is the best supplement on the market,i live in South Africa and even though this product is a little costly here,i would highly recommend it to anyone who needs drive and energy in the gym and looking to increase muscle size and strength.It basically takes you to whole other level,ORDINARY IS OVER!!!

OLI- sounds like what you have is a simple case of anxiety. you dont need a cardiologist you need a psychologist. NO can worsen anxiety if you suffer from it.
NO causes everyones body to feel a little wierd. but its F***** worth it! Im an NO addict. Working out is not the same without it and I am afraid I’ll never be able to work out again without it. Working out doesn’t “hurt” when your on the stuff.

I just had NO for the first time today and i didn’t experience any adverse effect but a good 7 hours after i feel light headed, fizzling/settling sensation in my stomach, i am peeing alot and gassing a bit. Those are all the symptoms i feel for now. Probably my system is still trying to adapt to this product.
I am yet to confirm if i can indeed up the intensity of my workouts!!! Tomorrow is another day to try!!

Hey well i got this stuff from a buddy and loved it. My bench went up 20 pounds in a week! the i ran out so i bought some more and it wasnt the same. so then i waited a month and a half. Now i took ten nitrix pills and 3 scoops of this now im back to before. TRY IT!!!
I have just bought my first tub of NO xplode, already using Cellmass! I have to say im a little worried using the NO explode, as there is a good mix of different views on it. Im excited to get this product into action, but back in mind im thinking “heart attack” ha ha (only live once i guess)
Well….I tried it last night knowing i was tired and was going to go to the gym, took this 15 mins before going to gym, and all i can say is Jesus this stuff is great, i lifted 30-40kg more than i would normally. This stuff is by far my favorite preworkout but i just wanna comment on sues comment about her son. I’m 18 years old been training for 6 years now and i’ve had that problem of not being able to sleep to. Not with No xplode with mri black powder. I took it at 10am and still couldn’t sleep. I’ve tried almost every preworkout supplement there is and that is the only one i couldn’t sleep on so maybe this supplement isn’t the one for you son. But it is a great product

Diet adjusted low cals as I’d like to drop ~30 lbs; mainly gut.
Will take a few BCAAs (Twinlab) every 3 hours for the hell of it.
2 scoops nox before workout, 2 scoops muscle milk after.
Can workout twice as long with marginally heavier weight ea/rep
and am seeing increase in muscle mass.
Cycling (mtn bike) has been wonderful, length of ride has increased, legs just “pump” forward, breathing uphill isn’t a problem at all.
Caffeine probably isn’t a problem as I’d chug coffee & diet coke to stave off cluster headaches.
So, I’m extremely satisfied with the product.
I don’t get off work until 6pm in the evening. I just got a tub of N.N- Explode. Is that too late in the evening to be taking it??
Greetings, I got this product yesterday and i took my first dosage half hour before gym (5:00 PM) and i couldn’t sleep even one minute, i feel like a zombie today, i only took one cup, and went to woork out for two hours, but i couldn’t sleep not even one minute, it was terrible, now i dont know what to do… this is only at the begining or what? thanks.

i’m 15 year old taking no xplode…i work out 1 hour 45min to 2 hour a day..i’ve been takin no xplode about 1 month see alot of change in myself.but is it a good idea to take no xplode at an age of 15..i take one teaspoon before workout with 8 oz of water…then after workout i take creatine of one teaspoon with oz of water is tat a good mix or should i be takin just no xplode alone or wat

Used this for the 1st time yesterday. I dont know how it does it but i felt awesome for about 4 hours. Normaly after about 45 mins im done but i just wanted to keep going. Normaly can manage about 50 sit ups. CRACKED OUT 300 YESTERDAY NO PROBLEM. Wieghts up and i dont have to rest as long between sets. Drunk about 5 litres of water as well as my mouth kept drying up
rich one teaspoon of no xplode wont be doing anything. Its probably in your head you should use more. I use 2 scoops. im only 19

I too get off at 6pm from work, drink NOXplode at 645, work out at 715, in bed by 10 but cant fall asleep till about 11:30ish and I have to be up by 5 am.
Anyone here near 12 weeks of using NOXplode getting headaches on the days when you dont drink NOXplode? I have been getting headaches and I think their probably attributed to an addiction to NOXPlode, which is why I think the manufacturer suggests that you stop drinking this stuff for 4-weeks, after your first 12-week cycle, before you begin drinking it again.
I started taking NOXplode 2 days ago and I noticed that my medial epicondyle (inside of elbow) will not extend properly. Did I overexert myself or is this normal to start off?
Big L you could be getting the headaches due to the large amount of caffine found in this product which effects individuals in different ways. It is in my opinion that the manufacturer recomends ending your cycle after 12 weeks for a period of 4 weeks to give your body time to keep up it’s natural endorphons so as not to build up a resistants to the products high caffine dose.
I recently started to take N.O Explode, not only for my workouts, but before a softball game too. I cannot explain it but I felt quicker, and I was mashing the ball. I was so focused, I was chasing down every ball in the outfield. I recommend it for your workouts as well as taking it before any activity that requires you to exert energy and maintain your focus!!
I’m not a body builder or any type of gym pro. I simply decided to continue working out on a daily basis; one lousy day I was so lazy to get off my behind, so my husband suggested I try his NO-XPLODE. Weary of such “man muscle” stuff, I only scooped 1/2 into my water. OmGoodness! I was ready to go to the gym within minutes! Then I ripped through my workout with ease and was ready for more! I didn’t realize that it helped me to focus until I read this website. I really like NO-XPLODE, it helps me enjoy my one hour workouts whether it be on the machines or in the gym classes! I highly recommend it. [ps) I'm sesitive to caffeine so I always eat light before drinking NO-XPLODE and haven't had any problems.]
There are a few people on here that say they buy for their kids. You are supposed to be 18 yrs old to buy it for a reason. Kids (15 yrs old) are not fully developed and probably shouldn’t take it.

ELLY: I’m a woman and have been using it two weeks now, 4 days a week (only on exercise days), up to one scoop in a 16 oz bottle of ice & water and have noticed a small physical improvement. I am slightly more toned and stronger in my legs due to cardio, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. I’m still working on my abs and the only difference I’ve noticed is that I can crunch more numbers than before. Depending on what you’re looking for, give it a try and see if it benefits your workout in any way. Hope that helps! [psa: Don't forget to drink water during your workouts]
Awesome stuff – I have used other products before and this is equal or better. The only warning I would have is this “As you have so much energy and power you have to moderate your weights increase” Otherwise you increase your weights at a speed your muscles can’t keep up with. Glad to see we can finally get more flavours in Australia

to be honest with you. most of the people that have issues with supplements are either expectin the supplement to replace the work that it takes to really build muscle or abuse the product by taking more than recommended. as for myself, i only take a tea spoon of it on my work out days and i do some serious weight lifting. that small amount itself gives me a bit of an edge and it feels very natural. im not looking to become a ‘monster’ in the gym! im looking to get a bit of an edge in my lifting. steroids are for wanna be ‘monsters’ i see all these guys on supplements that look so weird! they look all super buff and it looks funny! kind of like a fat juicy chicken that was injected with that chemicals to make it grow faster……thats not a natural look…our body isnt meant to look that face….thats crazy! no explode for me has been a great product..i dont abuse and it gives me an edge and im stacked with cuts and slim, a very attractive natural look. not a steroid fat ass unreal muscles! i take it on work out days and thats it. stop trying to create what your body isnt meant to be. stay smart and safe! not stupid and funny muscles out of this world! i recommend no explode to anyone! best i ever taken. remember keep it as natural as possible. these products are meant to give and edge, not to create you in to a drug abuser just for the sake to create muscle. stop abusing it.
I can tell you from experience that this product does have the ability to hurt some people…myself being one of them.
I absolutely love the product and there is nothing like it, but you do have to be careful with it.
I also have the insomnia problem even though i take it in the morning before i go to the gym. I have pinches in the area of my heart all the time, and i also wake up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and feeling like i’m having a hard time breathing. I actually stopped taking it to see if i still would have the reactions, and i did not have these symptoms when i stopped taking it. Therefore, it is the NO Xplode.
I actually now cut it down to one scoop prior to training, and off and on i’ll have some wierd feelings around the heart but not as much as the two scoops.
NOW LIKE I SAID, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS PRODUCT AND I WOULD DEFINETLY HAVE AN EXTREMELY HARD TIME WORKING OUT WITHOUT IT…but there are some bad side effects for some..

My profile is almost liek urs (height, weight and age). I also workout at night mostly after 9 pm for around 1.5 hours to 2 hours.
I have been using this product for around 2 years (on and off just to cycle) and this is by far the best pre workout supplement i have ever tried. It will show u the results the very first time u try it.
I will recommend taking 1 scoop 45mins-1hour before ur workout. depending upon when u had ur food, u might have to use rest room with in some time of consuming it, whi chi find very good just coz i feel very light after it
I didnt find any side effects of it. U will be pumped in a good way. u will be highly motivated to lift the weights and the best part is that u will be highly focused during ur workouts which is an imp ingredient.
Since u go to gym at 8 (which is even early than I do) u can take it at 7 pm.. and i dont think u will find any prob with sleeping if u are pumping very hard during workout.. u will be tired and will have a good sleep.
it might also happen that ur body might take some time to get used to it. Please dont overdose it. and drink plenty of water. especially while working out and u will be fine.
also u can use other supplements if u plan to like protein, multivitamins etc etc. they just work fine.

I usually do not respond well to NO supplements and let me say first off that this product is very strong. Comparing it to something like Superpump which I have used would be like comparing beer to grain alcohol. The rush was so intense I wasnt sure the gym would even let someone so completely twisted inside. That soon wore off and I had the best workout of my life. It wont turn you into King Kong, no NO product does that. Rember 90% of gains are made in the kitchen and not in the gym. It will however give you that swift kick in the ass you need to have a manly workout, not a wimps workout. Fatty

I took no 4 the 1st time on Sunday. took one scoop then another one 30 min later after an hr of working out i started feeling light headed, dizzy,out of breath, and my heart pounding like crazy. its been 3 days since i took it and it keep coming back. Can anyone tell me how long this is gonna last?

Im 16 and just started taking it. I think its not really your age its just your body and size theyre worried about when they put the age limit on the bottle. Im 6′2 and wiegh 190 and im not at all worried.
I have been off and on NO the past year and have had a great experience with it. Taken on an empty stomach you can notice the effects (probably caffeine high) within a half hour. But more importantly is that this product has helped me work out harder and LONGER than I normally ever could. I compared using it for two months then stopping for another two and I could easily tell that it has a major effect on how long I can work out. Not only was I able to work out longer and harder, I recovered from my workout faster, which means I could push myself everyday.

Do your research before you go buy your son or yourself such a powerful supplement such as NO. Read the labels carefully, to the guy who had a fuckin heart attack: I’m sorry to hear that but it says on the bottle not to take it for more than 3 months. NO is again like I said a very powerful supplement and should not be taken lightly. Again do your research, I’m pretty sure that people under 18 aren’t even supposed to be consuming creatine.
This stuff is great but must be used responsibly. Don’t blame BSN for your own neglect on the product.

