"A Genuine NO Xplode review for you guys"

Hey fellow hardcore trainers!

Well, I’m gonna be bold here! This is a real, no-nonsense NO Xplode review.. I don’t care what Ronnie Coleman says about it. I can’t afford to juice myself up with $60,000 every year, so this review is what a regular (but hard training) guy thinks about NO Xplode.

First and foremost:

  • Are you a gym newbie?
  • Do you have a hazardous health condition? (for eg. High blood pressure)
  • Does your stomach get easily upset?
  • Do you train late afternoon/evening?
  • Are you interested in only “general fitness”? (a.k.a. You don’t care about being stronger, lifting heavier at each workout, or growing thick slabs of muscle).

If you answered yes to any of the above, then I’m sorry to tell you that NO Xplode is absolutely NOT what you need!

Who needs NO Xplode then!??

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger, but you just can’t seem to add those measly little 2lbs weight plates on the bar – you’ve reached a plateau.

-You WANT to get bigger, get stronger but you just don’t feel like going to the gym. You might toughen it out and go anyway but it just doesn’t feel right..or worse, you lift the same, or less weight than your previous workout session and that too not because your muscles are weak but rather because your mind just doesn’t feel like it – you’ve lost the motivation you had on your first training day.

-You can consistently add 2lbs on the bar every two weeks but you know you can do better! You know you can add the same 2lbs each and every time you workout.

How do I know this..?

Guys, I’ve been working out for 4 years now. After 2 years of consistent training, I reached a whopping rep max of 310lbs on the bench press. Was proud of it! Only that 3 months later, my rep max was still 310lbs..and it didn’t feel that whopping any longer.

My partner told me about NO Xplode. Wasn’t convinced, but he offered me a serving, he saw how mediocre my workouts have been for several weeks due to lack of motivation.

Nothing happened. Nothing, till around 2 – 3 hours after my workout! Felt like I had a mix of Red Bull, Lucozade, Gatorade & glucose. Energy levels like never before.. Yeah, lost the pump.. But my brain was telling me to go to the gym again.. I didn’t – it was just a psychological (and physiological) after-effect, I didn’t want to overtrain. I REALLY wanted to do another training session, I didn’t but I could have.

On the next training session (3 days later, I had a few assignments to submit), I took a serving of NO Xplode 2 hours prior to my training (I already knew that for me, it kicks in after 2 hours). Guess what? Benched 320lbs.. Not a huge increase, but meant a lot to me.

Don’t get me wrong. Together with NO Xplode I had my daily 8 hours of sleep, 6 – 8 meals a day plus my whey shake right after my workouts. NO Xplode didn’t give me my gains.. NO Xplode only greatly helped me achieve them.

On a separate note, I did try Jack3d after my NO Xplode bucket was emptied, just to get a contrast. Jacke3d is good. It contains less chemicals, iteven tasted better but it’s not NO Xplode.. Wasn’t experiencing the same surge of energy. I just had to get back to NO Xplode.

Do NOT shake NO Xplode.. Stir with a spoon

Or shake it..at your own risk! I personally had it burst in my hand. Probably some effervescence (kinda brisk though) or something but unless you fancy a good cleaning, use a spoon..

Rules are meant to be broken – not with NO Xplode

Do yourself a favour, take it in the morning or early afternoon and have it on an empty stomach. You might also want to drink loads of water.

What’s up with the taste man?

Yeah, feels kinda weird.. Coupled with some nasty burps and terrifying farts , you sometimes wish that you had something more “stable”.. But then, stability doesn’t provide you with reckless energy and tunnel-like focus!

Here is what you need to do. Mix it & shove it down your throat!

Should I take it or not?

As I said above, if you want to get big & strong, and be 200% focussed on your workouts, you should give it a try. However, this is the purpose of all pre-workout supplements. And again, this doesn’t, and will never replace proper nutrition and sleep.

Do feel free to try what works best for you, but I personally got VERY good results with NO Xplode – 4 times awarded by the #1 bodybuilding website, bodybuilding.com

Where do I buy NO Xplode?

You can buy NO Xplode in almost every bodybuilding store at your location. The retail price is about $62.99 for a 1.81 lbs tub and $66.99 for the bigger 2.25 lbs tub. If you’re to lazy to go shopping (like me ;) ) and you’re short of money you can save up to 51% and buy a big tub of NO Xplode at www.AllStarHealth.com for $32.39 (2.25 lbs – 50 servings).

