How did you arrive at 100mg of caffeine for N.O. Xplode? Their official FAQ (which may have changed), now explicitly states that it is undisclosed:

i am cycling no2 for the second time but am now stacking with gnc’s mega men sport vitamin pack. i am certain that my timing is not quite right and that has much to do with the way i have been affected by the supplements. during and after a workout i have been becoming very dizzy and light-headed with a weak pulse, so much that i cannot finish a workout nor complete many other tasks. the reason for this, i am thinking, is the shock to my system from taking the sport packet in its entirety in near conjunction of the no explode. i found the first time i used no explode that i have a low tolerance for the product so usually used only a single or at most one and a half servings. in the sport pack from gnc is an energy enhancer, which is basically caffeine, and a nitric oxide maximizer. this on top of the 1.5 servings of no2 is what i think is making me feel the way i do. hopefully this is a correct interpretation of what is happening and that timing is the remedy for the problem.

You know you’re not doing anything for youself except giving yourself a sugar/caffine rush and going to the gym…Go drink 10 redbulls and then try to work out, I bet you throw up from too many red bull “cycles”…All that caffine you’re probably harming your body more than any good you’re doing to it.
It’s mente to help get you through your workout…You know, after a long day of work, you go to the gym, you get that feeling like you don’t wanna lift anymore, this is used as just a pick me up not to be stacked with other pick me ups…Do you even get any sleep?
Man if you have low blood pressure you had better back up. What I would do is split the two supplements. I use no Xplode also and what I do is use one measured teaspoon of it along with half of a piece of fruit, “usually an apple” and about 20-32 oz of purified water 25-30 minutes pre-workout. Post workout I use a scoop of whey protein along with a slice of whole grain bread with chicken on it “works for me”. As far as a Vitamin/Multivitamin I have personaly found that taking my multivitamin before dinner is effective for following day health. Do not use supplements until you hurt like that man they were not designed to be used like a narcotic drug. I hope this helps you and any other reader see a better pattern of nutritional responsibility with supplements.
Your body will get used to the amount of caffine gradually. Personally, I am very sensitive to the caffine and only take .5 scoop. This gives me the boost I need without making me crazy light headed.
Look, caffeine is a diuretic. Which means is causes the body to flush water. So youre basically flushing out what you put in. That much caffeine can also be physically addicting. Don’t buy that garbage