Can Anyone Suggess me if No Xplode can be taken without doctors prescription? I am new to this type of medicines and I am afraid as it might cause me adverse effect. First thing is that NO-xplode doesnt help u reduce fat directly which means that u dont take this product to reduce fat. U will lose fat if u workout or burn calories with or without NO.xplode.
What this product does is that it will increase ur focus and determination while working out so that u dont get fatigued very fast.. It is always better to test ur body tolerance when we start any food supplement… so start by one scoop 30-45mins before work out.. dont overdose it. i am 27 years old and i have been using thsi product on and off for 2 years.. i only take it when i need a serious boost in performance or when i am tired and need some focus…. Yes u can start it without asking doctor if u dont have any health problems.. i will recommend reading the label before starting it.

Interesting reaction tonight – my son 6′ 1″ 175 lbs plays middle linebacker for his high school football team. He has been taking NO XPLODE for quite sometime…on his second or third container. He feels the intense increase before workouts and has really defined his build – he looks like Jon Basedow…but tonight he tried a pregame glass for the first time …after a spectacular first quarter (8 tackles for loss and some bone crunching collisions) he made a big hit in the beginning of the second quarter and immediately went down with muscle spasms in both calfs. He is in extremely good shape and has never had a cramps like this…he rubbed them out and re-entered the game but only lasted another 5-6minutes before they locked up so tight that his toes were drawn straight up and he thought he had broken them…they slowly relaxed but he was done for the game. Tough break for the teams defense captain….he felt bad for the team but they pulled the win out. Anyone else ever experience extreme muscle spasms after use?? Can’t say NO EXPLODE caused it, but the only new factor added and surely suspicious…its not a criticism – just an observation, he loves the stuff and has increased his bench close to 100lbs in 6 months – I’m just backing him away for his games.

Just getting ready to start no explode and was concerened about blood pressure,did som research though and found that nitric acid a main ingrediant N.O. actually is a vasodialator which open veins versus constricitng them. it has also been used to treat vessel related problems such as arteriosclerosis. Hi, My name is PFC Speer I am in the army and I was currently stationed at Camp Liberty, Iraq. Just a month ago I was Medevac out of Iraq and sent to vanderbuilt medical center in Nashville Tn. The liver specialist say that I had an reaction due to my intake of N.O. Xplode. I now have liver damage and really bad jaundice. They have done biapsy after biapsy and alot of lab work and they have narrowed it down to N.O. I never told them that I took the supplement thats how I know where my troubles began. Aside the health risk this product really worked I had hudge muscle gains and rock solid pumps. I took the supplement according to the directions and even cycled off one month. So take caution when using supplements and make sure you see the doc befor you start. I have been told that this illness can be fatal and they have seen 2 cases where the liver and organs shut down due to this product.
the product definately does what it says, you get the motivation, more lifts with more weight, and you workout harder, but i dont think it really gives you anything that a red bull and a creatine mix wouldnt do. ive used it for about 3 months now off and on and i get shortness of breath and light headed alot now. i would recomend it for short periods of time but about halfway through the tub i would sell it and switch to somethin else
Those of you that are saying NO cannot harm you are wrong.
I was just in the hospital yesterday for heart attack symptoms. They told me that because the NO expands the cells that it could very well cause a stroke. They are now saying it’s possible I had a mini stroke and are sending me for more tests.
I just got off the NO about a week prior because of feeling like fainting in the gym and heart racing. I’ve never been in the hospital for anything b4 except a broken ankle and i’m very healthy and active and i’m only 35 yrs old. I was also only taking two scopes on work out days.
The doctor that checked me out is also a bodybuilder so he does know what he’s talking about.
I am home now, but only on a promise that I go for a stress test to make sure that the blood is flowing correctly through the heart. As i’m sitting here in the last half hr my left fingers have been numb and i’ve had shortness of breath.
So don’t try and say that NO cannot harm you. I loved it while i was on it but i never expected this. I know that it will effect everyone differently, but in case you may just have the same genetic make up as me, please don’t use it because the temporary pump is not worth this feeling of not knowing what is going on.

Ok, I love this stuff, it is a good alternative to drinking Caffeine before a workout. Unfortunate I’m in the same boat with others about diarrhea. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now and hope by the end of the month it will stop. If not I’ll talk to my doctor and find out what is going on, other then that awesome product.
N.O. is great i love it but it tears my stomach up after I am done workng out. Why is this???
Thanks Dean – I had the same idea, over the last few weeks I have been force feeding him bananas and oranges…last week he broke the single game tackle record. He seems to be back to form, but I do notice a tendency for his personality to rage a bit when he is regularly using the NO explode. He has always been a coffee drinker so the caffiene jitters are not a problem for him. That seems to be what most of the people in here are describinh wether they know it or not …I would guess the people who are having the problems are new to the extreme effects of a caffiene high! They need to go to Starbucks and get a triple espresso in a dark roast and down it quick, then they will know… lol Anyway thanks for the advice.
Hi guys. I work in a gym in Manchester England and i have used NO off and on. Afte being out of training for a couple of months i used NO pre workout on a chest/tri day. To be honest i had pins and needles in my face before i started to workout but then i did a solid hour of weights and cardio and had a good hard pump left with me for a couple of days. I do have the sore feeling from not lifting for a while but it is accompanied by a good firmness. I am contemplating swapping NO for a can of redbull before workouts to see if i have the same energy levels, but we all know this can be afftected from factors like stress, food, sleep. But i assure everyone that NO gives you the energy levels that you want before your workout and lasts throughout
im 43,6′4″ and 350lbs….severely out of shape and overweight.i had back surgery new years eve of this year.2 weeks ago i bought a bowflex.my routine was supposed to consist of 3 sets of 14 upper body exercises at a comfortable weight to tone up,2 days on and 1 day off.folks 1 set killed me,plain and simple.i had to force myself to do the other 2 sets.i read a ton of reviews on this product before coughing up $45 for it.i tried it today,waited 45 minutes for it to “kick”in and hit the bench.i BLEW thru those 3 sets like it was water.on my 3rd set i had to increase the weight just to feel it.i have never had this much focus while working out.this stuff works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A REAL REVIEW FROM SOMEONE THAT’S ACTUALLY TAKEN IT FOR MORE THAN A DAY!!!!! I’ve been on and off the BSN stack for the better part of 4 years. Noxpode and it’s buddies ARE what they say they are, BUT… it comes with a price if you’re not careful. Supplements have a way of fooling you into thinking you need them and this is very bad for your mental state as an athlete. NOxplode does work and that’s the problem… because you can’t stay on it forever… trust me… your body can’t handle it – mine didn’t. In the beginning it was fantastic and for the next 3 or so years I saw gains like I never thought possible… eventually though it began making me dizzy, sluggish, and often times completely shut me down physically. Simply put – it works but it is not “good” for your body. Find other ways to amp yourself up… I’ve been off NOxplode for three weeks after taking it for 4 years and I feel better than I have in a long long time. So take it with warning… only take it if you can stop taking and mentally handle the losses you take after gaining so much. It’s also been linked to neurological problems such as vertigo. NOxplode does everything it says it’ll do… and more if you stay on it to long… so really what’s the point. Save your heart, money, and brain for more important things.
Mattew… those pins and needles is just the Arginine. Nothing to worry about… you can start worrying when you feel like your arms going to fall off if you even move… or when you start seeing bright spots or your heart explodes.

Day 1, have an anxious feeling, took first scoop at 5:45 second at 6:20. Work out at 7:30 in gym fo 1.5 hrs. Yes lots of energy, yes big pump. I haven’t been into the weights big time for better than 20 years so at 41 i’m trying to get back.
At the end of the month i will post again, but I do recommend 1 scoop only to start.
this product is all about cycling it. i took it for about a month, saw massive gains, and then ive been off it for about 3 months now. i have hit that wall we all hate to hit so now i am starting to take my second cycle on it. also i cant stress the importance of drinking enough water, when it says to drink 120fl oz of water a day DO IT. the water is what flushed the product out so it doesnt stick around and cause bad side affects. such as acne

GREAT PRODUCT. I am 16 yrs of age and this stuff works great. I have been taking Monster Milk 100g a day before and after I hit the gym and I have been looking for something to give me that pre workout rush. Well I found it NO Xplode is great!!! I took 1 scoop of this stuff the first day I got it and ran 5 miles non stop. Which is something considering can only run 3/4 of a mile before I took it. Im looking to hit the gym tommorow and see what kind of pump I can get with it!
Ok I said a month but after a week wow!!!!! No bulging veins but the pumps and increase in strength due to the high energy kick are awsome. This stuff, along with the proper post workout supplements and diet, are perfect for serious adults ( thats for anyone under 18 ).

Took it today before my P90X workout and about 45 minutes into it I started getting sick to my stomach. I thought that I was going to puke. I stopped my workout and it subsided about 15 mins later. My question, Is this just my body getting used to it? and will it go away in the future?

Ok before i had n.o xplode i would go about 1.25 miles on the tred mill running and speed walking in about 20 minutes today i took no xplode and bammm as soon as it kicked in i felt the energy and i ran 2 miles full sprint and jogging in 15 minutes and 37 sec i fully recommend this product and i tell everyone about it that wants to get ahead of the game if you havent tried it you sould
It causes mood swings, anxiety and depression… It does however help when working out.. if you believe a better body is worth more than a social life then have it.. otherwise I don’t recommend using.. I used it as directed for 2 years and couldn’t figure out why I had such bad anxiety and depression.. have now been off it for 3 weeks and feel AMAZING..

My question is this, I am 51 years old, work out regularly when not coaching the little ones but I am already on blood pressure medicine. Should I try this stuff or not? Trainer Andy made a valid point about the build-up in the glass. I haven’t bought the stuff yet but a friend tried it and likes it. His wife tried some of his and was zooming all day!

To some of the people on here you can see on the label of N0-Xplode that there is a large dose of magnesium per scoop. 1 scoop contains 360 mg of magnesium. The safe daily limit from supplements is 350 mg. If your taking 2 or more scoops of N0-Xplode then you are putting your body at risk of side effects.