They usualy have the best deals on supplements online and they ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Check it yourself by clicking this link www.AllStarHealth.com

so i wanted to add that I am a female and i use this 30-45 mins before i work out and only on the days i work out. I am a runner and never run less than 4.5 miles 4 times a week. I honestly love this stuff. Definitely gives me focus and endurance! And I notice muscles tone that wasn’t there in the past when I worked out. However, I recommend starting w/less and working your way up along w/drinking enough water before you take it. I initially took it and did not have good results. I vomitted after a an hour of cardio (which had never happened to me) and the second time i took it i had a migraine! I tried it two days later, a whole scoop less than what I had initially taken, and had no side affects at all. I do notice that my stomach becomes upset if i don’t drink enough water throughout the day. I work out about 430-5pm and take NO Xplode about 4pm. I have no trouble sleeping at night. I weigh about 128lbs, I’m 5′1/5″ and i take one scoop. That’s all I need. Just thought might be helpful to some other females researching this instead of going thru the minor adjustment period that I did. Wish I had some guidance when I started!

I’m 51, a martial artist going for what I consider one of the most extreme black belt gradings ever. One weeks grading doing various stick fighting, shoot fighting and technical stuff, culminating in 45 minutes of non stop sparring. The finale being two rounds of full contact kickboxing, three black belts onto one, “me”. I’m anticipating a spell in hospital. Anyway I tried a sachet of no- explode at six o’clock tonight, an hour before training and I was surprised to say the least. I’ve never taken drugs, but I felt that I was on something a half hour after taking it. My hands, normally steady as a rock, were shaking, and although I didn’t feel any stronger than normal, not that I was expecting to, I was so focused on what I was doing, and so driven, that I didn’t want to stop. My heart isn’t racing, but my body still feels, some four hours later, energized. I anticipate a good nights sleep, but am not sure. If I don’t I’ll let you know.

Definately this product, ive been using it for a month now, and already i noticed a difference, at first i thought it was just me feeling good about myself, but then i got comments saying your arms have gotten bigger and more muscle, this stuff makes you have mental and physical strength and energy while you workout, i can do more reps with it and i push harder through my failure. n.o xplode is my pre workout choice, just make sure you drink enough water.

You people that get on here to call names should go out and find a life. The lady that wrote about her son should not have left a comment and the people that called her a dumb ass… well, it takes one to know one i guess, right!! These post are available to people that want to share their comment about something. NOT to be jerks and call other people names for their opinion!!!

it actually does work very well for pre workout, it does what its supposed to do. pre workouts are supposed to get you pumped up and get your blood flowing for your workout and keep you energized. well thats what no xplode does, to be more exact the N.O is Nitric Oxide, which goes into your veins i believe and opens them up for increased blood flow and nutrient flow. there is so much stuff in this product that i cant even begin telling you every single aspect, click on the link that i put here and just read about it, it helps. i never go to weight lift without n.o xplode but i still do cycle off it every few months

Dude, I am telling you this is an open forum. I just stumbled across it on Google when I was going to order some more. You need to ease your way into it. It says on the label try one scoop and see how you feel. The first few times you may get an upset stomach, but I have only heard a few people ocmplain about that who are taking it over here (I am deployed). So I would definately give you a thumbs up to try it.

@I Heard. This product works. I have just started using have about a week on it. I started working out about 2 months ago and really didn’t look forward to going to the gym every day. I did well for about 4 weeks every week i started moving more weight. After the 1st full month thou i got stuck, i was at the same weight for about 2-3 weeks and i was getting down. I started reading about different things i could take. Really what i saw was no xploide was something everyone liked. I also saw the part about it affecting your stomach lol. I really wanted to wait till June to try and see if i could do it myself but no. I went into the store last week picked it up , and WOW. I took it around 3:45 pm about 45 min before i work out. About 30 min later i felt the kick. I wanted to go work out, it felt like if I drank a monster energy drink but with an additude of wanting to work out. The 1st time i noticed an increase of about 10-20 lb increase in the excerise i would do. That day i didnt want to leave the gym but i married so gl with that. I felt the energy for about 3-4 hours, had to do sit-ups for about 3 hours to calm down. The 2nd day the kick wasnt as great but it still felt good. Here is what i think you want to hear thou, the after effects can vary, like i said the 1st day energy last a long as time, even my wife asked what was up. After the 1st meal you take, after drinking, your stomach probably will get upset. The extra kick usually goes down the more you drink it. Also if you are sensetive to caffine becareful how much you take. You might find yourself jolting here and there maybe even getting the shakes.

All in all its a good product. I will buy it again if I keep seeing good results. Like i said its been one week but right away i saw difference. Also last piece the 1st day i took it i kept on wanting to work out. I was working out chest that day. I started off so great doing the 10-20 lbs more that i guees i over did it. At the end of my work out i could not left anymore even thou i thought i could.

Testosterone needs to slowly build in your system before you see an effect. I have been taking a natural testosterone supplement (Testosterone Boost from Dr Max Powers) for a week now – and just now the effects have started to show.

The power that I get from this is amazing. It lasts and allows for extremely impressive workouts. I don’t take it everyday (just 5x per week), but only before i have time for a solid workout, and it never fails to deliver! Recommended if you are looking to increase your levels of testosterone.