N-O Xplode is a great workout supplement, (if used correctly).
you should never use more than 1 supplement at a time.
N-O Xplode is powerful. never exceed the recommended dose for your body weight. and i wouldn’t use it more than 3 times a week.
Because like all other caffeine drinks, you will get burned out on it.
if you are training for some kind of endurance sport, i would not recommend this for you.
I have anxiety and for some reason when I take 3 scoops in the morning and go work out I don’t feel the anxiety for the rest of the day and don’t feel the need to take my xanax untill It’s time for bed.
Im not sure how much you weigh but 3 scoops is a ridiculous amount of this product to take at one time! Thats anywhere from 300-400mg of caffine at one time no wonder you have anxiety. Health recommendations are not to exceed 200mg a day wtih all drinks when a tolerance it built up 300 is ok, but all at one time makes no sense. The anxiety is most likely because 1 you think to much, or 2 (most likely) withdraw from caffine because you are taking a enormous amount and then having none. I recomment not taking so much and spacing your caffine intake over an entire day.
Actually amongst endurance athletes it is well accepted that 2-400mg is recommended for enhanced endurance, fatigue delay, pain relief, and overall speed (Runners World 2010). Of course this effect is only seen in those not taking those amounts every day so in reality we should only be taking NO Xplode when we feel we really need it. And the anxiety relief from NO Xplode is possibly due to some herb/chemical they put in there (its name escapes me right now) that they claim causes overall wellbeing.
I took no xplode on the 2nd day I fainted after the cycling class and went to emergency by ambulance. paramedic said i was not to take that and do cardio, I too have a low olerance for caffeine.
Yeah, this is not meant for cardio workouts, this is meant for weight training. It raises your heartrate so running or cycling is dangerous. Don’t get me wrong, the stuff is awesome but don’t do anything to raise your heartrate anymore than it is.
I’m 3/4 through my first bottle of NO Xplode. I take 1 scope every morning before breakfast and 2 scoops on lifting days (3 day’s per week). I’d say I notice it helps me get through my workout in the mornings. I am stacking it with Cell Mass Hardcore, but I just toss to servings in some water and drink it during my workout. As far as side effects, I notice the nox gave me some anxiety for a little while, but since I’ve been on it about 3-4 weeks, I haven’t noticed it as much…still present though. I’m not sure if I’ll do it again….once this jar is out, I’ll stop taking it and see how my energy is in the gym…that will be my ultimate judgment.
I Guarentee mk that you wont have any energy in the gym without it once you are used to it you serious wont be able to have a drive without it. Only take the product thirty min before working out. There is no point in taking it throughout the day its a pump, I personally think its only good for an hour to two hours. I take one scoop before i go to the gym. Cell mass is basically steriods/hgh would not reccomend.Stacking is dangerous youa re putting a lot of shit into your body. if you stick with one scoop right before you lift the anxiety will never occur. Actually, N.O. explode is a form of creatine as well. Instead of filling the muscle openings with water, it opens it up with oxygen and fills it in with fiber and other nutrients, which eventually is turned into muscle cells. That’s why it is so good at improving your body building performance.
I’ve been using NO Xplode for over 4 years. I use 2 scoops before I work out (I’m 5′11″, 175) which is about 6 days a week. I cannot get a good workout without it. I don’t crash afterwards. i workout very hard and “use it all up”, for lack of a more technical term. I have no side effects from it that I notice. I never ever drink caffeine otherwise. I rarely drink alcohol and have a very healthy diet and am a very healthy active person. I also drink tons of water every day. I use NO -Xp. on an empty stomach half an hour before my workout.
mark is right the way he does it. Water intake is key and a healthy diet. I also drink every once and a while. I drink about 1 gallon to 1 and 1/2 gallons of water a day. its not for everyone but your body gets use to it. It helps with the no xplode intake and also makes your body not retain as much water. you do piss a lot but its worth it for how you feel. I’ve taken no xplode for a year its not for everyone. i love it and i take as recommended. 2 scoops 30 minutes before and 2 hours after a meal. I take it 5 to 6 days a week for 3 months then cycle off for a month. When I cycle off I still have great lifts in the gym. I dont stack any other supplements with it besides syntha6 (whey protien). Everyone has different natural chemical balances in their bodies and it WILL NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE. Most though with a good caloric intake and good hydration can have great results with this product. If u drink alcohol weekly in large amounts dehydration will set in and you should never take this product if you are dehydrated. You will only hurt your progress. Get hydrated and recover. GREAT PRODUCT! When used correctly will yield great results.
What you also need to look at is the amount of vitamin B12 in this product. I drink plenty of caffeine during the day, so that won’t tweek you but the B12 will. B12 is given in hospitals to folks who need an energy stimulate. I use to use a product call Zipfizz. After a few weeks, I was tweaking something fierce. same stuff in 5 hour energy and other quick OTC stims. Unless you are caffeine sensitive, I wouldn’t worry about it in No-Xplode or any preworkout product. A Grande Coffee from Starbucks has more caffeine than 100mg.
Ive been using no xplode for about 8 days now and I have great pumps. More than I have ever had, but what I have noticed is that Im starting to get headaches. The headaches have been increasing for the past 3 days. I only get them in the morning when I wake up. Another thing is that I pretty much crash after my workout, which didnt used to happen. Gonna keep using it for a bit to see if my body can get used to it. Anyone else feeling the same kind of morning headaches? Is there anyway to cure it?
Hi All, every one has diffrent body response for the NO explode . i only take 1 scope yesterday for the first time it was working great at the GYM but at night i couldn’t sleep although i took it around 5 pm ,i think because i read some negative effects of the product i got some kind of phobia that all bad effects will happen to me i think it is physcological. YOU SHOULD DO SOME BLOOD TEST BEFORE TAKING ANY SUPPLEMEMNT AND SEE IF YOUR LIVER AND KIDNEYS ARE OK.
I have been using No xplode for about 11 months. I love to run trails and this product keeps me focused and I never seem to tire (even in 100 degree heat). I do not do any caffeine other than No xplode. I had been caffeine free for about 6 years and the first week I took this I noticed the caffeine buzz so I only took it for my trail running. Now I take it every morning before I go to the gym and sometimes twice a day if I plan to run in the afternoon. I love this product! The benefits of the supplements and the results I have seen are worth the price of the caffeine for me. This is better than any caffeine product most people drink! It was nice to find out just how much caffeine it had as I quit caffeine due to a long history of insomnia. I have not had any issues sleeping since I started taking this product.
What if I am a big coffee drinker? Should I stop drinking coffee?, or just limit the amount?
It dilates your vascular system giving your muscles the blood and nutrients they need to excel in the gym. It has caffeine that gives you unbelievable focus. If your trying to build muscle don’t hit the gym without it. I even take before playing basketball. Great stuff! Make sure to get plenty of protein with it and you will see results
I have a hypothyroidism that even with medicine still leaves me tired. My brother, uses this stuff every morning before heading out to the gym, gave me a bottle to try. I have been using for about a weeks and I swear I feel nothing. In fact, I drink 1 scoop first thing in the morning while I’m getting the kids ready for school. After everyone is dropped off at their respective classes, I still come home and head back to bed if possible.
Yesterday for a project I took 1600 milligrams of caffeine for a school project. this about 9% of the estimated lethal dose for someone of my weight (210 lbs).

I take 250mg caffeine pills w EPHEDRINE when I cut weight and I can tell you for sure the doses of caffeine in NOEXPLO are actually lower. I wouldnt be surprised if it was 30mg per scoop. My 2 cents.

Great information. I started taking N.O Explode a couple of weeks ago, just one scoop before my early-evening workous. This week, I went to 2 scoops. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t fall asleep until 3:00 a.m. Now I know why. Going back to one scoop and taking a couple hours earlier.
Regarding ingredients… I’ve worked in the food production industry for a few years. When it comes to proprietary ingredients, one f the above posters was correct in saying BSN does not have to tell us the amount included. Here is the BUT, USDA guidelines have ingredients listed in order of amount, so the higher up the list, the more of the ingredient. Caffeine is somewhere around the middle ground in xplode.
I am on the go ALL of the time. Start work early in the morning and hang out with friends at night, I’ve gotten progressively more and more tired as the years have gone by. I don’t even go out sometimes because I’m so tired. 400mg and under is no big deal- its when you exceed the 1xxx mark where you notice issues. I had a friend prank me with 2000mg, and I was unable to go to work that day due to serious withdrawal by night time (headache and rapid breathing).
These cats getting you guys worked up about caffeine under at levels under 1k are paranoid.
I alternate between 200mg caffeine and 400mg depending on the style of workout. Obviously eat 6 times per day- lots of water, protein.
If you have a health condition, ignore what everyone says here, and consult a doc. It’s not worth it to get “pumped” if it puts you in the hospital.