I took N0-Xplode myself and I will admit it made me big… but I had to urinate so much and it was my kidney trying to clean out the large dose of magnesium. I stopped taking it because it kept me up all night and it made my heart beat fast pretty much all night. This product is not safe for all people and I would recommend against taking it. There are much better and safer ways to supplement your body when you work out.
Right, I have started back up at the gym again (I am 18, and I used to go a whole lot so im not new to it) and I was wondering, is this product effective on its own? or do I have to purchase other supplements to make it work better?

lol austin, i got a pt test comin up. starting my p90x routine either tonight or 2mor. im in the reserves as well. my last p.t test, i took 2-3 scoops and an adderal (bad idea) before the APFT, and 5/8 laps through i was throwin up hella fruit punch no-xplode lol, looked like i was hurlin blood

Quick background. 35year old 10 year fit military guy gets out takes 8 years off from any type of exercise, starts P90x to get back in shape.
By month 2 I am doing well but just not feeling the love on a 5am workout cycle so a friend of mine recommended NO. Last week I bought some and it has helped me get up get motivated and get a better 5am workout going. I don’t have any illusions that it will make me some kind of super fit freezer bench pressing monster. I can tell a difference when I do and do not use the product this may be due to a shot of caffeine at 5am either way it works pretty well even for a person that lives on caffeine.
It does upset my wife’s stomach so she eats a little bit of a protein bar before she takes it aside from that there are not any issues.
Today is the first time I have researched about NO because of problems with headaches and concentration loss. I am 19 and I have been taking it for about a month now and over the last 5 days i have had massive problems with my concentration (Really bad headaches) due to what I believe to be high blood pressure (right in the middle of my exams as well). It is definately not worth it, sure I have bulked/ toned up alot over the last month but at the cost of something that may affect my health for the long term, I highly don’t recommend it.
Also I think I have had to go to the toilet after 10 minutes of taking it everytime, and i promise you it isnt pretty.
Please take the time to research it as it is a pretty intense stimulant and go consult a doctor about it if you feel the need to take it.
I am 45 years old…….been using NO EXPLODE for the past 2 years on and off. I think that it is a great product if used properly. I think everyone has to figure out whats best for them. I get great results and I love the taste (fruit punch)! I mix 6-8oz of Ice cold water with one scoop…..excellent! I usually take one scoop 5 days a week and 2 off. That works for me.
I do get the tingling rush and the extra (something) that helps with the reps and the ability to do more weight. For me, I have noticed that I dont get sick when using this product and that it helps prevent getting sick period. Again, this is my own opinion and how I feel.
One caution……I have had some irritation with my kidneys when I take it for a long time. I recommend to everyone to listen to your body and stop for a while like I do. I usually go 2 months on and 1 month off. Moderation is KEY!
After reading all your comments i decided to put it to trial over one month. I done this by taking a bp of 120/60 and monitored it before and after taking NO, the diferernce was minute my final reading after taking 3 scoops 5 days a week for 4 weeks was 110/70. i will now have a break and when start back will only take i scoop.
I took NO explode for the first time about a week ago (one scoop) on chest day and ill say that it did give me alot more energy to do more weight. I kinda had too high expectations like i was gonna be able to bench another 50 extra pounds or something. I didn’t. I felt more focused and had an urge to workout more but i wasn’t sure if i improved because of the NO explode or just because i was getting stronger. The one and only side effect i felt was a fealing of foam in the back of my throat which got kind of annoying (probably the carbonation). Im still gonna buy it and try it with 2 scoops next time. Hopefully i didn’t feel the full effects so their is more room for improvement. P.S. buy from Bodybuilding.com, its like 4X bucks on their site, fast shipping too.

I have read a lot of these post and what most people fail to realize is that one its not for everyone and another that you need to find your own tolerence. If your hearts racing| you cant sleep| or u go to the bathroom too much you are probably taking to much. For most people 1 scoops is enough, it the people taking 2 or 3 scoops weinghing 180 pounds that get into trouble. Before you go bashing a great product maybe you should think about taking some personal respoonsibility about ur own health. No Explode is a tool not an answer

I bought the 2.25lb bottle of No Explode and it works good but its a little pricey. I had not work out for a year and it did help me increase my strength. I took it one time at night and did not go to sleep. Most of my work outs are in the moringing now. I was reading one posting where a father said his son was taking No Explode and that he was going to sue. The question i have is how old is this guys son? The son must not me that old where his father have to type postings for him. The olny bad reaction I had from No Explode is going to the restroom within the first 30 mins of taking it and it makes me poop alot. but later on i feel better and im ready to work out.

Heey guys, i went back on N.O for this first time in a couple of months… and i have used it before and i took 2 scoops yesterday and feel great no headace no upset stomach etc… but i took 3 scoops today an felt totally like shit… like i mean bad… workout was ruined… and i can’t stand the favours i find there way to sweet… and makes want to throw it back up… and i notice i had trouble sleeping last night… and when i took N.O for the first time a couple months ago i didn’t have these side effects… like i have to plug my nose everytime taking it which i hate… Can anybody help me?
im 15 years old high school athlete and have been lifting consistantly for the past year. im 5′ 11 and a half. 160 pounds. Would NO XPLODE be alright for me to take at a low dose??? 1 scoop or maybe half of a scoop? i take protein daily, and have took Full Blown Extreme a few times.
I’m 45 and have been using no xplode for about 3 years. I love it! I’ll admit when I first tried it I felt like my heart was going to xplode. I decided to ease my body into taking it by first using 1/4 scoop, then half a scoop and now I use a full scoop. It works great and I’m able to sustain my workouts without “petering” out. As to the comment from Sue concerning her son, I highly recommend parents monitor their kids use of ANY product, because ultimately it’s their responsibility to ensure proper use, not the company and threatening lawsuits is a typical overreaction. And yes, I have 2 kids and my son uses no xplode with no side effects at all!
hey guys im 21, 6′-0” and 196lbs, and i wanted to get an educated/experienced opinion on taking NO pill supplements versus NO Explode.
i recently received a trial offer of BIG TIME NO pills, a months supply basically, and it tells me to take one pill three times a day, everyday. ive been doing this regiment for only 2 days now, and workout m-w-f. although, upon starting this regiment i havent worked out yet because of work and other distractions
my friend on the other hand takes the NO Explode before and after workouts on training days and once on resting days as, like a normal creatine scheduele, and also works a similar workout scheduele

Been lifting hard for 20 years…i’m 37 and am 6′ and 214lbs with a 365bench/300squat/405deadlift. I never supplemented with anything but protein shakes up to about a year and a half ago, then decided to try No-xplode(cycled every couple months with superpump250). I liked No-xplode the best of the two. Tried Black Powder for a week and almost died lol my heart was racing so fast. NO gave great and insane pumps, but you get use to its effects after a while and have to take a little more the longer you are on it to get same effects. I did these products for about 16 months or so just to see what they could do. Endurance and strength did increase, you feel like a god, and have great pumps. Only problem is that it sometimes makes you think you can lift more than your body is capable of, so be careful NOT to hurt yourselves in the process and still lift smart and use you head. As others have said, and as suggested on the tub, don’t take this less than 6 hours prior to bedtime or you’ll be up all night. I’m not a pop or coffee drinker so the caffeine initially gave me headache and i started with half a scoop. By the end i was up to almost 2 scoops to get the same effects. Your heart rate definitely does increase when taking it. All in all though, my lifts didn’t really increase much if any, and when i stopped taking the stuff it took me about 2 months or so to get use to working out without it…got tired easily and felt the ‘need’ for a pick me up. When you think about it, all it really is though is a stimulant, its got nothing in it that really contributes to “mass” gain and the increases your getting is more do to the adrenaline rush. Its no substitute for good nutrition, lots of good clean protein, and good training regimen, hard work, and a good nights rest. Sure it may help you push your limits, but pushing your limits before they are ready to be pushed can also increase the risk of injury. Its a great energy rush, so if thats what you want then its a great product. If you want true gains…I’d say save your heart, lower your risk of injury, save your money, and spend the money on some good bcaa and glutamine and protein. Get your self some good stuff that ‘ll help repair your muscles like Scivation Xtend (bcaa’s/glutamine) which is really good stuff, work out and train hard (listen to your body), and eat and rest well…..your body will do the rest and you will get bigger and stronger.

Love this stuff WHEN it works. I have used it off and on for over a year. When I first started using it I was hooked and it gave me more energy and focus to lift longer and harder than anything I had tried. I took a break from it for almost a year and when I started using it again it didn’t always work. Some days I would take it and it would work awesome and other days it didn’t do ANYTHING. I always take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before lifting (like it says to) but now it doesn’t always do something for me. As far as taste, I loved the fruit punch, but I cant hardly stomach the Blue Raspberry.
I see many great comments on here. As a Coach and Trainer I want to make it clear that we are all different and to make sure we are very careful with anything we put in our bodies. Supplements are to help us fill a gap not be the super pill/powder to change our lives. Good ad bad can come from using any supplement. Just like meds that Dr. perscribe can have side effects. All things in moderation and remember to listen to your body. Most products we like and exersice programs we do have a warning to consult a Medical Dr. before do it. We should take that advice even moreso if we know we have health issues both personnal or in your family History.
Now I have used and even told other to try NoXplode but I will always tell people to read and understand the warnings. Start with a Low dose and build up and then cycle down then off to let your body rest. Just like you need to rest from workingout you to rest from take supplements too. I even fast a day every week to let my digestive system to rest and cleanse. This will reset your body and help it to function better. There are many factors to being healthy and supplements is only one. So give NoXplode a try if you want just remember to listen to what your body is telling you and follow the water drinking to the letter even if you take less NoXplode to start with. After taking NOxplode I get very very tired within 20 minutes. I make the largest yawns ever… and i can’t seem to focus. Why is it like this?

im 18yrs old,5′5,120 pounds and have a high metabolism so heart rate is always kind fast but nothing odd!,havent drank no-xplode in awhile but recently bout no-xplode nt and serious mass to gain weight and have energy to work out.well i took 1 scoop and did workout like a spartan but heart was beatin too fast,had to breathe fastish and my pupils even got dialated.Threw up lots and felt as if i was going to have a stroke.Im not trying to say this is a bad product because it does what it says it does but just be careful on how much you start with seriously!!!NO JOKE!!!…but yeah good product but start off with like 1/4th a scoop is what i recommend.
I find one large rounded scoop works for me. I am the guy that only needs one aspirin as an example. Never, ever take after 1PM unless you are going be up late that night. This product if full of various stimulants in addition to the basic Arginine that drives the NO foundation of the product. As a 52 year old, lifetime gym enthusiast, I would very much recommend this as a morning workout, empty stomach first thing in the morning drink. Arginine always works best on an empty stomach.
No explode Well. I’ve been using it ‘responsibly’ for about 3 years now and i’m starting to see the reactions to this use.. 2 days ago i had a heart flutter and another yesterday. I’ve never had ANY issues in the past but both instances occured while on the NO-explode. I am a lifetime fitness guy, muay thai, BJJ, mountain biking, weight training, and i even just completed the P90X program.. NEVER ANY ISSUES. I only take 1 – 1.5 scoops (164lbs, lean) and at that i would be able to sit in a chair and read a book – i’m not all “juiced up” like some others may be who are new to the product. #1 YES this product DOES give you energy, i mean how could it not?? it contains every known chemical to do that #2 NO explode doesn’t truely make you stronger. It may seem that way, but you are meerly pushing you heart and body into the red zone and possibly (as i read with the guy claiming 80lbs increased bench weight) beyond the current natural ability of your body. #3 NO explode does not make you gain mass & weight, if anything it would do the opposite due to the increased heart rate and diarrhea that MOST USERS EXPERIENCE at least ocasionally. #4 NO-ONE under 20 something should even think of using this.. you don’t need it -drink a red bull or something. Compare the labels and see how much more shit they pack into this no-explode (aka crack juice). SO TO finish – i now have to find health insurance and go to a doctor for some EKG’s to determine if this heart arrythmia is going to be permanent, degenerative, or eventually kill me. IF YOU USE THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE SERIOUS REACTIONS PLEASE EMAIL ME, we can begin to organize the class action. YOUNG GUYS, don’t bother.. you already have enough test running through you, eat some protein and shorten your workouts you’ll gain like nobody’s business. Older guys – watch out! i am 18 years old and just started back up on no xplode after about a 4 month break. Im typing this right now because its 1 am and i cant sleep lol. I do really like the results i get from this product. Alot of people say and/or think this will make you lift alot more weight. For me, it just gives me that extra abillity to squeeze out a few more reps, which after a while, will make you stronger. It gives me alot of energy and focus, but also disrupts my stomach a little. I took 2 scoops today at around 4-5ish and lifted for about an hour. (just did chest today). I began to feel a crash at around 730. I ate dinner and went to bed around 9. i woke up at 1130 and could not get back to sleep. im tired, but im restless and cant seem to turn my mind off. its getting a little better now, but i would not reccomend taking this later in the day, (at least until you build your tolerance up a little, maybe go with one scoop and not be stubborn like me). This product itself will not make you bigger and stronger. Protein is a must. You get the best mucsle growth from good protein. I like to go with some mucsle milk and met-rx protein bars. they are easy to eat/drink and taste good. Of course eating high protein foods is important. dont rely on supplements for everything. different foods have different proteins. I was taking the gnc brand hydrochloride creatine pills. They dont retain as much water as the powders (creatine monohydrate) and dont bloat your muscles rather than develope them. They work slower, but better in long run. You should still drink water throughout the day though. I am 6′3 180 pounds. I am trying to gain weight. i was around160 6 months ago, so im getting there. no xplode is a good supplement to take for 6-8 weeks or so. Then take a break for a while and switch up your workout diet, maybe try something new. (plus if you do take no xplode consistently for 6-8 weeks your body will build a resistance to it). The best thing to do is find out what works best for you. if no xplode doesnt work for you, dont take it. especially if you are not comfortable with it.
Well I gave no explode a week to try it out , and didn’t find any benifits with it just an expensive fruit drink really,don’t waste your money on it,eat well and get plenty of rest and plenty of protein and you will do as good.