N.O. xplode is amazing i took it about 45 minutes before my workout and i just had the most intense chest day i have ever had. i was starting with 4 sets of dumbell bench press at 75 80 85 then 90 today i started with 85 90 95 and 100 although i was only able to push out 8 of 10 reps on my last set i was very satisfied I will recommend N.O. xplode to all of my friends

Started taking no xplode 2 weeks ago…no magically enormous gains, but this stuff gives me incredible focus and a good solid pump. It is especially helpful while doing cardio. The one drawback I’ve experienced is sleeplessness. I took too much the other night and found myself wanting to jump out of bed and do jumping jax and pushups…felt like I was on speed or something. Definitely dont take it late at night. Overall I am very pleased with. I suggest small servings until you adjust to it…and regardless of what people say, don’t take on an empty stomach…jitters and stomach pain will occur.

I’ve been taking this stuff for about two or three years now every day as soon as I get up around the crack of noon and hit the gym before work for about 45 minutes to an hour and just like it says on the jar I’ll never workout again without it and I’m not interested in being the most ripped dude in the gym but I feel like I can fight a lion and when I get to work around 2 pm I I’m focused and feel great all day “BUT!” I,m wondering if its doing a number on my organs or general health for that matter I feel fine so far I think.

Hey guys. I just bought NO Xplode but I haven’t opened it yet. I was reading the directions and it was talking about “assess your tolerance”. What does that mean? I don’t know how much I should take and how much before my workout starts should I take it. Somebody who has experience with this stuff help me ot.

Ok I’ve took this NO Xplode for a week and I love it. In the gym I’ve never been more focused. The only thing I was thinking about was do you guys think this is just all mental? It’s hard to tell for me. I mean I defiantly feel more pumps and is doing more weight than I’ve ever done before but..this all could be menal. What you guys think?

I am currently deployed and I have been working out like crazy since I have been overseas. I hit a major plateau about a month ago and had less and less energy when I went to the gym. All the guys are big on supplements here, and I saw a thing of NO-XPLODE lying around and looked at the nutrition facts. 25 calories? I can do that. Tried it and wow, I can’t imagine not ever working out with it again.

after having good results and now nothing i am frustratingly looking for this sort of thing to break me throught the platteu, anyone think this is a bad idea??

I have used N.O. Xplode and I was very happy with my results. I was a sophomore in highschool benching 215 which doesn’t sound like much but for a 155lbs kid who is only 5′5″ it was pretty good acually. I had hit my plauto though and I wasn’t gaining like I used to or adding weight like I used to so my friend gave me some of his N.O. Xplode to try for a week and by the next week I was up to 225. I had to go out and buy some for myself. We had a benching competition in 2 weeks. I worked out everyday after school (working different muscle groups so I wouldn’t overtrain myself) takeing N.O. Xplode 45minutes to an hour befor I worked out and 30 minutes after working out I took whey protien and L-Glutamine and rested on weekends. By the time the competition came up I was weighing 160lbs and was benching 275. If you really wana get stronger and bulk up then you want to use this product. You won’t be disapointed.

I have been doing some research regarding “secret” ingredients in this product as well as their possibly negative side effects with respect to enzymes/liver–thought this was of some (citeable) significance:

http://www.whiteman.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123063315

I still plan to try it out :)
I think the #1 mistake I see being made in the HUNDREDS of posts that I have read so far (among people 18+ years of age)…is that they start out taking too much to begin with; how can I properly “assess” my intake limit…if I’m causing myself to have a panic attack/headache? #2 would have to be NOT drinking enough water. There seem to be many more (sadly), but, you get the point; too much of anything (even water) can be as bad as not enough of something (even water). Whatever you decide to do-make it based on being properly informed.

This stuff is amazing. I used to weigh 9 stones but I decided to take this stuff. I haven’t consumed any food for over 6 weeks. I’ve taken my no xplode 4 times a day and I now bench 345kgs. I now weigh 22 stones of sheer unadulterated man muscle and I am the colour of a raspberry. I haver never felt so alive as I do right now! Foupfufjgrkbbo sorry just had a severe migraine. Must go peeps the gym is calling me.

I will agree that the stuff works..for me at least. However, today I went into work right after hitting the gym and started feeling sick. I got lightheaded dry mouth chest pains and a numb left arm. I was rushed by ambulance to the ER with a heart rate over 200 bpm at rest. I w as also told that my blood pressure was through the roof. I will not be taking NO xplode ever again nor any No and pre workout substance. The gains are just not worth the risk.

I started drinking NO XPLODE for muscle definition, it really worked!
It all depends on what kind of exercise you do for the kind of muscle that you want!

At the beginning I had light headaches and didn’t know if it was the product, by the third time that i was using this product the headache went away.
Doesn’t give me any problems to sleep or anything, BUT you have to know how to mix it, it depends on your body.