Ok, to start off I am 17 years old. I am on my third week of N.O xplode. and i love it. Iused to weigh 138 pounds, but between football workouts, powerlifting workout, and going to the gym everyday, i now weigh 149 pounds. I have 2 percent body fat and i cant beleve it has had this kind of effect on me. I recomend that after your first cycle you take anyother BSN product, just because your body will recognize N.O xplode and your body will do what is called the platue effect. So mix it up every cycle but always come back to N.O xplode because it does amazing wonders.

I have read many reviews but i would like to tell you my experience of N.O explode. If anything this product makes me feel sick in the gym thus not wanting to train. I train harder with my ipod tunes then this product. I wish it did work for me but i feel i have wasted money on it. I will not be taking this product anymore maybe theres something wrong with me but it just does not work one bit!
S.FERRIS…I have found over the past few months that N.O does have a cutting effect due to the high amount of caffeine. It speeds up your metabolism similar to over the counter weight loss tablets like hydroxicut and Lipo 6x. Some people advise against using N.O for cardio workouts but I find N.O gives me the stamina to push trough hard cardio sessions so its really up to you. Id say give it a go and see how N.O works for you.
I am 15 years old, I am roughly 5ft 11in, i wiegh in about 150, if I take NO Xplode for about a month with a regular 1h 30min in Gym of running, curling roughly 55 pounds, benching about 125 pounds for 4 outta 7 days a week, what do u think my gain will be, like how much do u think in weight i will gain and how much do u think i will be able to bench? a 4 start product, makes you shyt a lot but over all gets the job done specially at the end of the work out, my suggestion is to stack with 3- protein shakes and a good balance diet to obtain crazy ripped muscles like mineee, o yeah n beware not on label but you get mad pu*** when your on it, makes me look like im covered in spider webbs. o yeah and it helps to have sex for like 4 hours with out beeing tired, i change my mind a 5 star product. deff buy it, do a balanced diet, and enjoy!!

I took NO xplode today for the first time and I really like it. First of all I noticed a lot of energy about 30min after i used it. I started working out and doubled the amount of reps i normally do with 3 sets! Only thing is, is that I couldn’t notice my veins get bigger than they normally do. But overall, A+ I still have plenty of energy and i took it at 2:30!
I’ve started taking this product for energy…..it really helps my workouts tremendously but I do not want to bulk up. I just want to make sure that if I’m basically only doing reps of lower weights that I’ll tone up not Bulk UP?

ELI spaghetti sauce gets hard and clumpy if you leave it out in a dish after you eat it. That was a foolish analogy. And for anyone taking NO xplode my suggestion is 45-60 mins before you workout especially if your running. it does bloat a little bit but once you get past that its all good you get the energy you need for an intense workout.
NO Xplode by BSN is a great product and have tried it and had strong pumps and great focus in the gym. I’ve tried others like Gaspari’s Superpump 250 and had some stomach problems when taking it. I still had a little bit when I took No Xplode too, but it was tolerable and did not bother me.
When I took NoXplode for the first time I was bursting with energy – Felt like superman in the gym! It best to take during morning workouts, so all the caffine in that product gets used rather then evening workout. You have trouble sleeping!
Interesting find… I had previously posted some very negative side effects of using the No-Explode long term. I haven’t been able to get to the cardiologist yet but i am still alive, which is a good thing. ON TO THE GOOD NEWS!!!
Since i stopped using the No-explode, i have seen a significant INCREASE in strength and stamina while working out. I think the combination of all the chemicals in the No-Explode is creating a catabolic environment in the body and destroying muscle mass. I also believe that it is replacing your body’s natural means of energy expulsion with the raging taurine, caffeine, and all the other shit that is in this.
Most of you will refuse this information, but it is fact in my experience. I am in great shape and i am a life long fitness enthusiast. creatine will not show up in a drug test. but i am 22 years old and have been lifting hard for 6 years. I started taking cell tech when i was 16. I think the 16 year olds will be ok but 14 sounds a little young for me. your body is still growing. and it will not stunt your growth. I am 6′1 and 215 lbs
Im a pretty small guy with little body fat and ive taken the recommended 1 scoop no xplode for about a week now. I seem to get a stomach ache for about a half hour but then i feel really good and im ready to go. I also find that it has given me the shits and ive had to go a few times in the middle of my workouts. overall it gives great pumps and i dont seem to get tired. this stuff really seems to work great.
My max bench without NO Explode was 200 flat with No Explode 265 2 times are fucking kidding me this shit is off the map as far as nitric oxide supplements go the pumps are insane and the energy never fades out brilliant

i just finished my first 2.25lb of NO xplode. this is the BEST supplement on the market. the stamina your muscles get with this stuff is super human like. my weight before noxplode was 130. one month later 145 and just totally ripped. i would recommend taking pro complex gainer it helped my muscles recover extremely fast especially after the way intense workout stamina this gives you. 10++
I used to take this product and quite liked it. It may have helped me get through work outs with a bit more zing, but after a while the effect began to plateau out and I made no additional gains at all. As for energy, seriously, I’ve had more intense workouts by eating nothing more than a banana and a protein shake before training than No Xplode.
i agree with john you dont even get that good workouts by taking no xplode- its all psycological, your best just taking a banana or other source of energy, no xplode well expensive for what it is

QUESTION FOR ANYBODY….i work night shift 11-7..i usually workout about 6 or 7pm before i go to work that night..after using NO is there a crash or a big letdown that will make me tired at work?? or is there not really a crash period like most stuff that has caffeine in it?? im really liking what i hear about this stuff and cant wait to use it..that was the only thing holding me back..thanks alot!!

I have been working for a while and have taken other supplements. I am curious about NO explode. Can somebody explain to me how does the process of cycleling on and off of NO explode works? This product is GREAT ,GREAT…. I am a female and I use one scoop at 4:45 pm because I begin my aerobics at 5:20 pm for one hour, and by the time I am finished, I still have energy to clean house. I do NOT feel gitters or heart racing or anything of that sort. Sue, quit talking about sueing people’s a** and give your son proper advice. Every person’s body is different. His level of tolerance may be lower than others. Sooo many people are enjoying this product. Tell him to take less of the stuff and earlier in the day. Using is not a problem, abusing is. Surely he has got to be taking more than one scoop. One scoop will get the job done, my husband uses it also. Workouts help people sleep better so if he is not sleeping, the problem lies elsewhere, NOT in this product. To the makers of NoExplode, I thank you for a GOOD PRODUCT.
N.O Explod works immediately after you take it and i personally never want to lift without it it gives you a great pump every time you lift with minumum effort.
I notice a huge difference when taking this. I can tell its still in my system the next day and sometimes 2 days later. My question is how long does it take after the last workout to cleanse your system of NO-xplode? I am only wondering because i have a physical coming up and dont want my results screwed up.

This is Dee and yes women can take this product, I have been for almost a year now. It is not designed to carve muscles, it is designed to give you the energy you need to endure your workout. I LOVE the product. I take one scoop 30 minutes before I begin my program and I get through a lot easier than when I depend soley on willpower. I take it early because like any stimulant, you will need time to “wind-down” (so to speak) I take at 4:45 and by 10:00 pm when I go to bed, I’m ready to relax and sleep. Make sure your sleeping surroundings are condusive to sleep also. Clean dark tidy bedroom will definitely help

Julie, glad to hear you were also successful with this product. I don’t work out on Saturdays but when I have major house cleaning projects, I take a scoop. One scoop is my limit. bought it ! tried it! awesome pump the first time and the following week. went up to two scoops great results, but one day was working out ,, regular stuff. my heart began to beat so fast and i was breathing so hard. I got so scared coz this has never happened to me. i almost felt as if i was going to have a stroke, and i felt as if i gona get it real bad. my chest became very heavy.. i rested myself but the heart would still be beating so fast ,as if it was about to come out. i rushed home and tried taking deep breaths, and luckily nuthin happened to me on the way..and my heart cooled down after some time. i could not figure out why it happened ,, so i did a check on my supplements as i only use syntha 6 for protein and no xplode for pumps .. i found out what i had to and am damn sure that no xplode caused it. one thing i was really scared that time. last of all i will not blame it on no xplod but on myself as i learnt a lesson of being more careful with my supplements, i am only posting this so that people can relate to it and be more careful towards supplements!!
I took it for abour a 1 1/2 weeks and the last time i took it I ended up with a migraine and serious panic attacks. My heart rate was all over. I fallowed all guidelines and didnt even use an entire scoop. Im not saying dont use it, I know lots of people that love it. However if your senestive to such stuff, I would not dare touch it. I’m 41 and have been a heavy lifter for 12 years, during those years I’ve used every “legal” product on the market. Last year I got lazy and slowed WAY down working out about 1 to 2 days a week and got lumpy and lost a lot of muscle. I’ve been eating clean, taking 1 scoop of NO-X and nearly 300 grams of protein a day for the last month. My stats when starting was 6′1″ 203, weighed in today after a month at 217 while maintaining the same waist size and strength is coming back VERY quickly, training 2 to 3 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week.
As far as NO-X goes, yes it gives me great energy, sometimes a little jittery and I do feel it has contributed to my strength and size gains. HOWEVER, never solely rely on one product to make progress, it’s a combination of supplements, eating and training HARD.
At 217 now, hoping to hit 230 by April, then shred down to about 7% bodyfat for summertime.

This is the second time I am using this supplement and I have no complaints. I go to the gym at 5am so it really helps give me the energy I need. I take 3 scoops right when I wake up and in the 30 minutes it takes to get ready and get to the gym to start working out I can feel it kick in.
Hairball…YES. It goes away after your body gets used to it. About 2 weeks. I look at it as it’s giving my insides a thorough cleaning!
I am researching now what is good to stack with this. Obviously the label says to stack it with every product BSN makes, but I have some other preferred supplements I’d like to use as well. Here’s what I don’t understand, if you want to do a creatine cycle, when do you? You take this as an energy booster, it has creatine but you only take it on workout days, so do you take creatine all other days. Seems silly to break the cycle. Has it been determined that creatine is not needed in a daily dose, perhaps this transport method actually works? I know most of this stuff is a scam. How many products over the years don’t even exist now. I’ve only used one product that I susspect actually does something, its phosphagen hp. Its out of stock everywhere. That’s how I crossed this product. I’ve been low on energy not eating right and wanted to clean my diet up plus I try a supplement about once a year. I don’t like buying my lifts but I’m sinkin and need something. KIDS AND PARENTS, ARE YOU STUPID. Your gains come fast, work your lazy self.
What’s the deal with them not listing how much caffeine or creatine is in the product? The consumer needs to know what they are taking. Maybe they would get better reviews if they would disclose the dose of the ingredients. Maybe people wouldn’t be surprised by the side effects if they knew what they were taking.

I have read through most of the comments but still have some questions about this product. Hopefullt someone can help me answer them:
- I understand the product says ‘do not take after 3pm’. I typically work out around 7pm, after I get out of work. Are there any people here taking this product later than 3pm (say, 6pm?) and not having sleeping problems?
- I saw some people posting to not take this product too often because of the huge amounts of caffeine. I work out around 4 times per week. Would it be a bad idea to take it every workout?
- I am considering taking the product to break through a plateau I hit recently. Let’s say I increase my lifts when on NO Xplode, would I have to keep taking it to maintain these increases? I understand that when you go off it your lifts will probably go down somewhat, but could I expect them to go down all the way to what they were before or would there be some residual increase?

I would wait 2 weeks before taking this so you can settle into the gym, get use to lifting weights and build technique first. you will know when you are ready to take it, you rarms wont be shaking anymore and you will have good technique and consistent reps/sets,
But thats my opinion anyway.

Since you have just started lifting, in my humble opinion I would not recommend you to have this or any product like this for at least 3 -4 months.
First make your muscles get used to the work out. Check yourself for this period of time that you can get regular for your work outs or not. Then if need be, go ahead and try new things.

Sohail, you a are confusing STRENGTH with ENERGY. You are lacking strenght so this product is not for you, at least for now. Every proffesional trainer will tell you that you shouldn’t take any supplements in the first 3-6 months of training.

So far so good. This is my second round of P90X and I was looking for something to get me hyped. I am 42 in good shape, marathoner and kitesurfer. I have had no side effects. I take 1.5 scoops 20 min prior to my workout. I have found it to jack me up and keep me pushing harder than before. I do notice a feeling of muscle pump all the time, that was not there before. I am using cytogainer after the workout and feel great. I work out mid morning and have had no sleep issues. I will try it for this round of P90X and then take a month off to see the difference. Hope that helps….
@DutchDude–my workouts are also around 7PM. I take a couple scoops before I leave the office. I’m probably a little “hyped up” until around 10PM, but that’s about the time I’m winding down after dinner.

If you are 15/16 dont take it. In fact, dont lift if ur 15 only start lifting at 17 you will run the risk of stunting ur growth.
Secondly, no hair loss cannot occur due to taking this product. Its jacked with creatine and caffeine and some other shit so u get mad pumps, but the other guys were right its all about technique. U need a basis of muscle before doing this. i wouldnt just take it starting out and then expecting to get gains. U get gains, and from my experience when i take a week off it (for the cycle) i can actually lift more and my muscles become fuckloads harder and thicker, as oppossed to big and ‘pumped’. Picture my muscles as hard rocks when i have that week off, as oppossed to inflated balloons when im on it.
If u stop taking it u do become weaker which is strange. But if u take this with a sugar free red bull or V 20 mins before taking no xplode, u will fly out of ur mind. Actually im not recommending u do this, i dont wanna be responsible for anybody dying from a heart explosion but the combo will jack u like FUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKKK
Hey im 125 pds. Ive been taking no explode for about a week now and i am getting amazing results. my max bench has moved up from 190 to 210 since ive been using this stuff. My bench is amazing for my weight class. But whenever i use this stuff i get extreme jitterness. After my bench i have to do a clean jerk in my weightlifting meets but i can reach my max clean jerk because of all the jitterness that i get and can’t keep the weight balanced over my head. Pls what do i do to get rid of the jitterness?

If youre throwing up this stuff, getting light headed/head rushes, or experiencing problems while on it, it is highly recommended that you at least lower your dosage or quit it all together. That is the verge of some serious health risks but if you take it correctly, you should be able to lose the weight, get big or whatever you bought the product for.
Being young and taking it isn’t good for you because your muscles haven’t developed fully and will cause muscle deformation, stunted height, not to mention your body may not beable to handle the some of the chemicals in this product.
I’ve used this off and on for 3 years now and have seen great results from weight loss to muscle size. Whatever I wanted to attain. It’s all about body type, your size and what your trying to accomplish.

Just a point of reference, in my Kinesiology courses at a Major Big 10 University, there have been Scientific Studies about the development of lean muscle mass in subjects as young as 5 years old. That being said, I’m not suggesting a 5 year old get under a bar and squat 2x his body weight. However, activities such as wall squats, dead hang pull ups, and pushups all are compound movements. Younger subjects under appropriate supervision, can in fact “weight” train with Dumbells (Lunges, chest press, one arm rows) with minimal impact on growth or bone development. Again, they should be compound movements under supervision and should not be performed with 1-rep “max” goals.
I haven’t worked out in over three years. Two wks ago i decided to get back in the gym. I started taking N.O. Explode only a few days ago, and OMG. This stuff really allows you to focus on your work out by getting you so pumped up. I use to be languid durring my work outs, and spend more time resting, now i am ready for the training. I feel like i can run through a brick wall!!
I am very very happy with supplement, gives me good pumps, strength, attitude makes me feel so good.
The only downfalls are its affects your sleeping patterns, the price, and i’ve known friend that have problems from it. Other than that I personally recommend this product, this is a must for gym junkies!

So I read all the reviews before I bought this item. I wanted somethin that was going to give me a kick up the arse when I went to the gym. I spent £40 on it and my verdict…BUY!
Most of the reservations with this product come from people being instantly reckless with it or using it when they know they could uve a problem with it. If you have heart/organ problems then do your homework BEFORE you buy it! If people are feeling rough after their first day then you are using it wrong. It actually TELLS YOU to test your tolerance to it before using it properly! An if it says one scoop per session/day then try less!!! I had HALF a scoop and had the best workout I have had fir ages! No sluggishness and I pushed myself hard to achieve better than I have in over a year! I have to admit fatigue set in halfway through so tomorrow I shall do 2/3rds of a scoop! If that doesn’t keep me going all the way then I shall do the full scoop! I admittedly felt some of the after effects some people mentioned but not to the degree they did. As for the insomnia, I think having read it here I think it was more in my head. I had such a killer workout on this that I slept like a baby. I think the pump and shapehold was again more down to the heavy workout I had than the small amount of creatine in this to be honest. The stomach aches and poop I experienced was no different to being on a regular high protein diet. And as for the heart racing, this stuff will get you going but chill out after a workout, eat a big meal and your heart will take it just as easy. It’s no different to taking EPH+25!
It is plain and simple, just be SENSIBLE when you take it!!! This is a great product and does what it says! It’s not a steroid so won’t make you huge! It’s not a creatine so won’t hold your shape! It’s nit protein so it doesn’t feed the muscle! It’s NO.EXPLODE and it does what it says. If you want to have a killer workout and that much needed kick up the arse to work hard and push hard to build muscle and gain better pulls on bigger weight over the course of using it then this is the stuff! It just makes you work harder than you ever have! It ain’t a miracle worker, you have to do the work!
P.s. It says for 18-40 years old. Always read the tub! If you don’t follow BSNs advice then don’t complain if you do it wrong and it all goes wrong…you only have yourself to blame I’m afraid

Im an lightweight-amateur and i normally bench 3 sets of 10 reps on 45. Ive benched 50s before but not too well. On my first day of N.O. xplode i did 10 reps of 45, 10 reps of 47.5 , 8 reps of 50, and 8 reps of 55 with 30 second breaks in between. More reps, higher weight, little rest/ fast recovery…do the math this stuff works
I am involved in a medical field and we have had several patients who have followed the directions and still have developed significant liver dysfunction (much like those mentioned by PFC Speer in an earlier posting); these are healthy individuals (in the appropriate age range) who did not have a history of any previous organ problems. I would seriously consider not taking this supplement due to the risk of liver injury. I am confident this will come out (as it has with other supplements) — it is only how long, and how many people are effected, until it does. I have no personal reason to share this other than concern for my patients and people in general.

Yesterday was my first time taking N.O Xplode. I took two scoops and I weight 240 and I am 6′3 and 17 years old. I took it around 3pm and when I tried to go to sleep around 10pm my head had a pump feeling in my head, I could not fall asleep for a good hour. I love the product, so I do not want to stop taking it. But i do not know what to do if this keeps happening.
Grey – You could have simple set of labs – liver function tests – that most places group together — this includes 2 that check for your liver cells and if they are inflamed/damaged (called alt/ast), bilirubin, which measures if a product found in bile has built up in your system, and alkaline phosphatase, which can measure if your bile ducts are inflamed (these are braod generalizations of the tests) — like I said — most places will group themm together, and frequently a panel called “liver function tests” will include these are potentially a few more.

im on my 2nd cycle and the effects are not as evident but still worthwhile. In regards to no explode’s effect on cardio i tried taking it before my rowing training and found i was getting dizzy and fatigued very fast. thus i have decided to take it only before my gym sessions.

My Son is taking this before before he works out. I am a bit concerned now because his blood pressure is high..He is having headaches, can’t sleep at night. He is taking one scoop per 5-6 oz of wated once a day..It did help him in his workout and he is getting the maxium workout and looks great. Just afarid that this might have neg side affects. If anything they help you rip excess fat off, because of the raise of heart rate and extra stimulation and input into your workout.
I sweat like a beats on the stuff, and it helps me out with supersets.
The trick is that you have faster recovery betwqeen sets, so if you’re into weights for gaining or ripping, it sill help.
Don’t forget the amount of caffeine in these products.
My experience has showed, help in mass and halp in fat loss.
If you want to use the product for weight loss but muscle retention, keep your weights less heavier and do higher reps and faster.
The sweat will pour off ya with these products.
That’s the way it works for me, anyway.
Others may have a different view.

Guys, I am a personal trainer w/ 5 years experience. Its a hobby and a side job. I am 28 years old and have never taken this product, but have used one comparable to this product. The product I took raised my heart rate and lowered libido just as some of the people in these posts. The doc said liver functioning was high, potassium low and I went in for high blood pressure. It wasnt the systolic heart rate that was a concern but the diastolic heart rate (which means me heart is not resting when its supposed to). It felt like a piece of metal was on my chest and couldnt get it off. It was the abosolute worst experience of my life. When I was younger I took steroids (after extensive research and a low dosage) I never had problems like this. Keep in mind I am a small frame 5′10″ 170 with no family history of heart complications.
With this said I now only take a multi vitiman, and 25g of protien once a day. I feel much better! This is just a warning on these kind of products that are not tested by the FDA. Do not take this product if your under 21. Let your body work its magic naturally. I think this is a good product and most people like it, but check with a doctor before and after taking it.

34 years old, Training experience (serious 2 years), amateur -10 years at intervals. I tried it yesterday, took 2 scoops. Results are very weird: focus is great, stamina is increased and so on. Pretty much like it was already described above. My opinion: For the beginners it is not the way to train. It is removes your natural concentration and therefore subjects your body to the risk of trauma. However, for advanced or pro, can be used to push beyond the limits. As to the activities like jogging and cycling maybe possible to use for everyone.

I’ve been a loyal no xplode fan and user for a few years until I became prego. I would love for my post pregnancy workouts to become as intense as I use to train prior. My question is can no be taken minimally or in moderation while nursing my child? I’ve asked my doctor, but, he wasn’t familiar with the product.

ok so i got no xplode and i tried it the first day i got it cause i wanted to see if it really worked like people say it does!!! and after i took it and went on the weights i felt like a monster i really just could not stop lifting!!! i cant wait to see the results in a couple of months
I’m 42, started taking the stuff a little over 6 to 8 months ago, been weight training now for over 12 months.
Prior to weight training I lost 35 kls doing cardio and all of my muscle mass and strength, thus the weight training the past 12 months.
I first tried HORSEPOWER which made me sick, so I decided to try NO EXPLODE.
It’s been great, apart from the not sleeping factor, but then I do my training late in the afternoon so taking the stuff late is not recommended.
I’ve had no side effects from the stuff at all.
I keep my hydration levels up and have a regular blood test every 3 – 4 months to keep things at bay.
I’ve gained over 18 pounds of muscle due to heavier lifting, more reps and less fatigue.
I do have bad days regardless of taking this stuff, so it’s not a miracle supplement.
I don’t beleive it adds bulk like some make out.
It all has to do with your input in your training and this is what to me No Explode is meant for, agility, strength, endurance …just that little extra goes the mile.
In the end of the day if you think you’ll get massive taking this stuff, you need to get a reality check.
Steroids is about the only thing that will get you massive but also with some pretty serious health risks, so to me No Explode is as natural with the extra little help as possible as it gets.
Overall I would rate (ORANGE FLAVOUR), 5 / 5 for the flavour I have tried, and about a 4 / 5 for the rest it’s meant to do.
Did I mention that eventually you develop tolerance to this product and require more and more each work out?
I think cycling is probably a very wise must while on this stuff, and keep your hydration levels at bay.
Have a blood test once a while, it’s a wise move
I like these so called “educated” trainers, saying it’s unhealthy, not recommended etc, so is Smoking & alcohol, but we all do it, I find No X-plode a fantastic supplement (taken in moderation), it’s helped me shed 10 kg in 4 months, and rip up with intense workouts. recommendation: keep up your water intake 2-3 liters a day.
BJ. I know its hard to accept the unhealty side affects of a supplemennt thats working for you. While smoking damages lungs and alcohol destroys the liver, the process takes years of abuse. These get quick supplements can cause liver damage within a year. As a nurse practioner/ “educated personal trainer” I would advise you to get a blood sample taken. Check for high potassum, high liver functioning, and dehydration. Its a quick blood sample. You can’t live without your liver and you can damage it quick.

I have cycled NO Xplode many times throught my high school football career. It gives you an awsome pump when you lift. I do not like how many fillers are in there, but what can you do. It deffenitely gives you a pump but I would suggest stacking this with other products.

For all of the highschool athletes who are asking if NO EXPLODE is right for them….The bottle states that this product is intended for 18 & older….please keep that in mind when determining your dosage. Start out at a lower dose until you find the one that works for you. This stuff will help you max out on any workout except for a long cardio workout. I would not suggest taking NO Explode before you run a mile or do a long bike workout….you will burn out of energy fast, run out of breath and possibly get sick at your stomach. It is great for a power lifting workout or for the fastest 100m or 200m that you’ve ever run. My son is a sprinter and uses for his gym workouts and to run a quick 200m off the blocks during practice. I have used it a couple of times for an intense workout. It works great because you don’t feel like you are exerting yourself….but you are. Stay hydrated around the clock and cycle on and off of this stuff. Only take on workout days so that your body doesn’t build a resistance to it as quick.
if you are not 18 years or older. you should not be takin this product. i am 22 yrs its been about a month now. and the side effects for me are no sleep, and the occassional headache. and never take this stuff on an empty stomach. it will make you pass out like it did me the other day. but on the positive note. it works great and i recommend it to anyone who needs a boost of energy for their workouts
Guys, serious question so can somebody honestly answer this for me, its really important to me.
I take no xplode, its the bomb (no pun intended) but i have to ask you all this:
1. Does it make you retain water or stop you from shedding fat?
2. I experience similar effects, say, 80% similar by drinking a sugar free bottle of red bull before hand. Does anybody know why this is? is it because of the taurine?
I have used N.O. explode for about a month. Side effects for me include shortness of breath and my heart wants to beat out of my chest after exerting myself. And fluorescent green diarrhea that lasts about 3 hours. But thats small potatoes to how it makes me feel. I feel unstoppable in the gym. Can’t sleep? Try marijuana. (The medical kind of course.
) I’m more cut and stronger then I ever have been, but weight gain for me is slow. I hope to see more improvements in that area in the ensuing months.

No xplode is amazing. I feel like I can do anything at the gym after taking it. I would seriously recommend this product to everyone who is serious about getting into shape. I usually work out for an hour, and take a shower at the gym.. I feel so awesome afterwards. I’m going to school to be a nurse, but after I get my degree I’m considering getting a certificate in personal training. I am so motivated while taking no xplode, I had a child 2 years ago..and I’m 120 lbs.

I’m 1.90meters (dno how much that is in US sizes.. but it should be around 76 inches tall. I weight 90 kilo’s = ~190lbs and have 10% bodyfat in my bulking phase. I never used any creatine in my life untill 2 months ago.
I bought 2 test tubes of No Xplode NT and 2 test tubes of a different propular creatine brand.
First I tried the other brand which didnt really increase my strength, I just didnt have much fatigue and could keep going on longer than before. Not much longer though. The first time I used 1/2 scoop, 2nd time 1 scoop and 3rd time 2scoops just to see what the ffects where but everytime the results where about the same.
Now last week i started using my other creatine testers, the ones of No Xplode NT. Bodybuilders i’ve spoken too said 1 stick of NX NT equals about 2-3 scoops of the original no Xplode. So the first time I took 1/2 a stick, and the 2nd time a whole stick.
Now to be honest I was dissappointed in this one as well.
The only thing I felt while taking this was a “light” feeling in my legs and slightly less fatigue. I couldnt bench any weight, neither could I do (much) more reps. I bench about 125 kilo’s = ~265 lbs with and without the use of creatine.
I see everyone writing these wonderstories about how they gained so much in 2 months and whatever. Makes me wonder whether I’m really that immune to this substance or is everyone just getting high from placebo :/?
I know one person who is immune to it; I dont understand the physiology behind it nor could I offer an explanation, but I guess if you aren’t affected by caffeine, or if you have a tolerance (do you drink coffee or red bull daily?) then you might not get the most out of it.
In addition, N.O Xplode is not a creatine. Its a series of minerals, vitamins and caffeine which dilate your blood vessels, allowing more oxygen to migrate to your blood and in turn, more blood to travel to your muscles. Hence, the feeling of a pump and due to the extra oxygen, less fatigue.
Try using 2 scoops or if you really really have to, use 3. I still only use 2 and this is my second tub. I drink maybe one can of red bull a fortnight at best.
Ive used creatine but I personally cant handle it- I get a bloated stomach and constantly feel like im going to throw up. NO Xplode has a minute amount of creatine, but essentially it doesnt serve the same purpose as pure creatine. It helps with strength which allows you to garner significant gains which would be increasingly more difficult, if not almost impossible without it. Its like an energy charge so to speak., but a complex one.
You wont stack on weight nor hold water with the product, which is good if you arent 100% ripped to the shit house. I cant actually go to the gym without it, its addictive, thats the only down side I guess. Also I dont use it with legs, as my legs end up too pumped if that makes sense.
Try 2 scoops, but dont stack it with coffee or red bull or you might kill yourself. Ive come so close to passing out by doing the above, its stupid and I learnt from it immediately.
If NO Xplode doesnt work, look at two options. When you bench your said amount, is this your absolute max? Sometimes if your bench too much weight, you may be pushing yourself too much and therefore not doing a proper technique. This can cause you to plateau. Try less weight and a better technique.
If however, you think your technique is spot on how many reps are you doing? if you only do say, 4 sets of 3 reps., maybe lower the weight a bit. Maybe you are already in an advanced stage of your fitness, which means NO Xplode wont push you that much harder but as you said, will give you a few extra reps.
Those few extra reps will make the difference. You sound pretty fit so i’d say, if you can do extra reps but no more weight with no xplode, then you have increased endurance which is one of the highlighted benefits of the product. Conversely, I have the same endurance ive always had without it, but increased strength. So it affects everybody differently.
But if you truly feel like the product hasnt helped you, then just save your cash.. But again, those few extra reps will help you to do extra reps the next time, and the next time… until you do so many extra reps that you increase the weight to lower those reps and thus, increase your strength; leading to bigger gains.
Vman’s Post reminds me of my experience some time back when I used No-Xplode for some time and thought of trying something different, I looked up online and decided to try nanovapor which is supposedly another popular No product and I had a very negative effect of it on my body.

Instead of getting pumped i felt very tired and sleepy. i had to return that product after some time and back on noxlode again. I have tried other No products i didnt have any negative effect though.
Essentially these products are chemicals and though i am not a scientist, my opinion is that they work in a very different way to our bodies. I dont take caffene at all and still i dont feel anything after talking any kind of energy drink. I can easily go to sleep after drinking one full can of it.
With No-xplode i never felt gain in strength feeling but yes it makes me focus a lot. I am so pumped up that I can work out for hours w/o getting psychologically tired though my body gets drained of energy. I like it because it can actually lift me up and take me to gym and can make me work out in a brutal way and feel happy about it
Hi im 16, and just bought some NO… it arrived today.
Question is, if I have already been taking creatine for a long (6 months) time.
Will I still feel the “incredible” effects or will it be reduced?
is not the creatine what gives you the “incredible” feeling, is the mix of all ingredients and specially the caffeine. For all of those who say that N.O. does nothing for you is because the brain “gets used” to the caffeine and blocks the receptors in the brain, if you are used to drink coffee every morning or like to drink energy drinks most likely wont affect you the same as a person who is not used to caffeine.
On the other hand, for those who cant sleep at night or feel their heart racing is because you gotta be careful with you caffeine intake, N.O. has already a “high” level of caffeine if, in addition you drink coffee, tea, pop, energy drinks or any other drink containing caffeine you are already having too much caffeine, which causes insomnia, rapid heartbeat, shakind hands and shaking legs. I’ve been drinking N.O. for a couple of days and so far works great, but i dont drink coffee and quit drinking pop long time a go so basically i just drink water and occasionaly juices. so far no side effects, but always be cautios and follow all recommendatios as every single product out there if not used propertly it can cause side effects, also if you are taking N.O. do not take any proteins that increase the nitrates levels, always read the level people as some of the whey proteins also contains high levels of nitrates… well i hope this helps at least a little, have fun using N.O. xplode
I have taken No explode on and off for about 2 years for different training purposes. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs that extra boost in the gym. It focuses you and makes you not want to stop when lifting. Only negative effects are upset stomachs after your workout and the crash you get about 3 hours after your workout where. You are completely focused post workout but after those 3 hours you have no energy.
Im on my 3rd tub on No Xplode (above comment i made about 2 was an error) and Im still amazed by what I can do. I absolutely shredded my pecs and biceps at the gym and when I left I could see they were bigger than ive ever seen them- I finally smashed through my plateu.
Im attributing my ability to go THAT much harder to No Xplode, definately. I believe when you work out, its 90% mental and 10% strength. Try going to the gym when you CBF’d and u get nothing outta it. NO Xplode makes me go “one more, 2 more, fuck it, another one, harder!” its gold.

However, after having blue raspberry, fruit punch and orange citrus, the orange is still the best I believe and i cant tell you why because i know they are the same ingredients… maybe cause its way more carbonated i felt more alive on it
Webhead, your pecs and biceps where bigger as you left the gym and finished a workout, and then deflated back to normal like it does with the rest of us due to the blood pumping through the target areas of the workout.
I have no idea why people get on these forums and do nothing other than exagerate.

No explode provides the extra adrenaline and strength to help out with a good workout for a person that’s already striving to make his workout worthy, and NOT like it’s some kind of miracle supplement.
You still need to do all the work and determination.

And I’ll say this again, DO HAVE REGULAR BLOODTESTS on this stuff because it can dehydrate you and elevate your liver count.
Be smart, it’s still a type of external artificial and inferior powder you are pumping into your body.
Nothing is safe, because everyone is different and will react different to types of supplements and medications.

I have been taking NO for about a week now.
It is brilliant, I have found myself with far more energy than I ever had.
I have moved from dumbell pressing 22 kg on the bench up to 30 kg in a week and moved from around 60 kg bench press to well into the 70’s.
I very much enjoy this product.
Have reccomended it to friends and hope they acheive the gains I have

I totally would suggest this product. I have been taking it for 8 days now and i’ve noticed a change in my energy. My abs and chest have gotten more toned up and look great. Today though my 8th day taking it I took 3 scoops and I might have over done it because I felt sick for 2 hours. I finally threw up and after that I felt great. lol.. I would still suggest it. I love this product.
Alright so today was my first time taking N.O. Xplode. I am an 18yr old, Male, 6″1, and 160lbs. I mixed half a scoop with 8oz of water, and it had almost no effect on me, I felt slightly light headed and then it went away, I plan to go with the recomended 1 scoop this Monday (lifting day) and expect to recieve a good pump from it like it says it gives:)

Ok so I re-took N.O. Xplode again yesterday (running day) and was blown away! Wow! The only reason why I stopped running is because I was scaring myself at how much I was running. I ran 4 days ago and couldnt run but half a mile without heaving and hoing. I took N.O. Xplode and ran 2 miles nonstop with 20 pushups in between because I felt so pumped. Was great!!!

Alright took this stuff 3rd time now. This was a Chest/Tri’s day I was able to keep going and going, but the more I went the more strength I lost, my veins did not pop out like a water hose=( I took 1 1/2 scoops of N.O. Xplode so kinda dissapointed about that… maybe I should take 2 scoops, but I am not exceeding 2 scoops, so if I dont get a better pump with 2 scoops this wednesday (back & bi’s day) I’m dropping back down to 1 scoop 6 days a week. But honestly maybe its just the placebo effect taking place on me or this stuff really does give you a bit of an extra pump, just not as much as expected:)
It does give you a pretty big pump, but the important thing about this product for me is that it gives me a boost to lift heavier and do more reps, so i get bigger. My veins have started to pop out and they never have in 4 years of training so that freaks me out abit… but i wouldnt up your dose just to see veins popping out- it doesnt mean anything, its just a physiological reaction.
My heart was playing up quite abit since i started taking it, so i took a week off and now im alright again…
be careful to read the side of the tub; i wont ruin the horrific possible side effects for you on here but just read it. most chemicals are not approved by the fda and theres a lot of stuff it can do to u so be careful everyone.
BTW I have yet to meet a personal trainer who doesnt think this stuff is the worst thing ever for your body, but yeah…
Ok so last night my chest started hurting…. I’m talking about the (omg 911 pain guys). I’m not taking this supplement anymore. To be honest it really does give you a pump and helps you keep going, but at what price? I would rather live a healthy body then the “look” of a healthy body. I guess I will just have to push myself extra hard, besides who is that one famous bodybuilder who didnt use any supplements and he is huge? (Been working out for 6 months please forgive my ignorance). Thanks for the honest assesment SpiderMan:)

Also don’t go pumping yourself and loading up like it says on the label. Keep your dosage low, and see how you react.
Just have half or even quater of the recommended dose to start off with, and adapt to it.

If you have a bad reaction like that, then it’s not for you.

Usually the heart palpitations will be caused due to the large amount of caffeine in some of these products.
Try the same product or similar products that have MINUS the caffeine.
You can get a product called DYMATIZE NUTRITION which is exactly like NO EXPLODE, but you can buy the one without the caffeine.
That can make a huge difference in the side-effects some are describing on here mainly related to irregular heart beats and palpitations.
Good point George. The large amounts of caffeine in N.O. Xplode can also cause large amounts of anxiety… but that is also with anything that has alot of caffiene. It really is a good product, but George is right in saying it’s not for everyone. If you are not so sensitive to caffenine (meaning you always drink caffienated sodas and what not) then you will probably be fine useing N.O. Xplode.
i have been taking nox for eight years and have been taking l=arginine as a gh releaser since 1982 , i am 52 years old and look 35 feel fine, i workout 6 days a week for the last ten years nox no problems here
I have been on NO xplode for about 3 months. I have been weight training for 11 years and taking this supplement has done nothing for me. It did give me one extra push. Out of a 12 rep work out, I did a fabulous 13**. The supplement gives me headaches, makes me dizzy and gives me nausea. I do believe though that I works for some but not all, so I would recommend in giving it a try.
Do you guys think having your blood vessels widen and close up day after day taking this is safe. Smoking open and closes your blood vessels and over time they will be all lose and stretched out.

Dude, blood vessels open and close every single day. When you sweat, blood vessels vasoconscrict. When you are cold, they vasodilate. That is simple anatomy. No explode can effect blood vessels but they will not keep them a certain way.
NO EXPLODE IS NOT A CREATINE SUPPLEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! If you guys could read the label right it only has very very little creatine in it. No Explode is a “pump” supplement. This means that taking it before lifting will help you finish your workout. I am 6′3″, 310lb. D1 football player and I really went into extensive reasearch on No Explode. My strength and conditioning coach says its ok to take but dont overdue it like taking 4+ scoops.

Yes I have tried that and I had no side effect.
BUT! to be honest I dont think hydroxycut or any similar product works.
You dont need hydroxycut or anything to lose fat if you are working out on regular basis.
Yes I have used it in past but I dont use it anymore as I didnt see any big or visible difference. ( I didnt lose a lot of fat but I was working out like an animal)

Hey I am 16yrs old and i am thinking of buying NO Xplode. I work out 6 days a week (4 upper and 3 legs with one day overlapping) and I have been working out for a few months now. I don’t really feel like getting high blood pressure or any other bad symptoms (kidney problems, etc.) other people have had so I will probably only have half to three-quarters of a scoop each workout and none on offdays. So what I am wondering is will it be worth getting it only using that much? Will I see decent gains and get my money’s worth?

I also just take half a scoop or 2 tbls. This amount is good enough for me. If you first take it don’t take a full scoop or two. I did and had bad headace for 3 days. Start with small dose then build up very slow.

I took NO Xplode along with a cycle of sustanon and winny. Let me tell you, i gained more size than i expected. my arms grew 3 inches, bench went from 205 to 310, and my squat went from 135 to 185. funny thing is, i only took a 3 week cycle. everyone needs to take BSN NO Xplode! my dog even loves it
Listen here kids, the most important thing to do right now if youre asking if you should take it is to get on a strict lifting routine and eat. eat healthy, high protein foods and cut out anything with sugar or junk. stay lifting and eating alot and you will grow like weeds. if you decide later to supplement, take a good whey protein powder, a multi vitamin, and possibly a good creatine supplement. dont worry about workout enhancers like nitric oxide, prohormone, or other intense supps until you are confident in your body and better educated on them. as for parents: dont buy the supps for them. they have to show id’s at most gnc shops so its your fault if they dose wrong and experience sides. EAT KIDS

Also think about taking some good L-Glutamine in conjunction with your Protein if you’re lifting heavy and on a regular basis.
I hardly ever read about anyone using L-Glutamine on these type of forums.
Shows that many do need some education, especially the young ones.

it’s simple. . stop whining and try it. if you are not healthy, run it by your MD; don’t rely on some folks on a forum to determine if it’s safe for you. Only you and your doctor can determine if this is healthy for you.
If you are ready for a boost, start with 1/4 or 1/2 of a scoop and see how you feel after 20-30 minutes. note, this stuff may make you have to take a dump first which is good – better to take a dump before hitting the gym.
Yes – it may not have the same effect over time (your body will get used to it) and as with any item with creatine, you should go some time without it so your body can go back to producing creatine naturally.
if this doesn’t work for you, move on and try another product. don’t whine.
use facts to track if it works for you (ie. things you can measure).
I mix my No.Xplod with Creatine since it all ends up in the same place.
Exactly. To me the main effect of this product is very solid motivation and like Andre mentioned above, it will literally hold your hand and drag you to workout. One thing which I have observed (and many others), you will feel like going to restroom after few minutes of taking it.
I like it because it makes me feel even lighter haha. coz I know after that I am ready for a brutal workout.
And liek others say guys, keep your self hydrated all the time. Frankly I always keep my water bottle with me at all time. Water is very very important when you are taking any kind of supplement.
Bought no xplode and had 1 scoop about half an hour b4 training, didn’t feel anything…so had another and bang, 10 mins later was in a world of my own. Felt like i’d had a line of coke! Grinding my for the whole day,tis strong stuff thats 4 sure. I only had 1 scoop this morn and was a bit tamer. Only gonna take on training days and no more than one 1 scoop!
I normally drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and a Diet-Sugar Free Rockstar in the mid-afternoon (white can). On the days I workout, I make sure to drink my one-a-day Rockstar on my way to the gym. I also take four CEE caplets. I get a nice “buzz” and feel great. As long as I keep lifting, I can go for a solid hour before I start to fatigue. And when I fatigue, I hit the wall big time and don’t recover. Thought I would try No Xplode.
So I tried it but it has little affect, probably because of my caffeine intake. I have tried 2 scoops, 3 scoops, and it seems the Sugar Free Rockstar gives me a far better pump, while the No Xplode does not.
Any suggestions??
Take a scoop before you start cramming for an exam… it is the best thing ever.. not necessarily only for the gym.

I am a 31 yr old mom,who has decided to loose some weight! I started back in September and last week weighed in 50 lbs lighter! It has been hard but i have doine in on diet and excerise. My husband and brother and sister all take no explode,so I tried it yesterday. It didnt go well!lol–I ended up in the emergency room,yeah it sucked–blood pressure and heart rate of the charts–shakes and my vision was even blurred–scared the S**t out of me! They stressed to me—DO NOT TAKE AGAIN– so obviously this stuff isnt for me. Ill never take it again because of the reaction i had,BUT its just that-a reaction I had. People all are affected different. Sue,u cant sue anyone when u know ur son is taking it!! He is under age!! Ur his gaurdian,the only one in trouble would be u! There are warnings and directions on here for a reason!! Its not no explodes fault u cant read!! I will not use again just because it didnt work with me body,but all my friends and family love this product!

I always have to wonder about people who don’t bother to read or follow the instructions on a bottle of chemicals you INGEST… or even do research first… It says right on the bottle to start with 1 scoop or less. With the target being PRO bodybuilders, you had better be around the same size or have a tolerance if you expect to use the same dosage. Otherwise, lowball it off the line, period.
It works for me… extra energy, focus, etc. I weigh about 200lbs (~20% bfat) and 1.5 scoops is what I found as my upper limit. If I take 2 my head starts swimming for the first hour or so (NOT A GOOD SIGN). I am extremely tolerant of caffeine due to energy drink consumption almost daily before this supplement. Started with half a scoop, felt it, but not as strong as I knew I could take, so upped it by half, had me going good for about 2 weeks before I decided to go to the 1.5, and eventually testing out the 2 here and there but kept getting the same swimming sensation. By the way, this is for my low-exertion days (sporadic, short, maintenance exercises). When STRESSING your system it is always best to reduce from maximum tolerant dosage, especially when you have something that puts pressure on it already. I keep to 1 scoop when actually training hard, so I don’t pop a vessel in my brain or anything.
Hi, i’ve been using NO XPLODE for the last month or so. I’ve never used a pre workout supplement before this. I bought this product at GNC because it was on sale and because i was looking for something to get me that extra push at the gym. The other selling feature was because it has a small amount of creatine in it. I drink this while i’m driving to the gym. When i get the the gym, my first set is usually nothing special, almost like i have to work it into my system, but as soon as i slap more weight on, it kicks into overdrive and i can’t stop working out. I feel like i can keep throwing the weight on with out maxing out. I feel absolutely jacked for the first half of my workout.
Now the downsides. Once i’m leaving the gym i feel like i’ve been blowing lines all night. my jaw is all twitchy and my eyes feel like they are darting all over the place. Even my girlfriend wonders why i’m talking so much when i get home lol. don’t get me wrong, it feels great, just not how i want to feel after the gym. I’d also recommend drinking lots of water! it says drink 120 ounces after the bar and i recommend following those guidelines. i tend to breakout with a few serious zits if i don’t flush the shit out of my system. Plus, from what i’ve been reading this stuff can be hard on the liver and the kidneys so its best flush it out ASAP. Another draw back is the getting the runs. it can cause some pretty bad gas and the shits, but i find its worth the rush. it only lasts for few hours after the gym.
I really recommend this product to everyone, I can’t wait to go to the gym every day. just don’t get hooked on it. There is a massive and i mean MASSIVE amount of caffein in this product so please only one scoop. This product is not for the caffein sensitive, so if you don’t drink pepsi or drink coffee daily it’ll set you off in a bad way.
Finally, i haven’t finished off the tub yet, i’m about three quarters of the way through but i will be following the directions about using for 12 weeks and taking a break for 4. this stuff is powerful, so i doubt using it over and over again can be healthy. But i’m gonna miss it like hell!
After reading these reviews i cant wait to get on this stuff, i am 17 years old and just come off a 2 month break and lost 1 stone, i back to lifting simular weights tho, i am now entering my 4th week into training and will be on PHD synergy and on my 5th will be on BSN n.o xplode, my hormones already make me feel like im on gear anyways and i get an insane pump, but i cant hold the pump after the gym.
does anyone have any recomendations on any supps to stack with this?
be careful of taking supplements right now…your still young and you need to concentrate on protein and weight gain…im not a doctor but truly common sense is the best tell tell. i wouldnt take a heavy dose if all if i was you of no explode. take care and drink water regularly to flush your system
i am a high school athlete and n.o. xplode was good for a couple months. recently i have been taking the maximum amount of scoops (3) because my body is becoming used to the product. it has provided decent gains in my strength but now it doesnt last as long so im moving to a different product.
i say quit being harsh on the mom, she is concerned, and just asking for more information. it is very sweet that she supports her son in his quest to build muscle, my mm raised me on her own and bought me a wieght set too, sometimes our mothers tell us not to do things but we do them anyways, she just wants more info about this, least it aint illegal drugs or alchohal

Love this product but take the n.o. xplode nt sticks. Nothing bad about this except sometimes it is hard for sexual activity after your workout because of the restriction of blood due to either the caffeine or product itself. either way i am a college athlete and have been told this product is banned but I have been wondering how long it takes to get out of your system. Days? weeks?
Hey this was the first real supplement i ever tried. I started taking supplements very late in my life. I was 20 when i took my first scoop of whey protien. My main goal at the time was to cut weight and NO explode helped me do it. I practice brazillian jiu jitsu and weightlift atleast 3 times a week each. I dropped from 205 to 185 in about a 4-5 week period. I also changed my diet to the paleolithic diet which probably helped me drop weight. I felt a great deal of energy while lifting/running/and swimming. I do a workout called crossfit that takes a huge amount of strength and endurance, and i dont think i could have stuck to my workout without no explode. I am asian, so im already worried about my package getting smaller but it did not seem to affect me. This was taking 2 scoops 30 minutes before my workout days. The only complaint i have with this product was the first couple weeks it made me feel woozy after leaving the gym but this could be because i regularly smoke cigarettes(not recommended) and my body had not addapted to the NO yet. I had no problems what so ever with sleeping at night. I believe this was because i was having two a days (3-4 hours) of physical activities. I would recommend this product to men or women older the age of 18. Another thing i like about this product was i noticed the veins all over my body bulging out after workouts and all throughout the day. The skanks(women) seemed to enjoy this. I hope i could help somebody with the information i provided. Here is a question for every1 else. I finished my cycle of NO explode and i am currently on krealkaline. After finishing the bottle i hope to start N.O again. But because of the high price of NO explode, i have been thinking about switching to Jack3d. Any advice?

I’m currently using NO-Xplode. I must say it does work, gains in work out weight are almost immediate. I’m shooting for an average of 7.25-7.5 lbs per week in work out gains, maximizing reps. It has worked great thus far, I’m able to workout beyond the point of muscle failure, which is what I look for in every workout. Also, NON-TRAINING DAYS DO NOT TAKE!!!! Personally I feel that pound-for-pound I am much stronger. I’m weighing 210-215lbs, incline bench is at 315 x 5(4 sets, no spot) 145 x 30(1 set, after the previous 4). Again, I strongly advise drinking anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water a day while using NO Xplode to limit side effects (it is creatine, crystallization can occur).
**** For the tested athlete in training, stop using the product for at least 30-45 days before testing and drink about 2 gallons of water a day to clean out your system. You guys test sometime within the first 4 weeks of school, depending on your sport, your week is different. Track, baseball, and softball teams are usually testing the third/fourth week of school. Always be prepared for a random test, drink tons of water for an inconclusive test which means a re-test, you got about 48-72 hours for results to come back, so be prepared for the next test. Stay away from junk food and red meat. If you have to drink alcohol, limit your drinking to once a week (for every beer or drink, have 2 glasses of water so that you don’t destroy your liver completely!). I used to be an athlete at the Div.1 level, you tend to learn a lot of tricks.****
I am in highschool football this year and summer workouts tend to be intense. The first day I used this my bench went up 10 lns and I wasn’t feeling tired. Not only do you feel pumped nut you feel stronger. Another thing is that my arms don’t typically get sore after a workout which in my opinion isn’t good, after using this suplement I fell sore the next day because it allowed me to reach higher levels of intensity during workouts. At super supplements you can get a 2.25lb for only 39.99 which is a great deal. I recomend grape by the way.

Been training 7 years PL/OLY/BB mix 200lb BW . Been through 3 tubs of this now. Notable points, you must cycle it, its absolutly necessary. No more than 6 weeks on then hit the Bid and rest of it for 3 weeks, invest dont waste
. Dont take after 9pm if your sleeping at night. STIR it, its not a vodka martini. Not for under 18s, existing heart or kidney patients take note, risk.
If your 165 to 180lb you can use 1 scoop but if your 180 to 210 its about two (in general). If your 210+ its not quite as effective, three scoops are required and this is not recomended.
If you are experienced with the squat, bench and deadlift Big 3 etc; and have converted a reasonable amount of power fibres i.e tissue types, this will be quite effective. Heavy deadlifters PLers will benefit well. Not for beginners. If your fresh in the game and/or about 16 to 21 use meal replacements with 3-4 grams or creatine, stay hydrated. Dont piss your money away drinking alcohol after a product like this.

my mom just bought me this poduct from gnc after buying me O.N protein, the salesman suggested it saying it was great and will work out longer and harder. but heres the deal. im self consience about myself as it is. im a female, live in NJ, im 6′9 ( thats right, female, 6 foot 9 inches tall) and only way 125. im skinny. and my metabolism is ridiculous. so since i cant put meat weight on, i thought id try muscle weight instead. any suggestions. also just wandering how many scoops to take. thanks guys
People really need to stop fussing over this product saying its dangerous and so on. I’ve been using NO Xplode for around a year now and swear by it. Amazing results, amazing pumps and I love every workout. The product is perfect for my body type.Alot of my friends use Jack3d and that works for them very well, however I just don’t get the pumps from it. I’m very happy taking this product and laugh when people talk about the ‘dangerous’ sides of it. Really… when more than half of the guys in my gym are injecting steroids into themselves daily, I really do not loose any sleep over NO Xplode.
To the parents that are commenting, get a grip and just be thankful your kids are taking NO Xplode and not injecting some shit they got passed in a gym lockroom.
This is for Becca, I don’t think this product is what your looking for. I’ve been taking it for quite a while now and I can tell you that it’s going to speed up your metabolism even more. You said you are 6′9, 125, have ou thought about taking a protein supplement with a weight gain supplement? I’m guessing you’d just like to fill out a little more, and that would be a better way to do it. You can find both supplements at gnc too. Just keep working out hard with a protein rich diet and you’ll see results in no time
n.o explode is pretty good just took for the first time today took one scoop 40 min prior to wrk out recieved energy from it but didnt last long about 30 -45 min will do two in the future good prod though
jack3d is way better
I started working out to loose some weight and tone up. After 2 months of nothing I started using the no xplode and starting noticing definition within 2 or 3 weeks. I went from 150lbs to 130lbs in just 4 months thanks to a balanced diet, working out, and no xplode.
Kind of wish I never started taking this product. Now I can’t seem to work out without it. Very addicting

This stuff gives me the runs. Almost through with the blue raspberry, great taste but, i get the runs everytime I take it. Otherwise, it definently works on my pumps and energy level.
I was very skeptical about this product. I read the reviews for a couple of hours and came to the conclusion that i would have to try this stuff for myself. I took my first scoop before working out at gym yesterday and i truly believe it gave me a boost. I believe the b vitamins that are over 1000% over the dv had alot to do with it….with any other supplement i believe great care is recommended and drinking plenty of water to flush the kidneys….i wouldnt over do any supplement and always listen to your body….ill update next week for my next workout experience…. NO explode is dangerous. My roommate, who’s in med school, was doing his normal workout and his bicep tore. I have two other friends who riped muscles on this stuff. You all should be very careful. I bought a tub, used it once, and it just sits in my cabinet. Waste of money.
